Beautifully Decorated Hotel in a Perfect Location I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The decor is absolutely charming, with every detail carefully thought out to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the Napoli train station, garibaldi metro station and the airport alibus making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Everything was spotlessly clean; the level of cleanliness was truly impeccable. Highly recommended! We were 4 people (parents + 2 teenagers) and the room was very cpmfotable with 2 beds upstairs and a spacious bathroom. The host kindly and clearly gave us recommendaions on what to see and visit in one day in Napoli.

we loved everything, we did not want to leave ! Our room was amazing, we had a loft where my son loved to chill out in. the room had a small balcony. it’s so reasonably priced for what we got. The bathroom is beautiful and spacious, there are tea and coffee facilities and access to a balcony/ sitting area. the host was wonderful and such a lovely person, it’s literally a 2 minute walk to the train station. you get breakfast in the bakery a few doors down, coffee and croissant, which was perfect for us. (when u arrive at the address , there is a big wooden (palace) door, you go inside and take the lift )

Location: close to train station (has a big grocery store next to one of its exits), next to metro line 1. Lots of police presence in the area. Feel pretty safe. Has (small) elevator. Good breakfast (basic croissant + coffee) at a bar nearby. Has a beautiful terrace (shared space).

Wifi a bit weak and slow. Not always auto reconnect. Sometimes fail to connect completely. Tap water is really hard. The apartment has 3 rooms. Be prepared the other guests can be loud or have screaming kids.

I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to explore Napoli. It is close enough to the city center (20 minutes walk), while still offering a quiet location - something rare in the city. High points also go to the cleanliness and structure of the place, which are extremely convenient for short-medium term stays. But the highlight is certainly Antonio, the host of the place, who is always available to help travelers with their needs and give special tips for getting to know the region!

Very friendly and welcoming manager. Great location near train station, cafes and historic centre. Difficult to locate entrance through large wooden doors (see photo) and then through a courtyard to an elevator up to the B&B. Our Deluxe Quadruple Room only had one chair and a very small shower (unlike photo on Booking.com). Breakfast is a croissant & coffee at a nearby cafe. Noisy neighbours late at night.

Location is good, close to train station and meeting point by starhotel terminus for the moist activities. Only 1min walk. Room spacious Got kitchen with kettle and coffee machine and cooker. Fridge to keep water cold. Sitting area with comfy sofa to relax. Conditioner in the room Croissant in near by caffee briliant taste Lift to get to 3rd floor for your hotel Outside no signs of hotel name but wide wood doors,like arch entrance The owner was already near by waiting for us to let us in . Lots of restaurants to eat near by. Alibus stop close as well to get to airport.

First: electricity kept tripping overnight .fuse box in the room, so had to get up few times to sort it. So this issue needs to sort it. Second: breakfast very minimal, vouchers to take to near by caffee. And only coffee/cappuccino with croissants choice+a man in lady in cafee shop not friendly as well. Not good for English people if they like tea only.. I would suggest to hotels owner to get ready mini breakfast in a kitchen area with some milk and fruits in the fridge for each room, only 3 rooms so not as busy as I seen in other countries hotels doing this way if not possible to have continental breakfast. Third: in sitting area plants very dry but would be beutiful flowers if looked after.so sorry had to water as couldn't to stay and watch.

The rooms are grand and immaculately kept, and the owner is someone you would write into a movie, if you wanted to feature the perfect host. We arrived very late and he welcomed us in person, then left and returned with some milk for our baby when we mentioned in passing not having any (not expecting him to go out and get some). We left our passports in an obscure “safe” place in the room and forgot them, so he rifled through and found them, then waited in the street for us to collect them on the way to the airport which saved us valuable minutes. The breakfast is lovely and the location very convenient, but once again it is the hospitality of the host which shines, and gives a great introduction to the lovely people of Naples.

What a beautiful place to stay and the host is unbelievable warm and made is feel welcome from the first second! The breakfast was in a cute Café just downstairs and was typicall southern Italian (Café and Pastry). Super delicious! Even though the area was supposed to be a bit rough we didn’t have and weird feeling at all arriving around midnight walking the place. Maybe there is extra Security in August but it was really fine walking there!

The room was large and comfortable. The property is situated in a great location, near the train and bus station yet it felt safe. The host is an exceptional man who takes an interest in helping his guests. Loved that there is an espresso coffee machine available 24/7 in the kitchen area. Enjoyed going to a nearby cafe with the coupons provided for breakfast. The Cornettos were decadent and so delicious. The coffee was amazing. Water id slso provided.

Host Antonio is great in all ways possible. He was very helpful and flexible. Hotel has great kitchen with even greater terrace ideal for chill. Kitchen has all appliances, including Kimbo coffe mashine with best napoletan coffee. Hotel is close to central station, ideal to leave luggage and explore city. Breakfast included in price is in ground floor of building in one of greatest caffes and pastry shops of Napoli.
