I never had breakfast at the property, I found it easy to go down to the excellent food hall at Garibaldi station, the lift in the building was very handy as long as nobody left the doors open which happened a couple of times, there is a notice in the lift instructing users to close the inner doors after use but some people are inconsiderate of stupid. I liked the room and it had a fridge that came in very handy, I never needed the air conditioner as Napoli was fairly cool during my visit. The shower was very good and spacious. The location of the property is excellent only a few meters from the metro entrance, I got a weekly integral ticket for various transport for €16 which is well worth it for getting all over the place.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Very difficult to access on arrival. No sign for the property and no answer on the buzzer. Eventually called the host/manager, but he spoke absolutely no English and had awful body odour. He eventually came to collect me from the street, after about 10 minutes. The area is convenient to get around, but pretty sketchy.

The location was excellent and just a very short distance from the main railway station and metro network. Quite a few restaurants' right next door and a McDonalds across the road. It was very hot and humid upon my stay and so the air con in the room was very welcoming together with the fridge for cool drinks.

Felt there could have been more pillows provided. However, as I was alone and there were two it could have been worse.

The location was perfect. Close to the train station for my early departure. The room was very comfortable and clean. Everything was explained clearly.

I'm a light sleeper and the fridge made a noise. But other than that, everything was great

My flight was cancelled and I booked the place last minute. The host was really helpful and accommodating, even more so considering it was a bank holiday.

The en suite room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There place is located 2 mins from the central train station but I didn’t find it loud at all. Air con works perfectly. That’s a fridge in the room as well!

No kitchen, no breakfast. Staff didn’t speak a word of English.

The host/owner is and ABNOXIOUS, grumpy old man. Speaks Italian only and does nothing but frowning and scolding. I would prefer spending a night under the bridge rather than dealing with him again. He should be nowhere near the hospitality industry.

Very large and comfortable room overall, had a small fridge and AC. It looks modern as if it had been renovated recently. Very close to both the train and the bus station.

Staff only speaks Italian and isn't very friendly. Also, I had no way of contacting them, for example for an early check out, so I just left... The area around the station looks a bit dangerous, especially at night, but I only stayed for one night, so I can't be sure.
