The location is close to the central station train stop, easy to get to the local tram and get to the port. Check in is easy to be done and all instructions have been received in time. Breakfast was really nice and the coffee place to enjoy this is in 5 min walk. The room was comfortable, good size and good for me on short trips. The kitchen is well equipped and usable. The staff helped with booking transfer for early flight on departure and the excursion recommended for Pompeii/ Vesuvius was really nice.

The bathroom needs a little refreshing as the shower wall was not great and maybe a simple shower curtain will do best. The TV was not possible to be plugged in, so not sure if it was working. The output near the fridge was really hard to use, so we used the fridge in the kitchen area.

All clean, nice and comfortable. We did not see staff but they were very responsive through message and very helpful. Transfer guy Ciro was amazing, so helpful and lovely, he accompanied us to the actual hotel 5th floor. The hotel was very good and clean. They even let us keep the bags for the day on check out day.

Stock up on 20p as you need this to go up and down elevator. The location of the hotel was very central, close to station and walking distance from attractions which was brilliant . The only thing is the actual area was not to my taste with the market below or to walk at night.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely, it was nice to be able to eat at a local cafe for it. Staff were helpful in finding the accommodation and they offered a daily clean of the room which was nice. It's close to the centre and public transport which makes travel around so much easier.

The area the hotel is in seemed a little dangerous at night. It's not too far from the main street but we did feel a bit uncomfortable walking through the general area as we did see someone using drugs.

Very good value for money, very clean, central location, although the actual neighbourhood is not the best. Very close to the central train station, very convinient for arriving / departing with luggage. Good breakfast in a near by cafe. For us not having personel on site was fine, be ware you never see any of the staff. For us that was great, we felt like living in an apartment.

Coffee would be a nice addition in the kitchen, even instant, only tea was available.

Great location by the train station - a bit iffy arriving at night but would be fine in the day. you can walk to central Napoli and the main sites. breakfast is in a cafe around 5 mins away - it was good. A place to leave bags after you check out. we found it easily and arrived late at night. self check in is really handy.

There was a really weird smell in both our room and my parents - possibly drains but we couldn’t quite put our finger on it - it made it difficult to sleep it was so bad. no one else has mentioned this in the reviews so we can only assume it was a one off. (you would definitely mention it if you had smelt it!)

Breakfast was good, easy to acsess nice cafe across the road, and right in the centre of town, everything an easy walk away.

We travel with a baby and a pram, the b&b is located in the middle of a market. So whenever we went out, there was full of people and no space for a pram. It was so chaotic

This is a clean, comfortable B&B place very close to the central station and many sightseeing attractions. Free tea provided in a fully equipped kitchenette. Very good choice if comparing the price and the facilities.
