A stunning hotel, beautifully decorated throughout. Our family had a great stay in one of the nicest hotel rooms we've stayed in. The Casa D is a beautiful hotel and the staff are so nice and so helpful. Loads of space, large spacious rooms with lots of storage for clothes and baggage. The bathroom was definitely the nicest we've ever had. Spotlessly clean, everything you could wish for, slippers, shaving kit, shower caps, high quality shower products etc. This hotel has gone the extra mile on quality. Check in was simple and fast, we got a great welcome. We had a few requests for various things as we had been travelling and the staff were so helpful. After check in we all showered and slept for 3 hours, lovely warm shower with cool mood lighting (which the kids loved), super-comfy bed and then we went off refreshed and rested to explore the chaotic, charming and beautiful city of Napoli. I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel, I booked it based on other booking.com reviews and our family couldn't have been happier, it was a great choice, definitely a 5-star review.

One of the best hotel I have been so far. It has opened recently and everything is new and perfect. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, comfortable with all you need at the right place. Bed was very confortable and I honestly slept very well. The hotel is at the beginning of the "Spacca Napoli" street, a must place to visit if you come to Naples. I loved the "breakfast approach": you do not need 10'000 different average options, when you have the right ones, really in TOP quality for ingredients and taste. You can opt for a standard continental breakfast with eggs, bacon cheese and ham or for a traditional sweet italian breakfast, eating the typical "sfogliatella riccia" or "liscia" or the "pastiera napoletana" in an high bakery-quality. Ask the receptionists for suggestions on what to see in Naples and to which restaurants to go for eating. Thanks to them we had amazing lunch/dinner experiences; their help with the right suggestions on the attractions and travels around Naples (e.g. Pompei, Capri for us) contributed to make my vacation in Naples, one of the best ever. Thanks! Naples is a city with a soul and you will love it.

Everything’s brand new and clean and some staff in particular are really friendly and extremely helpful. The ladies on reception are very accommodating!

WiFi is terrible, constantly cuts out completely and you have to use 5G, so cuts out all Netflix or YouTube and takes ages to get going again. This happened at least 10 times whilst I was there for 4 days. I got told I wasn’t allow food in the room when I ordered a take away, this is crazy! I have never heard this in my entire life, they really need to rethink this policy. I’m not a child at home with my parents, this is a hotel being paid for!! The lady allowed me to anyways I said I have to eat it in the room as I’m not eating it anywhere else.

The hotels is absolutely impeccable! The rooms are very well maintained and extremely clean. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety and tasty options to choose from. Everything was well prepared and beautifully presented , making it the perfect start to our day ! The staff is incredibly friendly , especially Grecia at the reception, who is very polite and always ready to help with anything you might need. My friends and I were lucky enough to meet the owner and his wife as well , such kind and welcoming people. We had a wonderful experience and definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Everything was great. Location, room, bed was comfortable. Room was very nice, breakfast was great with options. All staff were amazing, especially front desk, cleaning and kitchen staff (Shout out to Alicia and Grecca at reception - Sorry for spelling :)). They were so approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Excellent experience. Will def stay again if I visit Naples in the future.

Not that it impacted our stay, but improvements could be made to the Air conditioner as it was very warm in Naples. Safe in the room didn't work, but again, no problem as it didn't impact our stay and we felt very safe in the city.

The staff were friendly and very helpful with tips for the city and restaurants. The cleanliness, the comfort and being close to the train station, museums and restaurants also helped.

Lacked a fan in the bathroom. Maybe more tissues and hair conditioner . Also, a coffee that didn't spit, had more responsive buttons and better coffee options. (But these are minor compared to the many positives of this hotel.)

The receptionist on the day of my arrival was extremely helpful. I hurt my knee because I fell on the way to the hotel and she immediately got me some iodine and band-aids. She also offered me tea and something to eat, such great hospitality! Unfortunately, I didn't ask her for her name, because I was in a bit of shock, but thank you so much!!

The breakfast was f.a.b.u.l.o.u.s - staff are fantastic. Naples can be unsettling (unless you are used to chaos and bedlam lol) but if you decide to swim rather than sink it will be the most enjoyable and interesting stay of your life

the surrounding area can be a little rough for the faint-hearted so even more enjoyable to repair to the safety and comfort of this little gem of a hotel

Staff was and is amazing and helpful. Location really great, in the middle of the historical area and close to main train station. A lot of buzz and life in this part of the city. The room was clean and very spacious and the air conditioning was super. We can only recommend this hotel.
