hands down and hats off to the wonder that this team in Jumeirah capri palace, I have lived in UAE for 7 years and been to many Jumeirah's around the world but trust me when i say that the personal heartwarming hospitality of the team in Jumeirah capri elevate the world of hospitality and you have to forget all hotels and all establishments as i have been to Milan, lake Como, Rome, Sorrento and Positano but from now on i will have only one destination which is not capri but Jumeirah capri palace and that's it. its worth every dollar and i am a hard critic but from Fabio the hotel manager to Vincenzo hotel front manager to Gabriella and Karim in reservations and Lorenzo and Roberto in concierge to Fredrico in the pool to Fabrisio the driver. This goes to Jumeirah hospitality .. all the above amazing people have to be rewarded and promoted for representing the Jumeirah brand specially in the world of hospitality you will never find another Fabio, Vincenzo, Gabriella, Karim, Lorenzo, Roberto, Fredrico, Fabrisio. retain them as they give the hospitality industry its definition back

that i cant stay there for good

The entire stay was perfection. From the warm staff that exceeded our expectations in terms of service - always welcoming us with a friendly smile - to the beautiful hotel design and rooms. Staff were attentive and paid attention to detail with the night room service even preparing slippers and the beds. We were here for a celebration and the extra touches were so lovely and memorable. The spa is a must it is wonderful to relax and Clara was extremely knowledgeable and wonderful. Breakfast was phenomenal with a huge range of options from the Al a Carte menu to the beautiful buffet with local produce. The pool was the perfect spot to relax at and the terrace was great with the live music to enjoy sunset at. Concierge was helpful in organising day trips and even boat tickets back to the mainland. We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back.

Amazing hotel with exceptional staff who were very attentive, warm and extremely helpful. Pool area is amazing. Choice of restaurants were superb in the hotel were superb. We particularly loved Zuma and the theatre and experience of the Michelin star restaurant. Il Rocio was also amazing

Only issue we had was on our first night there was a rather large music in the corridor which woke us up - hotel explained that there was an error with the sound system

Breakfast quality was superb , plenty of choice as well. The staff generally were so helpful, Fred the pool attendant is worth his weight in gold. Although the hotel seemed quiet in the evening, you’ll find it more lively on the roof top bar. Additionally the shuttle service is so convenient, plus it’s free ! Use the shuttle to go to the “Il Riccio” restaurant ( Part of Capri Palace) which is 10 minutes away, it’s located near the blue grotto. Great food and atmosphere , it’s pricey but worth every penny.

An unpleasant smell in the reception area, nothing else comes to mind.

the staff were phenomenal- at all levels. we felt well treated with the shuttles, wait staff, concierge, and spa staff. the location was great too. out of the bustle of Capri town.

the room was odd for the price. the. garden view was bamboo in a pot off a non- functioning terrace. the assumption was for the cost the garden view would have been an actual open space to look at. the floor tiles were clean, but there was debri in the grout. Lee got the feeling that if we had booked directly with the hotel, the room might have been as described. still- the service compensated for the over valued room.

I had the pleasure of staying there recently and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. One thing that stood out to me was the super friendly staff. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, which made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. In addition to the staff, the view from the hotel was absolutely stunning. I was able to enjoy breathtaking panoramas of the island and the sea from my room, which added to the already wonderful experience. Finally, the rooms themselves were truly wonderful. They were spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, making my stay at the Capri Palace Hotel truly one to remember. Overall, I would highly recommend the Capri Palace Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience on the beautiful island of Capri.

everything was perfect

The breakfast was exceptional. All the food was exceptional, from zuma to the Il Olivo restaurant and the room service, the food is to die for.

A little bit noisy but the hotel changed me rooms immediately and upgraded me so cannot complain.

Location and the staff

The responses on my messages. I asked about the transfer from the port of arrival but the hotel provided me a phone number to contact the concierge, concierge’s phone didn’t work. We have been waiting without communication for the transfer about 30 min.

Very nice hotel. Great location in the middle of Anacapri. Nice rooms and very good breakfast.

The staff is not professional. They are sweet and trying to do the best but they need a good training to be up to jumeirah hotel world wild standard

It was the 8th time i was visiting the hotel. We had an amazing suite with a private pool which was really magnificent. The breakfast in the Capri Palace is one of the best not the biggest buffet but only the best of the best products. Special thanks to the very lovely and helpful poolboy!

There were really a lot of wasps while having lunch. I think they should be able to find a solution to solve this problem.
