Nice place with incredible view and great facilities

The location is pretty far from the beach and most of cities, so it’s better to have car to feel free. Hotel provides regular transfers to the beach and train station but it takes time. Breakfast was quite average, would like to have more options and variety. Also you have to note that hotel doesn’t have restaurant so you need to find a place to eat nearby or use transfer to go somewhere. There are two places with the great food choices nearby, but both were closed at Sunday, so we didn’t have any other options but to buy food from the local food store.

Great views from the pool, the room and the rooftop. Great service from the rooftop bartender (I forgot the name) who also served us lunch at the pool. Close to Sorrento, Vico Equense if you have a car. There’s a superb restaurant across the street.

The breakfast lost some variety since the last year. I remember more dishes being available. It would be nice to bring them back for my next visit.

Isabel who was in charge of guest service went over and beyond to help us out in every way possible. She patiently helped us out with the transportation logistics and was very prompt in responding. All the staff greeted us always with a smile and were very warm. Rooms were exceptionally clean and was cleaned every day when we got back to the room after a long day of sightseeing. Very quiet peaceful place to stay.

Transportation to Sorrento or other towns had to be planned based on shuttle bus and train timings from vica equenso station. We were not ready to drive in that traffic, so didn't rent a car. But if you don't mind driving, then it might be easier to get around.

One of the staff members seemed flustered our entire stay. Upon check- in she couldn’t answer questions and stated she had something important to do. She didn’t explain how the key card activated electricity in the room. My keys were deactivated daily. When I tried to hire the driver for an airport transfer, I asked for a time that would allow me enough time (3 hours) at the airport, she told me the driver knows what he’s doing. I would not agree to that time as I would be late so I had her call the driver back. A lot of her comments were unnecessary and her demeanor towards us was rude.

occasions where the remote location was a disadvantage only a few restaurants are comfortably walkable they do have a shuttle but last run at 9-10 so if you want to hang out later which you might since in area stuff closes in the middle of the day reopening at 6/7 but notice ppl didn’t come back out in mass til 8-9 you will have to arrange transportation. coffee machine only available for breakfast,

Breakfast great, cleanliness excellent, pleasant surprise that there was a swimming pool, views were fantastic, free parking, 3 great restaurants within walking distance and the staff were really helpful knowledgeable and friendly.

No evening meals provided and our particular room was for a family of 4 and only room on the balcony for 2 people.

Isabell at the reception was really helpful: giving us advise on where to go, made several calls to book us umbrellas and sunbeds and was always kind and supportive. Location is nice, quite far away from the noise. There is also private parking and a nice pool.

Breakfast was very average, also a bit difficult to find the place, better to give them a call for detailed directions. View is nice but the windows rather small so pick a room with a balcony.

It was like staying at home! All the staff, especially Paolo were exceptional kind and friendly! Lady in the breakfast made fantastic a la cart omelette and cappuccinos in the mornings, smiling and very kind. Hotel it self locates on the hill, it was very quite and restful after long days in Sorrento peninsula. I would definitely like to also recommend Dal Patriarca restaurant, which is just 200m from the Hotel. Outstanding staff with wonderful dishes and wines...and the view, WoW! We are so grateful for MM hotel and its staff for such of wonderful care! Hopefully one day we see again!

Location in a small town gives a relaxing, holiday vibe. Well maintained property with extremely friendly and courteous staff. Isabel and Catarina are the best hosts, and were available to help anytime, making it a memorable stay.

Shuttle from Vico Equense station to hotel is hourly, we missed one and waited an hour for next.

this place is amazing! it has just about everything but the view is spectacular!! the staff made our stay so much special, the breakfast buffet, the room is so big, comfortable, quiet, we drove down to Positano and Sorrento and it was so crowded, we decided to go back to the hotel and spend the day at the terrace with the view and drinks and the space for ourselves. I would definitely go back! surprised it is not rated a 4star hotel, because it is worth it
