The location of the property is amazing. Bus stop and taxis are steps away. So are dozens of restaurants and shops, but you will be tucked away, just down from the Monte Solaro chair lift, on a quiet lane. Our room had a spectacular sea and sunset view and a large terrace. It was also perhaps the cleanest hotel room I have ever seen in my entire life. The room was well designed with stellar A/C, a comfortable bed, a mini kitchen, charging station, well-appointed bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Plus, staying in Anacapri, which is much less of a s**tshow than Capri, is definitely the way to go.

In the ideal world, this property would have a small pool instead of a hot tub.

The room was gorgeus, the beds were very confortable, we love the amenities and the breakfast was amazing. The towel quality could improve, also having a chair in the room would be very helpfull.

The hotel send and email saying we could leave the lugages before the check in time, it was very helpfull. At that moment we ask for some indication to the staff, but the only answer was that all info was going to be given at check in time. We lost half a day in the island looking for the information that took not even 5 minutes. Also, the lights were very confuzing to use.

This hotel was fantastic! Immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, with staff who made us feel completely at home. We appreciated the small, thoughtful touches like slippers and makeup remover, which added to the comfort of our stay. The location was ideal—easy to walk to shops and restaurants nearby. We also took part in the cooking class offered by the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would be excited to stay again in the future.

Adding a Netflix app would be a great option for English channels.

We had a great time at Relai 2 Pini. The hotel is ideally located and of high standard. We stayed for a night there and enjoyed Capri. The personnel was very helpful, they offer to hold onto your luggage for you after you checkout if you want to enjoy the rest of the day in Capri carefree.

Unfortunately we had booked a room with a jacuzzi which was turned off and we had to notify the staff. They quickly fixed the issue but we had to wait a while for it to warm up. The price is also a bit high in my opinion, but that's most likely due to Capri being expensive in general.

This property has location location location as a bonus, but offered so much more. My friend and I stayed here so we could go on the chair lift, from the plunge pool/jacuzzi, we could watch people go up and come down. It was that close. The property itself is beautiful and rooms clean and comfortable. A quick walk from bus station from Capri with all the shops, restaurants so close by.

Amazing location in the gorgeous Anacapri. Easy to find, check in and check out were seamless. The room was beautifully done, clean and modern. The staff were amazing, very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was lovely each morning. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, cannot recommend enough!

It would be great if the hottub could be made warmer - however we did speak to the team about this whilst we were there and they tried to help as much as they couldn’t - unfortunately the temperature wasnt possible to go any higher

We loved our stay. Guido looked after us from the moment we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was beautiful, with gorgeous ceramic tiles in the bathroom. We enjoyed a simple, generous breakfast in the upstairs garden. The location is perfect, right next to the main shops, restaurants, and the chair lift, but very quiet. Anacapri is the best place to stay in Capri Island. Relais 2 Pini is the best place to stay in Anacapri! If you want to describe paradise, this is it. We liked everything, the interractions with the property and its wonderful staff, the beautiful room and the terrace, the garden where we had the best breakfast, the location which is just perfect, and so on. The bed was extremely comfortable, we had a very good sleep. We were greeted by their professional, friendly team, and they gave us tips and useful information for our stay, and helped us all the way. The room was large, clean, impecable, nicely decorated and the high tech. We could leave the luggage there, even if we left later in the evening from Anacapri. Always careful to our needs, they made us feel at home and were always available. Just the confidence they inspire, we knew we were on good hands. The breakfast is fresh, made by a professional chef. It was the best breakfast we had in Capri and on the Amalfi coast. This place is just amazing, we would definitely come back again!

Wow. This is a beautiful property, in a fantastic location which is a family run business where the owners cant do enough. Everything was taken care of to make an amazing holiday. The room we had at 2 Pini was a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom's apartment that accommodated 4 adults. Everything had been thought of from the luxury bedding to the dual air con that meant the 2 sleeping areas could run at different temperatures. The room had a beautiful spacious bathroom was spotlessly clean and made up every day there is a private outdoor jacuzzi and a large terrace to relax on. 2 Pini is a family run business where the owners cant do enough to ensure a comfortable happy stay. They were genuinely welcoming lovely people. The location of the property is great, with amazing views of Ischia especially at sunset at the front of the building and the gardens and top of the Island from the back, the scenery all round is stunning . The chair lift does run quite close to the property but is very quiet and only runs in the daytime and to be honest is was quite nice, relaxing on the sunbed watching the chairs run by. It is literally 1 minute walk to the Piazza Vittoria where you find some fantastic bars and restaurants, the chair lift entrance, the walk to Villa San Michele and the start of the main shopping high street that runs through Anacapri. We had a great stay ad cant wait to go back

The staff were prompt and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our requests. The welcome was cute with italian delights and coffee. Room was of great quality, comfortable bed. Most essentials one needs from a hotel room was provided. Breakfast was delicious served in the garden.

Air conditioner kept going off, had to no request assistance twice in the middle of the night. Couldn’t use the jacuzzi as it had no hot water nor alternative was provided. Only one hotel key was provided, forgot it inside the room, as a 24/7 reception isn’t available , had to wait too long for assistance. Was charged €70 late check out for an hour, given the jacuzzi didn’t work, maybe they could have written this off. Breakfast form too complex, maybe use a tablet with photos.
