Great location both for touring the city, as it is very close to the old city center, as well as for the day trips to Pompeii and Herculaneum, seeing it is a 10 min walk to the train station. The room was spotlessly clean and was also cleaned every day. It had a small space to store and hang the clothes, a small counter with a kettle, a couple of tea cups (and some tea bags they offered), and a frigobar. The bed was large and comfortable. The room where we stayed (n.13) faced a narrow ally, which I consider was a plus, as the main street has heavy traffic day and night. The girl who checked us in was very friendly and gave us several useful tips of places to see and eat.

Breakfast is taken in a small shop right next to the building entrance and it has a very limited choice. A croissant (plain or you can choose from the available fillings) and a coffee/latte/tea. Description of the lodgings should indicate what to do once you get to the building entrance. When we got there, it was closed and there was no indication of the lodgings on the buzzers. When someone opened the door to come out, we went in, then up the stairs, but once again did not know what to do, as there is no sign on the door with the lodgings name. Had to call them and was told to wait 5 minutes for someone who was going to meet me there and show me the room.

The room was very comfortable and the place was in a great location, very close to all the main places we wanted to see and with great transport links. But what really stood out for me during this stay was Jessica and how attentive and kind she was: she gave us great recommendations, and made the check in and check out process very smooth. She is a gem!

The only thing that could be improved was the breakfast. The cafe downstairs that provides it had an extremely limited selection not only of pastries (only croissants), but also of drinks: my friend does not drink coffee, which means she could only drink water since there was no tea option. Also, the man that works there was rather rude to us, so we stopped going there after the second day and made our own arrangements for breakfast elsewhere.

Double windows protects against intense street noise -Secured car parking under the roof next to the apartments. The price is 25 EUR per day, you need to book in advance. Parking spaces are very tight, so if you don't trust your driving skills, let the staff park your car. -The apartment is in a very good location, near the old town. -During check-in, the employee explained everything perfectly and advised what is worth visiting and where to eat deliciously.

The electrical sockets are very loose, the plugs are hard to hold -Breakfast about 100 meters from the apartment in a small cafe. You will only get coffee and one croissant :)

About the quietness of the room. It's not the fault of Maison Arena Al Corso - the street outside was very noisy and we had to sleep with firmly closed windows at about 20° C.

We reserved a room for two. They provided a room with one double and three single folding beds. And not a single wardrobe. I can only imagine if we were 5 with the relevant number of suitcases. And one small suggestion - some hotels equip their rooms with single use slippers. Thus, one will not have to come out of the bathroom barefooted on the floor tiles. And will save unnecessary expense of towels.

Great location near Central train station 10 min walkand historic part of city with great restaurants. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Excellent communication with staff regarding how to find accommodation, what to see and where to eat in historic center. Very helpful in organizing taxi to airport which took about 15 mins . I would definitely stay here again when visiting Naples.

Building was bit noisy and quite loud voice echos . Walls bit thin. The water heater made very loud gurgling sounds even when not in use which caused some sleeplessness.

Good location close to the train, metro and bus stations. There are a lot of restaurants and stores around. We had a room with one double bed and 2 single beds. The size of the room was good, the room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast is an italian one, croissant and coffee/water served at a coffee shop nearby. We spoked with Jessica and like to thank her for all the information shared with us, the communication with her was excellent.

We could hear what the peoples from the appartment next to ours were speaking. A night stand would be good to have near the bed.

Great location, very close to historic centre. Staff member who waited to check us in was courteous and friendly, helped us with loads of recommendations for places to eat and activities around Naples and was available throughout our stay with useful information.

Hot water lasted about 5-10 minutes before going cold. Ok for a single person, but when you have a family of four wasnt the best situation but luckily it was so hot outside that we wanted cold showers at times.

I like that’s was nice modern clean. The owner amazing taking care off us. Room was cleaned every day new towels and essentials. Thank you I definitely recommend good luck 🖤location very good near metro or train station. Room was isolated so no sound from main street. A/C new .

The shower was difficult to use, one moment hot water coming one second cold water. Also need cutleries(spoon) to make tea or coffee.

I really like the location itself because it's very close to the place i want to go. The staff are very helpful (Jessica and her colleage) sorry forget her name. I wasn't expecting my room to be that big but it was. Many cafe and great pizzeria place nearby. you definitely won't get hungry.

Lack of signage of the place or visibility of the hotel name

- Jessica picked me up from the front door. I didn't have to worry about finding the entrance. She was so friendly and welcoming:) thanks. Gave me tons of information and recommendations and a free city map! That was awesome! - Comfy bed - clean - The boiler to make myself tea. - close to the central station and the city

- breakfast is provided by a café right next door (perfect that it is so close) but the waitresses/owner are extremely unfriendly. It's not a nice cafe to sit in unfortunately. You get an Italian breakfast: Croissant and cappuccino are ok. - i had some little things missing like a hook for a towel and soap dispenser etc. I already told the hotel and hope they will adjust the little things - other than that it was very good:)
