Really clean hotel in a great location to get out and explore Naples. Always a friendly welcome from Alfredo on the front desk. Only 5 mins walk from Garibaldi metro, central station, and the Alibus airport bus drop off. Small simple hotel but well maintained clean modern rooms. Nice little terrace with a trust bar you can settle up at the end. Simple but adequate breakfast, with the tea and coffee facilities left open 24 x 7.

Not a huge amount round the local area, although you can get drinks, gelato and something to eat, so tended to head out on the Metro every day. Only €1.50 and easy to figure out where to get to.

Don’t be put off by the exterior – this place is a true hidden gem. The room was absolutely excellent: spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal – just a short journey from the airport and literally steps away from the Central Train Station, making it perfect for exploring Naples and beyond. What truly sets this place apart, though, is Alfredo. He is an exceptional host – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout the stay. His local tips and genuine hospitality made a real difference. Could not recommend this place highly enough. If you're staying in Naples, this is where you want to be.

As it’s so centrally located, it can be a little noisy at times. That said, we later realised there were shutters that would have helped – completely our own oversight!

We caught the train from Pizzo and were a little worried about arriving in Naples at 10.30pm as the earlier train we were booked on was cancelled. We spoke to Alfredo about our concern not knowing how close the hotel was to the train station. He assured us it was very safe … restaurants all the way from the station to the hotel and so well lit . Alfredo was waiting for us outside the hotel two let us in … the nicest guy … we dropped our bags then went to dinner at 11pm 😁 . The hotel is immaculate and quiet and has a lift!!!! Breakfast was perfect … the staff couldn’t do enough for us .. they booked us a taxi to the airport so we weren’t overcharged and it was there in minutes. We would have no hesitation staying there again .. watching the crazy morning Naples traffic from the breakfast room balcony was amazing . Thankyou for a great stay . Sharyn & Kevin Australia

Beautiful rooms. A great roof top terrace to watch the Very much hustle and bustle of Traffic doing a free for all and hoping for the best 😊. The 5 rooms has a Central location. Lots of restaurants just outside, Lovely breakfast in the hotel, Simple but just right. Rooms are soundproof once the window is shut. Anyone wanting to do Pompeii or Amalfi coast tours Then the 5 rooms is ideally situated for the City pickup point which is at front of an hotel called the Starhotels Terminus. This is so easy and convenient to get to from the 5 rooms, Simply turn right out of the hotel building and a 2 minute walk on a pedestrian area And you reach the tours pick up point. No roads to cross so very safe. Just stand with the other people who will be waiting and the mini buses pull up and the guides will call names out for each bus.

There is a small lift.... The hotel is on the 4th floor So don't do as I did. I read on previous reviews to make sure you have a 10cent euro coin. We arrived midweek. Very hot with a lot of steps. The coin is needed to work the lift. We didn't have one. Totally our fault. Just take a coin next time. Once you are in the hotel then there's a little bowl full of 10cent coins free to take So you can use the lift from then on

For the price point, the property was excellent value. The location was within an easy walking distance of the station, there was a lift, the common areas were fantastic including a rooftop sitting area. Our bathroom was generously sized. Communication was easy and we were able to come early to leave our luggage. Fortunately for us, the room was ready even though we came way before check in time.

Not a dislike but I cannot comment on the breakfast as we left too early to have any. However the owner kindly let us take some biscuits and fruit with us.

Very close to the train station so lots of activity. Nice and quiet and well appointed. Excellent location for walking in to the old city. Breakfast was very good. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Rooftop patio was certainly a bonus.

It is in an older building and on the 4th floor. There is an elevator so be aware you need a 10 cent piece to activate it. The B&B has a bowlful of them at the front desk, but your first time visiting make sure you have one in your pocket if you don't want to climb the stairs.

Perfect location near the main railway station. The airport bus stops at the station and is only a 15 minute journey for 5 Euros. Easy to travel around the city using the metro, trams and by foot. Very clean accommodation and decorated to a high standard. Several restaurants close by. We had a late flight and were able to store our case until we were ready to leave.

We loved the place and the communication was great as to the location of the hotel. It is on the 4th floor of a block with a very small lift that between the hours of 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday, requires a 10 cent coin to operate it. If you don't have 10 cents, it's 100 steps to the 4th floor. The hotel has a pot of 10 cent coins on the reception desk to help yourself for the rest of your stay.

Comfy and clean room with enough space, located near the station but still a peaceful location compared to the other side of the plaza. The bed was comfortable, nice tv, good air conditioning and good breakfast. The staff was very kind and helpful, got some recommendations for activities and restaurants. Would definitely come back and stay at this B&B!

The room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The hotel had a terrace dining area which we used when we had takeaway food back at the hotel, and it was a nice place for meals. The breakfast was simple but good. The location is also near the main train station and the circumvesuviana station which is perfect if you are using Napoli as a base for visiting Pompeii/Herculaneum and the Amalfi coast.

Nothing really. It would have been nice if there was a refrigerator in the room but it wasn't listed in the facilities when I booked so it is fine.

Room description is exactly as indicated. The room itself is on the small side but has just all that you need. Also, a very nice large bathroom. Place is on 4th floor with a tiny elevator for suitcases. Terrace/restaurant faces Garibaldi plaza and is perfect to sit down and have a drink. Rooms spotless and squeaky clean. Little. Total trust atmosphere, and Alfonso the host was great and helpful. Continental breakfast was just perfect: made to order coffee, fruit, yogurt, cereals, couple juices, jams and butters, and ham and cheese with a couple breads and croissants for you to prepare yourself. 3 minutes from Alibus (shuttle from Airport), just on top of the metro station, 3 minutes to bus stops that takes you closer downtown if you dont feel like walking and 200 meters away from Circumvesuviana train makes it transportation wise a hard to beat location.

Not that I didn't like, but to note: - There is a short flight of stairs before elevator if people comes with heavy luggage. - Especially during the day, you can feel vibration from metro/trains. some people may not like it.
