This was easily our favourite stay during our two-week tour of southern Italy. The hospitality was exceptional, with a really personal touch. Since my partner was 7 months pregnant, the staff kindly brought breakfast to our room every morning, which made things much easier for us. She also found the bed really comfortable, which was a big plus. The room was great—modern, clean, and equipped with a smart TV, so we had plenty of entertainment options. The location was also ideal, right by the historic old town, making it easy to explore on foot. We found a fantastic pizza place nearby that we ended up going back to more than once. What really stood out was how thoughtful the staff were. They even did laundry for us, which was a huge help. They also run a coffee shop across the street, where they were always generous whenever I popped in. The best part was when we were leaving—they surprised us with a gift for our baby boy: Napoli and Argentina Maradona shirts. It was such a kind gesture that made our stay even more memorable. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we’d love to come back!

The staff was amazing. They were very accomodating. We had an emergency and they worked with us. The neighborhood lost electricity one night, and they felt bad about that, even though it was not a big deal or in their control, they gave us a free bottle of wine. The bed was excellent, the room was nicely decorated and felt welcoming. Location is very close to the train station. The breakfast was excellent, and delivered on time each morning.

Ran out of hot water towards end of a 2nd shower, that occurred immediately after the first person's shower. Was kinda suprised.

The staff are amazing. Luca is the kind of host that will do anything for the comfort of his guests. I had some unfortunate events occur to me during my stay and Luca took such good care of me, bringing me ice packs and treats to brighten up my spirits. He is a really kind person and this made all the difference.

You can hear the traffic which doesn't stop until 4am from the room. The windows are double glazed so there isn't much else that can be done but this is the experience of staying in Naples city.

We communicated to Gianluca by Whats app and met him at the Nayman cafe where his family have the business, he took us over to the suites and showed us around, the room was clean , well equipped and far enough from the Calle so Umberto to be quiet. the sept up is very private and lovely. We had an early start so headed over to the cafe at 6am to get "our breakfast" and they had booked us a taxi . Throughly recommend the suites and Gianluca could not be more helpful

Don't have anything to add here. Its only 1 flight of stairs but if you need the lift you need to insert 20cents, cute but part of the building's make up. We used the stairs but only because i rarely carry cash and not often 20cents!

The decor was beautiful and so relaxing and clean in the middle of a bustling city. It's location so close to.the main train station yet it felt very safe and clean. Bedding towels etc immaculate.As it is a small hotel it felt very safe and secure. The bed was so comfortable and it was of a very high standard. I particularly liked that just across the road was the Nayman cafe which was a point of personal contact for any help or guidance if needed. Smart TV to tune into Netflicks at the end of a long day.

Martina is one of the nicest hosts Ive experienced when staying in a property on booking.com. She gave us loads of information for our stay about the best things to do in Naples. She also recommended a place to park our car for the time we were there (something we were a bit worried about when we arrived). The room was really beautiful and so well taken care of. We enjoyed the most amazing breakfast every morning on our little balcony. The bathroom was also perfect and had everything we needed. Room service was provided everyday including bottled water to the fridge and restocking of tea/coffee. Martina had even left us a lovely bottle of wine in our room when we arrived. Thanks so much Martina! We would definitely recommend Macchiato for those looking for a place in the hustle and bustle of Naples!

The room was very quiet, but the apartment is just off a very busy road and with the balcony doors open you can hear lots of beeping etc from the cars on the road. This didn't bother us (its Naples after all - what do you expect?) and when the windows were shut, you can hear very little from the outside world. A little haven away from the craziness of Naples!

Despite a stay of 14 days at the same location, our host Martina offered us a variety of delicious food for breakfast. Even fresh fruit was offered daily. It seemed that nothing was too much for her to give her guests a splendid stay. The room and bathroom were luxurious with various amenities. We had the best host ever during holidays. She assisted us in many ways with her own personal friendly touch. The B&B is located near many historical spots, near many ways of transportation to the islands (Procida, Ischia….), to places like Herculaneum, Pompeï, Paestum, Sorrento, Amalfi…… This combination gave us a top experience.

The place is beautiful and in a great location. This place is a short walk from the Central train station and the marina where we took a ferry boat to Capri. The place is beautiful and the host is super nice. Breakfast is decent with great coffee. The egg breakfast could be better 😄, but love the friendliness of the staff. Feel very welcomed.

Window was broken and a lot of street noises.

We really loved our stay at Martina's B&B: - The room and bedding are really confortable. It is high quality and we can see the furniture has been chosen to last long term. - Everything was super clean in every little details. This is something really important to me to have a great stay :) Martina cleaned the room everyday. - Good communication with Martina a few days before the day and during the stay. She has created a website will all you need to know about Naples. It is really helpful. - I was afraid the room to be small when booking, but it is really well arranged and I felt it was bigger that 15m2. It felt like 17-18m2. - It is quite central to Naples, near the train station to visit Naples surroundings (6min), near the ports (15 or 25 min) and near the historic center (10min). Overall Martina offers prestation as if you were staying at a 4* hotel but with the friendliness on top. I highly recommand staying at Macchiato Suites B&B.

Martina was a fantastic host. She messaged us as soon as we made our booking to let us know that we could reach out to her with any questions. She provided clear details for our arrival and check out and gave us great tips about the area. The apartment is a small oasis in Naples. There is a special touch in every aspect of the apartment and the room. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and the shower has good pressure. I loved the attention to detail in all of the decorations. It felt very homely and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to the central train station, the port and the sites of the old town. We will return to Naples and for sure return to the Macchiato suites. We recommend any travellers to Naples to stay here.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Everything was perfect.
