Room was large for 3 people, location was so near to bus station, train station and 20 min to airport.. Best place to stay with friends. Host was so nice. Everything could be found easily near the rooms. Easy check in and check out.

The entrance was on the main road, but inside the building it was a bit worrying. Could be good option for 1-2 days.

Google maps send you down a side street but just stay on the main pedestrian drag and you will find it easy enough. They send you lots of instructions on how to get in, which were spot on. You can't beat the location, bus from the airport drops just outside, train station around the corner and the metro. We had a room at the front & it was a bit noisy in the morning, but we live on a main road in UK so it didn't bother us, but you may need ear plugs. It was nice to have the windows open and people watch from the balcony . The Italian neighbours in the next room were shouting at each other at about 11pm so I knocked on the wall and they stopped. Breakfast was good and the ladies who set it out were very nice. The only problem we had was the door to the room, the wall it was attached too moved... making it very difficult to shut the door from the inside without slamming it (not great when you come back late at night) I did report this, but nothing was done while we were there. We only stayed 3 nights but I wished we'd stayed a least a night extra, there's a lot to see and do around Naples.

Communication with the landlord was great, he was really responsive with wats apps and phone. The accommodation is very secure. Smack bang in the middle of Piazza Garibaldi. 2 mins walk from the train station and the Ali bus to take you to and from the airport, starting at 5am and running every 15 mins at a cost of €5.00 per adult. The journey takes about 20 mins. The circumvesuviana will take you to Scavi Pompeii. There is a great place to buy sight seeing tickets also in the station and lots of eating and shopping places within the station, it's huge. All within 2 mins walk fron the property. You can have breakfast on the roof terrace. The lady cleans your room for you, it's deffo 4 star treatment. I would use again if I return to Napoli.

It would be nice to be able to open the other window shutter to let in more light.

The room was clean, the staff friendly and they let us check-in earlier. Their terrace is really nice!

The bathroom had no window.

❌One thing to keep in mind breakfast starts at 8:00 AM. Which was a bit late for us due to our early plans.

Modern, cosy, clean

Perfect location - the train station is just 2 minutes away, there's the stop of Alibis to the airport. If you like walking - you can make a perfect walking trip around the city without using public transportation. The room was very clean and tidy. Since the hotel is with self check-in we didn't see staff, only at breakfast. The breakfast is simple but sufficient.

The doors are thin and you can hear every guest speaking loudly. It's not a big problem, but annoying if you have to catch an early flight.

Very central accommodation that serves as a great base for some city explorations. Rooms were clean and cosy, late check-in was no problem thanks to the great communication with the owners. The breakfast buffet was typically Italian (sweet), even included cake!

Unfortunately, the room was quite noisy, especially in the morning. Our room was next door with the room where staff was preparing the breakfast which resulted in us not being able to sleep longer than ~7:15am every morning.

The place is just a few minutes from Napoli's central station, so it is great when you come to Napoli late or leave early. Also, we got all the info we needed, and the instructions were clear! The breakfast was also very good, with enough possibilities.

We have experienced a lot of noise - neighbors with (probably) a loud TV in the evening and someone in the morning (before 7 a.m.). So sleep was not good enough, and the mattress was a bit worn, too.
