We stayed here for 4 nights, before the check in, we were provided clear instructions on how to reach the building. We also received recommendations for places to visit in Naples and the host is very nice and responsive with all of our questions. Location is close to central station, which makes it easy for us as we do day trips around nearby cities. The room is clean and very spacious for our stuff, it also have a very nice view of the city! Lastly, we were provided with free coffee and tea. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would love to stay here if I have the chance to visit Naples again!

It is the perfect place to make your trip to Naples unforgettable. The room with a view of Vesuvius is the highlight of the hotel. Jerome is very friendly and took care of our comfort as much as possible. He recommended places to visit. And made a pleasant surprise in honor of the wedding anniversary, which we celebrated in Naples. The room was cleaned every day. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioner works well, there is always hot water in the shower. In general, the comfort was at the highest level, even more than we expected.

Everything was great. The only thing is that it would be good to remove the russian language from the instructions in the room. The language of terrorists and occupiers spoils the first impression.

The location near the station / airport bus and the view from the seventh floor. Traditional Neapolitan courtyard apartment block including a properly scary lift which cost 10c to ride. Good eating and snack shopping in the vicinity. Lively and entertaining neighbourhood. Very clean room with tip top functioning bathroom.

Repeated requests for arrival time which I answered every time. Plethora of Whatsapp instructions and exhortations which made getting in and being there sound stressful and much more complicated than it actually was.

Amazing location, just at piazza garibaldi, next to train station. The owner really takes care of the place, there is free water, coffee etc, he will also share tips for Naples. Room is comfortable and clean.

As you're in the center, there will be some traffic noise, even though place is on last floor. For twin room bathroom door should not be transparent;( but it was quickly resolved by the owner with a curtain.

Location near Central Terminal worked out very well for me because my tour bus picked up there, and the terminal itself is very well policed with Polizia and gendarme. The security is less so after you leave the station, but I think very safe in daylight. Also, since the terminal is so close, I went there many times for ATM, breakfast or quick bite as the Food Court is very good. Of course you can go on the Alibus to the Naples Airport or go downtown on the Metro to other locations from Central Station. Before you wonder why I wouldn’t eat outside my door it is because there aren’t good restaurants closeby. The exception is the famous Antica Michael’s pizzeria about a 12 minute walk If you like street food, there is some nearby. The host Jerome met me and was great to work with. He had good suggestions and was available in person or on WhatsApp. It is noisy down on Ghirabaldi Piazza but the view is great and if you close and lock the tall windows it’s quiet enough. This is an inexpensive option is you don’t mind being near the terminal. I felt safe enough traveling alone. Not sure my wife would go for it. Room was very clean, the immediate area to include the neighborhood is dingy.

The room is 7 floors up. There’s a small but decent elevator, but the stairway is little dark if you take it. If you’re sensitive to noise and don’t like earplugs, this might be a problem.

The big space, AC is working fine, the room is very clean. The staff is very friendly. And two balcony and brightness of the room.

The elevator sometimes doesn’t work and need to remember to bring 10cents to put in. But not all the time you have 10cents to use, event the property provides some coins on the desk from time to time we still climb once the stairs and it’s 7th floor in high heat. Good fun sportif event.

We had a wonderful stay at this establishment and we can't thank our host Jérome enough for his warm welcome, his constant availability and his advice and recommendations on the town and the region, which were extremely useful! The rooms offer a very pleasant panoramic view when you wake up and are extremely clean. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone wishing to stay in Napoli!

The room was cleaning and tidy, the common area outside as well. The beds where comfortable bathroom was very clean. The host Jerome was very kind and helpful person. The place is located right next to the main train station as well as the metro station, very easily for getting to the airport and back via alibus for 5euro or the public transport for 1,20. Of course you can call a taxi if you a bowler and pay $30 to €40, like my stupid a** did the first time😂. You have small grocery store right next to the main gate for the building, variety of different cafeterias in the area as well as nice and relatively well priced restaurants around the area. Pretty much happy with the place highly recommend and I will gladly go back for my next trip to Napoli 😊👌

The only bad things I would say for the place are that it's very loud especially at night because of the traffic going onin the area, so I would highly recommend bringing some earplugs so you can get some rest at night as we did. Also the neighborhood around is extremely polluted smells horrible but that has nothing to do with the hotel and as funny as it might sounds it adds some charm to the place 😂. And last thing,Jerome please buy an iron for the people staying there, we had to go with crumpled clothes the whole time 💪😂😂

The location was perfect for he station to visit other areas by train. The facilities for tea/coffee and fridge outside in the reception were handy. And the owner/ Manager was exceptionally helpful and polite. Sound from the piazza outside was low as they had double glazing doors. Ensuite was very clean and had no issues.

Central location and great view over Napoli from the last floor of a well-kept classical building. Comfy and sufficiently equipped corner room with two balconies made my stay. Coffee and tea available right outside the room in the common area.

The elevator, like in much of Napoli, runs on coins; in this particular case make sure you have 10c coins (thank you to the property for providing those free of charge). The water pump which pumps water from the lower floor anytime you flush or wash or shower can be very loud and at times startling.
