it was near the Napoli train terminal, within 5 minutes of walking. Staff was friendly. room was clean. the room assigned to me is an inside room, which has a window connecting to another non guest room, opposite to the door, see pictures. the wall mounted air conditioning was working with remote! this was the only one that has a working air conditioning that supply cool air of the 17 hotels that I have stayed during a one month long trip in Italy this year. Rooms on the 2nd floor however has no lift. Booking.com didn't do its job to specify this. I only had light bags so no problem.

The room was clean and well equiped. The people were nice and helped us when we had a question. The metro and train station Garibaldi were at a 2 min walk. You can find the bus that takes you to the aeroport too on the place. It's very useful.

The train station sector isn't the most interessant for the tourist and it can be a bit noisy during the night. You'll have to walk a lot (or take the public transport) to go to the most touristic places.

Located in the center, just few minutes walk from the main train station. Baggage storage is available. There is no elevator as mentioned, people smoke at the entry and it fills the entire lobby with smoke smell which we didn't like. Overall very great place to stay in, the room also had a balcony and place to hang clothes to dry

Shower was fabulous! lots of water pressure and very hot water. Balcony was spacious and the views were great! Beds were comfortable and the room was pleasant. Staff was very helpful and nice. Not the way I had heard about Naples was.. it was great! Looking forward to returning and will stay at same hotel and same room if possible!

The location of this little hotel is very convenient for rail connections. It was great value for money. And the staff were great.

The mattress was a bit hard. The whole city was full of mosquitoes at night time. There was no safe in the room.

We found great help at the hotel. We arrived at the reception very late and they went out of the way to be accommodating and helpful. The room was pleasant with street view.
