The view was absolutely amazing and everything was comfortable and clean! The breakfast was simple but very nice and everything was fresh!

There’s was no way to get food besides breakfast, even tho it says it has a snack bar. It rained a lot on our last day and we just wanted to get a snack so we could wait for the rain to pass to go have lunch and there was nothing to eat. Also we couldn’t eat in the hotel room, for some reason, so we couldn’t even order in.

The view was amazing and the swimming pool was very refreshing.

The wifi is not accessible from the rooms, only in shared spaces such as entrance and cafeteria. Also, it is very difficult to access hotel by foot because it's only accessible by a busy highway with little to no sidewalk. Hard and dangerous walk from bus stop or any other location.

The staff were pleasant, the room was nice and the balcony and view were wonderful. The pool was very nice when it was open. the breakfast was decent.

The air conditioning worked sometimes. on our last night it stopped working which led to an uncomfortable sleep. The shower had hot water on only 1 of 3 days. The pool is wonderful but it's shut from 7pm so if you're out doing stuff during the day (which most people are) you don't get to use it. it doesn't get dark till almost 9pm in summer so it's silly to not be able to use it. The place is actually really good, we just feel like a few small changes could make it so much better.

My stay at this hotel had both great and disappointing aspects. On the positive side, the balcony view from the room was absolutely incredible and a major highlight of the trip. The swimming pool experience was also fantastic—the pool area was well-maintained and provided a perfect place to relax. However, the major downside was the staff. I found them to be unfriendly and not very welcoming. They were not approachable and didn't seem to be interested in providing friendly service, which really detracted from the overall experience. Overall, I would highly recommend the hotel for its amazing amenities and views, but the management should consider training their staff on customer service and hospitality.

Beautiful views of the cost of Sorrento really made this hotel fabulous. The room was very specious, the balcony was lovely (again with amazing views) and the staff were helpful. The location is about 5km from main Sorrento. We walked to Meta train station daily (steady downhill, windy narrow paths) where we took the train to Sorrento for €1.50pp. We would recommend renting a scooter if you wish to travel anywhere on the coast, it really makes the experience so much more fun (you can do this via hotel). Parking scooters is cheap, just make sure you don’t dump it anywhere and take it to a proper parking garage.

The air conditioning is not monitored inside your room. It automatically comes on at 6.30am - 7.30am, however if you wish to have it on at any other time you would need to ring reception. The breakfast is OK, a very small ‘continental’ spread of croissants, bread rolls, yogurt, 2x cereal options, apples, oranges, 2x hams, 1 cheese and a few sweet biscuit options.

The view is definity breath taking. I did not expect that. The hotel is nice and pleasent with parking spot for the car. The location is also very good since it is away from the traffic and just 15m car to Sorrento. I would definitely came back to this hotel if i had the chance.

The breakfast could be a bit more complete, with some hot food, e.g. scrambled eggs. The wifi inside the room didn't work. It worked in the room's balcony but it was gone once you stept in to the room. Doesn't make much sense in these days to not have wifi inside the rooms so that the guests be alowed to use wifi to call family or stream content.

A nice hotel with a good location and a very beautiful view. Breakfast is OK and as expected. During the evening you can have a good and nice view. There is a free parking and WI-FI

It is not possible to order food from outside the hotel and there is no restaurant, just snacks.

I recently stayed at Mega Mare hotel and it was a delightful experience. When you open the window, you're greeted with a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Naples that is truly spectacular. The hotel isn't the most modern, but it maintains the charming style of the area. The breakfast was decent, there's also a pool with the same stunning view as the rooms. It's fairly central, making it convenient to reach various beaches, but having a car is essential. The hotel offers great value for money, and I found myself not wanting to leave the balcony, which also offers a stunning view of the sunset. If you're looking for a beautiful and affordable place to stay at Vico Equense, this hotel is a fantastic choice.

For me a visit to Italy is always about heart and soul. The kindness, generosity and attention, specially of the owner /manager Mariano, who listened to our every request and who manages a team of staff who made sure they did whatever possible to help. - Arranged for a mechanic free of charge, first thing in the morning to jump start the battery of our rental car which had gone dead as I had left the headlights on, overnight. - Took snacks to the room. - Wrote off our minibar account for 8 days as complimentary. and to top it off, we had a spectacular view of the New Years eve fire works, light up the entire coast line along the Bay of Naples, not to mention the daily sunrise and sunset. The excellent location of the hotel just outside Sorrento on the SS 145 allows easy access to explore the entire Amalfi coast at leisure either via Positano on the SS163 or faster via Vietri Sul Mer/Salerno and the Autostrada E45.
