I never had breakfast at the property, I found it easy to go down to the excellent food hall at Garibaldi station, the lift in the building was very handy as long as nobody left the doors open which happened a couple of times, there is a notice in the lift instructing users to close the inner doors after use but some people are inconsiderate of stupid. I liked the room and it had a fridge that came in very handy, I never needed the air conditioner as Napoli was fairly cool during my visit. The shower was very good and spacious. The location of the property is excellent only a few meters from the metro entrance, I got a weekly integral ticket for various transport for €16 which is well worth it for getting all over the place.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

Excellent modern room, with great shower and air conditioning. Very close to the central station.

Very difficult to access on arrival. No sign for the property and no answer on the buzzer. Eventually called the host/manager, but he spoke absolutely no English and had awful body odour. He eventually came to collect me from the street, after about 10 minutes. The area is convenient to get around, but pretty sketchy.

Location cleanliness

The owner didn’t speak English, and I didn’t feel he was comfortable dealing in a foreign language?’ But we eventually understood each other. It didn’t detract from a pleasant stay

The location was perfect. Close to the train station for my early departure. The room was very comfortable and clean. Everything was explained clearly.

I'm a light sleeper and the fridge made a noise. But other than that, everything was great

The location was excellent and just a very short distance from the main railway station and metro network. Quite a few restaurants' right next door and a McDonalds across the road. It was very hot and humid upon my stay and so the air con in the room was very welcoming together with the fridge for cool drinks.

Felt there could have been more pillows provided. However, as I was alone and there were two it could have been worse.

My flight was cancelled and I booked the place last minute. The host was really helpful and accommodating, even more so considering it was a bank holiday.

The en suite room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There place is located 2 mins from the central train station but I didn’t find it loud at all. Air con works perfectly. That’s a fridge in the room as well!

No kitchen, no breakfast. Staff didn’t speak a word of English.
