A great guest house: very clean, well appointed and comfortable. The room and bathroom are a good size and are very comfortable: no internal or external noise despite the location near the main road! The ac and WiFi are both good. Comfortable bed with good linen and fresh towels each day. Excellent breakfast choice with good quality products and which is served in the room at your chosen time. The owner is very responsive on what’s app and responds to queries very quickly. The cafe opposite which is also owned by the guest house has good range of pastries and drinks. I would return if visiting Naples again.

I must say it was an excellent experience! The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of the city, very close to train station also. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with fresh linens and towels. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. The room was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, WiFi, a great attention to details. We had such a wonderful stay at Macchiato Suites in Napoli! Both my partner and I loved everything about it — from the cosy, comfortable room to the convenient location close to Napoli Centrale, public transport and most importantly the famous L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele within walking distance! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming from the very beginning! Just a heads-up: you’ll need to check in at Café Nayman across the road. That’s where we met Luca and his girlfriend Elena, who run the B&B, and I must say, the two of them are among the warmest people we came across in Italy! You can just tell that all they want is for their guests to have a wonderful stay. Let me tell you something very small to show how thoughtful they are. The suites are located on the first floor of a building from 1909 (Luca showed me the sign!), and when we arrived with our luggage, we took the lift, which requires 20 cents. Luca had already prepared one for us, and once we entered the Suites, he pointed to a plate full of 20-cent coins and told us to feel free to use them whenever we needed the lift. That’s how customer-centred they are! And the B&B really does feel like home! It has that same cosiness and comfort you find in your own space. The room was spacious and equipped with everything you’d expect from a B&B or hotel. There’s a beautiful corridor with classic Italian-style decorations, plus info booklets and brochures about local travel. In the middle of the suites is a large shared space where you can sit and chill, which is so welcoming. Our schedule in Naples was pretty tight. We only had one and a half days, and it was the last stop on our trip. On the second morning, we planned to visit Pompeii early via the Circumvesuviana. When Luca heard about our plans, he insisted we drop by the café to grab something to eat and a coffee, even though he had been planning to serve a beautiful breakfast in our room (just like the photos on their website).

we cannot name one thing we disliked

This was easily our favourite stay during our two-week tour of southern Italy. The hospitality was exceptional, with a really personal touch. Since my partner was 7 months pregnant, the staff kindly brought breakfast to our room every morning, which made things much easier for us. She also found the bed really comfortable, which was a big plus. The room was great—modern, clean, and equipped with a smart TV, so we had plenty of entertainment options. The location was also ideal, right by the historic old town, making it easy to explore on foot. We found a fantastic pizza place nearby that we ended up going back to more than once. What really stood out was how thoughtful the staff were. They even did laundry for us, which was a huge help. They also run a coffee shop across the street, where they were always generous whenever I popped in. The best part was when we were leaving—they surprised us with a gift for our baby boy: Napoli and Argentina Maradona shirts. It was such a kind gesture that made our stay even more memorable. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we’d love to come back!

The staff was amazing. They were very accomodating. We had an emergency and they worked with us. The neighborhood lost electricity one night, and they felt bad about that, even though it was not a big deal or in their control, they gave us a free bottle of wine. The bed was excellent, the room was nicely decorated and felt welcoming. Location is very close to the train station. The breakfast was excellent, and delivered on time each morning.

Ran out of hot water towards end of a 2nd shower, that occurred immediately after the first person's shower. Was kinda suprised.

The staff are amazing. Luca is the kind of host that will do anything for the comfort of his guests. I had some unfortunate events occur to me during my stay and Luca took such good care of me, bringing me ice packs and treats to brighten up my spirits. He is a really kind person and this made all the difference.

You can hear the traffic which doesn't stop until 4am from the room. The windows are double glazed so there isn't much else that can be done but this is the experience of staying in Naples city.

We communicated to Gianluca by Whats app and met him at the Nayman cafe where his family have the business, he took us over to the suites and showed us around, the room was clean , well equipped and far enough from the Calle so Umberto to be quiet. the sept up is very private and lovely. We had an early start so headed over to the cafe at 6am to get "our breakfast" and they had booked us a taxi . Throughly recommend the suites and Gianluca could not be more helpful

Don't have anything to add here. Its only 1 flight of stairs but if you need the lift you need to insert 20cents, cute but part of the building's make up. We used the stairs but only because i rarely carry cash and not often 20cents!

The decor was beautiful and so relaxing and clean in the middle of a bustling city. It's location so close to.the main train station yet it felt very safe and clean. Bedding towels etc immaculate.As it is a small hotel it felt very safe and secure. The bed was so comfortable and it was of a very high standard. I particularly liked that just across the road was the Nayman cafe which was a point of personal contact for any help or guidance if needed. Smart TV to tune into Netflicks at the end of a long day.

We loved everything about our stay. It was an easy walk from the station to the apartment. We felt very safe & cared for by the owners. A beautiful breakfast was delivered to our room each morning that was delicious. The apartment was outstanding, clean, spacious, attention to detail by the owners to ensure you have a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this wonderful guest house.

An exceptional accommodation in the heart of Napoli. It is very close to the train, port and bus station. The room and bathroom are very clean and well equipped. You have big windows with lots of light coming in and a large balcony. The breakfast is delicious and diverse. The owner's coffee shop "Nayman" has some delicious pastries! Highly recommend!
