Lovely quiet, relaxing setting, away from hustle & bustle of main highway & Sorrento. Staff all very helpful & pleasant - nothing too much trouble. Booking trips, restaurants etc. Beautiful views across to Vesuvius & coast; especially from the roof top sun deck / bar. Pool clean and well looked after & an ideal depth. Bed really comfortable - great night's sleep.Fridge & safe available in room. Balconies on garden facing rooms. Need to have a car, as otherwise need to use taxis or walk.

Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in room.

stunning view from the room (and from the shower) on the gulf of Naples and Vesuvius - room nicely furnished, spacious shower - garden with sunbeds and pool for hotel guests - panoramic roof terrace with 360° view on the sea and the surrounding hills - very quiete place (10 minutes drive from Meta di Sorrento or Vico Equense villages) - staff very professional - clean room - very nice location with green areas surrounding the hotel and very quiet

tap water, even if officially drinkable has ha very unpleasant taste, it would be nice to have at least a big bottle of water included in the price of the stay

Hotel was BEAUTIFUL - views to die for over the sea towards Vesuvius, calm oasis on the cliff top, but actually very easy to find and get to, had such a nice afternoon relaxing in the grounds. All the staff were LOVELY - couldn't do more to help us, always smiling, very friendly, felt like a real home from home. Bedroom was a good size, high quality finish, and felt spotlessly clean. I loved that there's only 20 rooms, giving it a really intimate feel, whilst still having ample communal spaces

We visited late May and the pool was too cold to enjoy then. Taxi's are CRAZY expensive in Sorrento, making it difficult to get to/from hotel as it's approx. 20mins out of town centre - but receptionist did recommend a couple of lovely looking restaurants within very easy walking distance (we just didn't have time to visit them)

Nice place with incredible view and great facilities

The location is pretty far from the beach and most of cities, so it’s better to have car to feel free. Hotel provides regular transfers to the beach and train station but it takes time. Breakfast was quite average, would like to have more options and variety. Also you have to note that hotel doesn’t have restaurant so you need to find a place to eat nearby or use transfer to go somewhere. There are two places with the great food choices nearby, but both were closed at Sunday, so we didn’t have any other options but to buy food from the local food store.

If you want to go for restaurant everything seems to be far and you need a car (maybe 5-7mn ride with these small roads)

Great views from the pool, the room and the rooftop. Great service from the rooftop bartender (I forgot the name) who also served us lunch at the pool. Close to Sorrento, Vico Equense if you have a car. There’s a superb restaurant across the street.

The breakfast lost some variety since the last year. I remember more dishes being available. It would be nice to bring them back for my next visit.

Isabel who was in charge of guest service went over and beyond to help us out in every way possible. She patiently helped us out with the transportation logistics and was very prompt in responding. All the staff greeted us always with a smile and were very warm. Rooms were exceptionally clean and was cleaned every day when we got back to the room after a long day of sightseeing. Very quiet peaceful place to stay.

Transportation to Sorrento or other towns had to be planned based on shuttle bus and train timings from vica equenso station. We were not ready to drive in that traffic, so didn't rent a car. But if you don't mind driving, then it might be easier to get around.

Lovely hotel in an amazing, quiet location on a hillside overlooking both Sorrento and the Bay of Naples. Cannot recommend more! Everything was excellent from the views, to the exceptional service, the pool, clean and comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast. We enjoyed our stay so much we already booked again!

Nothing, everything perfect.

Property was amazing and unique! The views were spectacular! Breakfast had a range of items and was fresh and delicious! Staff was exceptional!

The only downside was the property was a bit remote! But I think what’s also what made the property so unique and special! Can’t have it all! 😂

I liked the view from the room. The room was spacious

One of the staff members seemed flustered our entire stay. Upon check- in she couldn’t answer questions and stated she had something important to do. She didn’t explain how the key card activated electricity in the room. My keys were deactivated daily. When I tried to hire the driver for an airport transfer, I asked for a time that would allow me enough time (3 hours) at the airport, she told me the driver knows what he’s doing. I would not agree to that time as I would be late so I had her call the driver back. A lot of her comments were unnecessary and her demeanor towards us was rude.
