I recently spent 9 days at Benvenuto a Napoli, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The kindness of the staff truly stood out—they were incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with a smile. The cleanliness was impeccable; every day, our room was refreshed, and towels were changed without fail, which made our stay so comfortable. The attention to detail and the warm atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples!

Our host was amazing. The property is a true BnB, and she made sure the room was to our liking along with the offer of breakfast/coffee in the morning. However where she really shined was when we were trying to leave. After walking to the nearby train station, we realized that our train was not operating due to a strike. I called the host and asked if we could walk back and get assistance with ordering a taxi. While helping another guest who had lost their passport, our host called the taxi company and verified that they could take us to our next destination, verified they would accept credit card, and verified the cost. When she was concerned about the cost for us to taxi, she tried to source other options. We ultimately took the taxi, which picked us up right out front of the BnB. It was raining at the time so this was a huge help. The property is very centrally located in Napoli. An approximate 3-5 minute walk from Napoli Centrale train station, which makes for convenient travel.

Overall stay was good. Room adequate for the price. Wi-Fi connection could be a bit stronger but overall fine. Location by the Napoli Central Station so can be a bit noisy. Had to close windows but AC unit works very well so there was no problem with hot nights.

As all areas by the Central Stations in Italy are bit dodgy this location is not an exception. Nothing new but read about Napoli in general. Not your typical city.

The hosts were very friendly and kind. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. The location is good as it is near the central station.

If you are a family travelling on a budget this is the right place for you. The location is just a few minutes away from the train station and metro. The lady in charge Lydia was very helpful and nice and she made us feel at home. She also gave us tips where to dine at great prices and also where to visit. The room was cleaned every day, with also clean towels. The breakfast was also good with daily fresh croissants and other goodies. Although there wasn't a fridge in our room, they told us to use the fridge in the breakfast area. If you have a difficulty Lydia was always ready to help us. Keep it up and thanks for your hospitality.

That the furniture was not modern

Our hostess was very friendly and hospitable. The location of the property was perfect for our visit. Very clean and roomy. A/C was refreshing coming from hot days outside.

It was hard to find. We were in the vicinity but would not have located it without help from a neighboring store owner. Would have given a 10 otherwise!

"Benvenuto a Napoli" is a very basic, old, little place but it was exactly what we needed for a 1-night stay. We had a 5-am flight, so it was very convenient that the Bed & Breakfast was close to the station and it was easy to get transportation. The room was very small, facing a busy, noisy street. The bathroom was very nice though. Apparently, the area isn't safe. But we returned to our room rather late in the dark, and there was nothing to worry about.

Fabulous location. Get off the train or bus, walk straight across the street and to the opposite side of Garabaldi piazza, make a left and you are there. Need to go to the airport for 5E take the bus right outside the train station.

Not an elevator all the way to my floor. But it is an old building.

It is located near the central station of Naples and the subway is right in front of it. It was on the 3rd floor of a building facing the street, so it was not noisy (there is also an elevator). （The beds were comfortable, the room was cleaned daily and clean.) The beds were comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. The breakfast was delicious. It was much better than the breakfast at the BAR. The staff was beyond helpful and I felt like I was staying with relatives during our stay. I would definitely stay there again next time.

The host and property itself was great! Everything was well taken care of and the host was friendly and provided us breakfast and great travel recommendations.

Since the accommodation is located right near the train station it is perfect to get around the city and surrounding area, but it is incredibly loud at night with a lot of sirens. The area didn’t feel the safest at night and we didn’t explore the night life as much as we were hoping to for a young couple. For a longer stay I would recommend somewhere in a better neighbourhood but it was great for the two nights we stayed since we took day trips to the surrounding area.
