Really clean hotel in a great location to get out and explore Naples. Always a friendly welcome from Alfredo on the front desk. Only 5 mins walk from Garibaldi metro, central station, and the Alibus airport bus drop off. Small simple hotel but well maintained clean modern rooms. Nice little terrace with a trust bar you can settle up at the end. Simple but adequate breakfast, with the tea and coffee facilities left open 24 x 7.

Not a huge amount round the local area, although you can get drinks, gelato and something to eat, so tended to head out on the Metro every day. Only €1.50 and easy to figure out where to get to.

This has been the best location out of around 10 we have stayed at in Naples. We were met at the door by Alfredo who had noted our train time and waited for us. The reception area was light, clean and led out to a wonderful terrace overlooking the city. He could not have been more attentive. Our room was spotless, the bed comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower with plenty of room. Snacks, beer and wine could be purchased at reception at a decent price too. Breakfast was prompt, well stocked and our coffees as good as any. We are going back in March and have already booked again.

We had a great stay at Five Rooms Napoli. Alfredo was very helpful sending a map of how to find the property which is less than five minutes walk from Napoli Centrale Station. The room was ideal for a one night stay and the terrace with the honesty bar was an added bonus. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and we would definitely choose to stay in the hotel again should we ever return to Naples.

As the property is on the fourth floor you definitely need to use the lift which requires a ten cent euro coin to operate it. This is not a problem if you know in advance (I read the requirement in a review) so a message in advance to guests would be useful.

Don’t be put off by the exterior – this place is a true hidden gem. The room was absolutely excellent: spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal – just a short journey from the airport and literally steps away from the Central Train Station, making it perfect for exploring Naples and beyond. What truly sets this place apart, though, is Alfredo. He is an exceptional host – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout the stay. His local tips and genuine hospitality made a real difference. Could not recommend this place highly enough. If you're staying in Naples, this is where you want to be.

As it’s so centrally located, it can be a little noisy at times. That said, we later realised there were shutters that would have helped – completely our own oversight!

Great location,right by main station and metro. Easy access to all areas of the city.Large,modern , comfortable room with equally large,modern bathroom. Nice roof terrace and great idea offering the honesty bar facilities . Wish we could have stayed for breakfast but had a very early flight. Breakfast area looked lovely and clean as right next to reception. Receptionist was really friendly and helpful, advised on metro and also booked a fixed rate taxi for us to the airport.This worked perfectly ,the taxi company texted me and provided a great ,value for money service.

We caught the train from Pizzo and were a little worried about arriving in Naples at 10.30pm as the earlier train we were booked on was cancelled. We spoke to Alfredo about our concern not knowing how close the hotel was to the train station. He assured us it was very safe … restaurants all the way from the station to the hotel and so well lit . Alfredo was waiting for us outside the hotel two let us in … the nicest guy … we dropped our bags then went to dinner at 11pm 😁 . The hotel is immaculate and quiet and has a lift!!!! Breakfast was perfect … the staff couldn’t do enough for us .. they booked us a taxi to the airport so we weren’t overcharged and it was there in minutes. We would have no hesitation staying there again .. watching the crazy morning Naples traffic from the breakfast room balcony was amazing . Thankyou for a great stay . Sharyn & Kevin Australia

Excellent location, very close to Naples Centrale train station. Our room/bathroom suite was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent value. The host, Alfredo, is very accommodating and helpful.

The check-in office was difficult to find in the evening as the front door of the building was locked, and the correct call buzzer button was difficult to find. FYI- the hotel office is on the 4th floor. The hotel rooms are in a busy part of the city, consequently our room was a bit noisy at night.

Beautiful rooms. A great roof top terrace to watch the Very much hustle and bustle of Traffic doing a free for all and hoping for the best 😊. The 5 rooms has a Central location. Lots of restaurants just outside, Lovely breakfast in the hotel, Simple but just right. Rooms are soundproof once the window is shut. Anyone wanting to do Pompeii or Amalfi coast tours Then the 5 rooms is ideally situated for the City pickup point which is at front of an hotel called the Starhotels Terminus. This is so easy and convenient to get to from the 5 rooms, Simply turn right out of the hotel building and a 2 minute walk on a pedestrian area And you reach the tours pick up point. No roads to cross so very safe. Just stand with the other people who will be waiting and the mini buses pull up and the guides will call names out for each bus.

There is a small lift.... The hotel is on the 4th floor So don't do as I did. I read on previous reviews to make sure you have a 10cent euro coin. We arrived midweek. Very hot with a lot of steps. The coin is needed to work the lift. We didn't have one. Totally our fault. Just take a coin next time. Once you are in the hotel then there's a little bowl full of 10cent coins free to take So you can use the lift from then on

We were very pleased with our stay. The accommodation is just a few steps from the train station and within walking distance of the historical center. The host was very helpful and kindly provided us with recommendations on what to visit and where to eat. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options available.

On the downside, the room could have been a bit cleaner, though this may have been due to our early check-in. In any case, it was nothing major, just a slightly dusty floor.

For the price point, the property was excellent value. The location was within an easy walking distance of the station, there was a lift, the common areas were fantastic including a rooftop sitting area. Our bathroom was generously sized. Communication was easy and we were able to come early to leave our luggage. Fortunately for us, the room was ready even though we came way before check in time.

Not a dislike but I cannot comment on the breakfast as we left too early to have any. However the owner kindly let us take some biscuits and fruit with us.
