It was a very convenient location as walking to the train station was less than 10min. Train was our main mode of transport. There were restaurants close by if you need take aways or dinning in. Room was located in the 5th floor with a lift, but the lift costs you euro 10, or else you have to climb 127 steps. Room was clean and big as we booked the supreme suit for 4 adults. Staff was really helpful and friendly, I have to specially mention Taniya, who was there when we check-in, who was very helpful and friendly. I would defiently stay again if I come to Nepales again.

Welcoming staff. Immediately after booking, they contacted me on the phone number to inform me about the details of the stay: check-in & out time, location, taxes, schedules, etc. Available at any time on the phone, WhatsApp to respond to any need.. We arrived at the hotel before check-in time, after a very long and tiring journey. The service staff made sure that the room was ready before check-in time. So we had the opportunity to leave our bags, take a shower, rest a bit, to start the day full of energy and desire to explore the beautiful city of Naples. The location of the hotel is perfect, 100 m from the train station, the bus to the airport, 2 km from the center, very close to the famous Pizzeria "Da Michele". I will return to the same hotel/B&B if I come to Naples again.🇦🇱🤩🤗🥰

Modern and clean, tea making facilities and a fridge. Very friendly staff and could keep our bags with them until we left Naples. They also gave us elevator coins for free. Very cheap. Great location not far from airport and the train station is minutes away. Plenty of cafes and shops nearby. The gelato shop next door is amazing.

Elevator only goes to the 5th floor and you have to climb the stairs to the 6th floor. Not good if you have heavy suitcases or mobility issues.

We've travelled to Italy many times but this was the first time a hotel/apartment has ticked all the positive boxes. Great location, 10 minute walk from all the action and close to the train station. Very clean, with great and helpful staff.

Not really negative comments, rather an observation... A kettle, tea cups available but only sugar, a couple of coffee pouches or tea bags would have been nice. Also, when our towels/bed sheets were replaced, we were given brand new ones in their packaging that hadn't been washed for the first time so were starchy and somewhat itchy

Perfect location, clean room and we were able to leave our suitcases in reception till out train was due in the evening

There was no hot water during our stay. When spoken to reception they claimed the repairman was informed although we had to checkout so we had to shower in freezing cold water. Also once we checked in to the room following the instructions sent via WhatsApp we were notified that they have given us the wrong room and we had to change. We were already 30mins walk away from the room having dinner. Had to drop everything and rush to change rooms.

Lift needs 10c at some times so bring a few of those, it's a long 6 flights up They asked me to confirm the check in time via email about 4 times, I really don't want that kind of life admin when I'm already on holiday

Easy access to the property. Instructions were sent through messages. The lift to use is the one on the left. The lift has a sign saying you need 10cents to use it but it's free. It is a small lift and only 2 people can use it. Good location- 8mins from central station and close to Giribaldi station where there are plenty of restaurants. Free bottles of water, coffee and croissants in the room. Good air-conditioning.

WiFi only works on messaging apps and social media sites. It doesn't work if you want to browse the internet. It wasn't a problem for us because we had mobile data.

Wonderful and cool! Aircon was the best we have experienced on our two week trip. The staff were very communicative over messaging, helpful and offered clear directions. Location near the station and in general is fantastic value.

Beds, whilst not a problem for me or dad, might be a little basic for some. Also, if you have mobility issues, make sure you bring 10 cent coins for the lift - again this was NOT a problem for us, but some might struggle with the 125 steps.

You can tell that room was recently renovated and tastefully furnished. The room was surprisingly large. Spacious shower plenty of hot water. In room individual heating/AC unit - very nice. Super friendly staff. And the price was low - fantastic!

the surprise was that elevator had to be operated with 10c coin. Obviously I did not have any. Luckily the staff provided me with the needed coins, so in the end it was not a big deal.

Good place for it's price for a short stay. Good location close to the central train station. Instructions to get in were shared in advance and there was no issue with late check-in. Staff is very supportive.

There was nothing negative. The only challenge was that apt on the 6th floor, but elevator goes only to 5th, but it's nothing. We were there on the weekend and we didn't need to pay to use the elevator, but please note it for the weekdays, it's mentioned in the apt description.
