The room Rose + bathroom were new, very nice, modern, comfortabe, nice pillows, covers, towels, nice shampoons and a fridge. For kettle & coffee machine we didn't have time. Beside the Rose room is a bit bigger Blue room. Corridor has a camera. Room is in the 3rd floor and the buiding has elevator (oldfashined, but it works with no problem). Room Rose has a small balcony facing the street (not the backyard). Te street is ok, looked ok also in the night. Small shop with water and things for breakfast in across the street. During the day there are lots of shops around. The oldest pizza is 5min walk away. We walked to the town and then back. Location is perfeto specially if you countinue from/on Garibaldi railway station.

The buidling is old, but has a doorman, camera on the public areas, for everything you need keys.

The area itself was rather sketchy and slightly hard to find the hotel,specially as a first timer who is unfamiliar with the area,as well as this maps took you on a much longer route from Garibaldi station,which led us to walking in sketchy streets at night. Also when booking it was unclear whether we booked the kitchen room

INCREDIBLE GEM! Great value for money. As a solo female traveller, I was a little bit apprehensive about staying here after reading previous reviews about the neighbourhood being dangerous. I can safely say that I felt incredibly safe at all times. It is in a great location - walking distance to train stations, Via Toledo and other attractions. The amenities are very good and an added bonus is the balcony which looks out onto a little street with some restaurants and market stalls. The bed is big and comfy and there is a coffee machine and small fridge. I would absolutely stay here again and couldn’t recommend it more highly!

A very central location close to the train station, bus station, and to the ferry. Large comfortable and beautiful room.

A number of photos of the property show a great looking breakfast. That was one of the reasons for us to select this hotel. When we inquired upon arrival, we were told that there was no more breakfast offered since the pandemics started in early 2020, three and a half years ago. But the photos in booking.com didn't change - still showing a delicious but non-existent breakfast. The area is very central but not very pretty due to a market close by. At the same time, the safe and well lit main street is just a few steps away, so the nearby market should not be a problem. The check-in instructions were not very clear to us. A local young man helped us to get to the apartment.

Very cute, clean apartment. The room we had had a small balcony over the lane, and nice big doors out to it so very well light. Close to the main train station and also a lot of great restaurants. The access to the apartment building was right off a main road and felt safe when leaving/entering from that direction late at night. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. would happily stay again and recommend to friends. Grazie!

Needed to contact the host at the time of arrival to have them let you into the building with their remote access. They were very quick to respond so we were in within a minute, but if you’re a traveler without phone service and relay on wifi just be aware of this.

Location is perfect for a tourist: 10 min walk from the train station, a lot of restaurants in the historical center and also a lot of attractions are at walkable distances. The room is clean and has everything you need.

Beautiful. Well appointed. Clean. Near airport and public transit. Several restaurants and shops in the area. The building has an elevator.

Difficult to find. Even with GPS my taxi driver had to call the host for directions. There is no way for a taxi to drop off at the door because the building is on a pedestrian street.

It was a small cute little room. All the check-in information was shared with us on time and it was a nice comfortable stay. The owner answered all our questions and was friendly. The room was near the station so most of the things were nearby and comfortable to get. Overall it was a nice stay.❤️

Great accommodation, nice and clean. You can see that the host did his best to provide the guests with everything they need. It's in great area for sightseeing. Definitely will recommend it. Only minus is that this is one of the two rooms in appartment and when you leave it you cannot look it. There is video camera in the corridor, but still I will prefer to lock my private room when we go outside.
