We had a wonderful stay at Carlo, Rosaria and son Alessandro B&B in Anacapri where we stayed 5 night in October. What a gem!!! It was a home away from home (casa lontano da casa 😊). Our room was spacious and very nicely decorated. Carlo’s wife is so lovely and makes the most scrumptious and moist Caprese cake we ever ate and her banana cake was lovely too!!!. Alessandro and Carlo were so helpful giving us advice on where to go and what to do and made our stay on the island very enjoyable. We highly recommend

Antico Monastero is placed in a center of Anacapri , but very quiet area. It is an incredible, a bit magic place, due to its history. There are many interesting pictures and artifactes inside. The breakfast was very good, served in the owner's room, so we feel really like their guests. Alessandro took care of us whole time during our stay. Thanks to his recomendation we can sightsee interesting places and visited very good restauration :) Alessandro, we appreciate your kindness and we are very gratefull for your help.

Perfect stay in Capri, can’t expect anything greater than this. It’s a beautiful historical house at the heart of AnnaCapri, very safe too. Most importantly, the owner of the family house Carlo and Alessandro were so warm and sweet that it felt like home away from home, which made our Capri memories exceptionally beautiful. Heart was full when leaving this lovely place.

Carlo was incredible. He greeted us at the door and took us through a gorgeous entrance hall up to our room. We had a private bathroom and kitchenette with drinking water. We also had a mini fridge and a small balcony. Although we were provided with a key, he noted that it's so safe that we didn't need to lock our room on the way out. He took the time to get to know about us and even gave us a little map of anacapri with details of how to get to bus stations for the best places to visit. We took his advice and had a fantastic visit to the grotto azzurra, relaxed at Lido del Faro and saw the views from the top of the island by using the chairlift. Carlo provided a delicious breakfast and allowed us to leave luggage to collect after we checked out. 10/10. Would come stay with Carlo again.

The location, in the historical centre of Anacapri, was perfect, and it was a wonderful opportunity to stay in an old monastery. Alessandro and his family were very welcoming and provided a lot of useful and interesting information about what to do in Capri.

The bed was a little bit harder than what I'm used to, but I still slept very well.

Our host was very accommodating and this B&B is very charming. The breakfast was exceptional and offered many choices, including fresh tomatoes, bread and fruit. A short walk to the main square in Anacapri and next to La Chiesa di San Michele (follow this landmark on the map, it is next door on the right in Piazza Nicola). Less busy and the air is cooler than Capri and the Marina if you want to avoid the crowds/heat. Many choices to shop and dine all within Anacapri as well as buses and taxis to take you around.

The father and son hosts Carlo and Alessandro were warm and very helpful in every way possible. From our very accommodating check in to wonderful recommendations for activities and dining these gentlemen were spot on. We enjoyed sharing breakfast each morning and their very genuine overall hospitality.

Such a perfect stay at this location. Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful. Our place was everything we needed for our night in Ana Capri. It had a large bed, for two, as well as a cot for one other person. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. We had a little kitchenette with stairs that let to our own private terrace, which was just lovely.

No complaints for this property. It was such a humble stay. Our hosts were wonderful.

Hosts were superb and warm welcoming. Host helped and explained the tourist attractions and how to reach or how to plan those points. Breakfast was good. Now I will come to the B&B.. it was perfect and has desinged like an old, cozy small villa. You can see the sun in the roof while lying on bed. There was a separate and private terrace and accessible from within the apartment. Just to make a note that there is a particular view from the window.

I didn't find anything to complain about here.

We had everything we expected plus a home vibe. It was lovely having our breakfast at the big table of the dining room with the old photos and stuff around, narrating their own story! A unique experience indeed! Signore Carlo was so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed our nice chat! Grazie mio caro!

As I am a 60-years-old-person I would appreciate a more comfortable mattress. Though it was not a big problem.
