I never had to use a taxi because the Garibaldi/central train station was literally about 5 steps from the front door. A pharmacy was just next door. The accommodation is exactly as depicted in the pictures provided. The room was massive, clean, and fully equipped with a full-sized mirror, thick and comfortable bed, and a smart TV with most streaming apps. The view out the window was expansive, and the bathroom was massive as well, with a great shower, convenient vanity, and clean toilet. The room was one of three inside a beautiful and secure 4th-floor apartment with a fully equipped shared kitchen area where the host prepared breakfast for the guests every morning. The entire street (Piazza di Garibaldi) was lined with several restaurants and cafés. The hosts were some of the kindest and most caring people I've ever met, and they made my stay so comfortable, I was actually sad to leave! This accommodation was the best value for money.

The elevator was quite tiny and old, but it was only a problem because I overpacked and couldn't easily haul all my luggage into the elevator. A little more thorough cleaning of less visible areas of the toilet would have made for an even closer to perfect experience.

We spend 4 nights in this place! My husband and I both agreed that it was the best stay during our vacation. Emmanuel and Milena made our stay even more enjoyable, answering any question we had. Our room was super big, it had a private bathroom, yet there is a shared kitchen with other rooms, but we rarely came across someone else. The breakfast was very delicious made of yogurt, granola, some croissants , fresh orange juice and goood cup of coffee. Location was amazing, the metro station was just across the door, aswell as bus stop/ taxi... even you can walk its a very enjoyable walk. We totally recommand this place.

We stayed for one night before our flight from Naples the next morning. Emmanuel was great in contacting us prior to checking in with clear instructions on how to get to the accommodation and check in. He was also contactable throughout our stay for any questions and provided us with a trusted driver, who met us outside of the property and dropped us at the airport for our flight. The room was very modern and clean with a professional look. Toiletries provided which was a nice touch. Close access to the train station. Would definitely recommend this place for a short stay in Naples!

The 'L'élégant Boutique Rooms' includes 3 rooms, what we really liked (compared to big unfriendly hotels). Our room was big and cosy with a view to Piazza Garibaldi. The bathroom with the shower was really comfortable, the bluetooth there was also great (although we did not use that a lot). The breakfast included fresh croissant and orange juice and a coffee, what we really enjoyed. The historic center is ca. 10-15 min walking distance, other places are also easy to access due to the metro just few steps away. The host is really nice and helpful. We would definately recommend it!

The only issue we faced were the 'thin walls' (or too loud neightbourns), as we had a really loud couple next to us for 1 night. As new and less loud guests arrived it was ok.

Breakfast was nice, and Mrs Milena, the lady serving it, was extremely kind. The host Emanuele was very easy to communicate with, and helped us with our late check-in and held on to our bags after check-out. His messages explaining how to get to the apartment by ourselves were clear, and he followed up to see if we got in ok.

The location is not great, but that is to be expected: the property is literally just a few steps from the train station. And in big cities like Naples, you don't stay this close to a train station for several days, you mostly do it for the convenience. So have that in mind, e.g., don't stay outside until very late at night. But for our purposes - we arrived late at night and spent most of the following day walking to and around a different area of the city - it was ideal

We stayed for 7 days in L'élégant BOUTIQUE ROOMS. Hotel has a perfect location, 15mins to the airport, train station and 2 metro lines 2min walk from the hotel. We arrived after 9pm, the self-check in was super easy. The room was nice and clean and contained (for us must have) air condition, soundproof windows and little fridge. Communication with Mr. Emanuele was smooth, we got all necessary informations before our arrival and during our stay. Miss Milena was very sweet, always smiling and carrying. She also prepared a perfect and tasty breakfast for us every morning. We really enjoy our time in Naples. Thanks a lot for your care, we still miss pistachio croissants :).

Beautiful clean room and bathroom, perfect location right next to the Napoli Centrale train station, a large enough fridge in the room where you can fit your own snack or drinks. Speaker in the bathroom where you can connect your own device by Bluetooth and enjoy music while showering. Large, comfortable bed. Lovely materials and colors. And what remains in my heart as the biggest treasure from my stay are wonderful Emanuele and Milena that were not just professional and extremely helpful, but truly touched my heart.

A great find thanks to all of the helpful reviews. I was impressed with this property. I only had one night stay and left early in the morning to catch a train. The room was huge Bed was comfy. Conveniently located 5 min walking to the station. If you’re catching a regional train, when you exit the building turn right. Emanuele the WhatsApp person was very helpful and friendly. I reached the hotel by taxi from the Naples ferry port. Caught the 50 min ferry from ischia. It was a €20 fare.

Pillow wasn’t great.

We liked being close to transport and found some very nice restaurants nearby. The room was perfect - very nice decor and immaculately clean. Our hosts were very friendly and considerate and provided a very generous breakfast as well as a minibar with a selection of drinks and snacks. Communication and checkin went smoothly with no problems. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

There’s nothing we didn’t like.

It was our first time visiting Naples, and we were initially concerned about finding the apartment, but the host made it easy by sending us pictures and detailed notes a day before our arrival. Especially since we arrived late at 9pm. The location of the apartment was fantastic, with the train station nearby. This made it convenient for us to do multiple day trips out Positano, Pompeii, Capri, and even catch our train to Rome (just 1 hour away). We planned to visit Capri on the first day but due to bad weather, we swapped it around and visited on our last day. Lotsa great food nearby, we had 3 Michelin Star - L'Antica Pizzeria and dinner twice at lovely Antica Trattoria Da Donato. Room is really clean, spacious and nice. What truly stood out during our stay was the host's genuine care for our well-being. Every night, we received msg from the host, inquiring about our safety and asking how we would like to have our breakfast. It was as if the host's messages were more consistent than our boyfriends! We couldn't help but chuckle and joke about it. If you're looking for a host who goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort and safety, along with a fantastic location, you don't need a boyfriend; you can simply visit L'élégant.
