Excellent stay here. Emanuele made sure I had all the instructions I needed for a late check in and being able to unlock the door from my phone was great as didn't have to worry about taking a key out with me. The room was beautifully decorated, had complimentary drinks and snacks and was always clean! The Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom to have your own music on was an added bonus. Melina looked after me brilliantly at breakfast, fresh pastries every day along with freshly squeezed orange juice - delicious! She made it feel very homely and welcoming. The location is right outside the station for metro, bus and trains so perfect location and also in walking distance of the centre. Even with the proximity to the station, the room was well insulated and I could not hear any noise.

As the room leads directly off the breakfast area, sometimes it was a little disturbing in the mornings.

The most beautiful B&B you can possibly imagine. It is very spacious with lots of storage and an amazing bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The owner Emanuel is very helpful and very accommodating. The breakfast is Italian style but includes freshly squeezed orange juice and yoghurt. The coffee and the content of the well furnished minifridge are complimentary. The apartment is Bluetooth equipped. The B&B is in Piazza Garibaldi, a 4 minutes walk from the Central train station and downstairs the apartment there are plenty of amazing restaurants and bars. The metro station is just outside the building. What more can you ask for???

Great location, very convenient for metro, airport bus, central station and local train to Pompeii. The room itself has a high standard of fixtures and fittings and was very comfortable. The check in process was straightforward and secure. Breakfast is simple but plentiful, with expresó coffee made to order.

We had a minor issue with drainage from the shower and the hot water supply, but full marks to Emanuele for coming to the property and resolving it at 10pm on a Saturday evening! There was an electrical power interruption to the building in the early hours of the morning, and a very bright ‘emergency’ light in the room came on and couldn’t be switched off or covered.

We were met by Emanuele who is the most lovliest host. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had all our favourite pastries for breakfast and lactose free milk for me. The room and bed and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The room had a really nice fresh feeling and smelled really nice. Napoli traffic is a bit loud so the noise poof windows worked great and I had the best sleep. It was very close to train station and bus stop and had some delicious food and pastries and cafe shops near by.

I never had to use a taxi because the Garibaldi/central train station was literally about 5 steps from the front door. A pharmacy was just next door. The accommodation is exactly as depicted in the pictures provided. The room was massive, clean, and fully equipped with a full-sized mirror, thick and comfortable bed, and a smart TV with most streaming apps. The view out the window was expansive, and the bathroom was massive as well, with a great shower, convenient vanity, and clean toilet. The room was one of three inside a beautiful and secure 4th-floor apartment with a fully equipped shared kitchen area where the host prepared breakfast for the guests every morning. The entire street (Piazza di Garibaldi) was lined with several restaurants and cafés. The hosts were some of the kindest and most caring people I've ever met, and they made my stay so comfortable, I was actually sad to leave! This accommodation was the best value for money.

The elevator was quite tiny and old, but it was only a problem because I overpacked and couldn't easily haul all my luggage into the elevator. A little more thorough cleaning of less visible areas of the toilet would have made for an even closer to perfect experience.

The room was of good size and clean. Access was a little confusing until I understood how the WhatsApp system worked. Host Emanuel was very responsive to all of my questions and on-site breakfast attendant Melina was very friendly and helpful!

Breakfast area isn’t terribly comfortable, but croissants and cappuccinos were great (until the espresso machine broke down on our last day—stuff happens and Melina was more upset than we!). Old style lift can be a problem if someone hasn’t closed the door after using.

We spend 4 nights in this place! My husband and I both agreed that it was the best stay during our vacation. Emmanuel and Milena made our stay even more enjoyable, answering any question we had. Our room was super big, it had a private bathroom, yet there is a shared kitchen with other rooms, but we rarely came across someone else. The breakfast was very delicious made of yogurt, granola, some croissants , fresh orange juice and goood cup of coffee. Location was amazing, the metro station was just across the door, aswell as bus stop/ taxi... even you can walk its a very enjoyable walk. We totally recommand this place.

We stayed for one night before our flight from Naples the next morning. Emmanuel was great in contacting us prior to checking in with clear instructions on how to get to the accommodation and check in. He was also contactable throughout our stay for any questions and provided us with a trusted driver, who met us outside of the property and dropped us at the airport for our flight. The room was very modern and clean with a professional look. Toiletries provided which was a nice touch. Close access to the train station. Would definitely recommend this place for a short stay in Naples!

The 'L'élégant Boutique Rooms' includes 3 rooms, what we really liked (compared to big unfriendly hotels). Our room was big and cosy with a view to Piazza Garibaldi. The bathroom with the shower was really comfortable, the bluetooth there was also great (although we did not use that a lot). The breakfast included fresh croissant and orange juice and a coffee, what we really enjoyed. The historic center is ca. 10-15 min walking distance, other places are also easy to access due to the metro just few steps away. The host is really nice and helpful. We would definately recommend it!

The only issue we faced were the 'thin walls' (or too loud neightbourns), as we had a really loud couple next to us for 1 night. As new and less loud guests arrived it was ok.

Breakfast was nice, and Mrs Milena, the lady serving it, was extremely kind. The host Emanuele was very easy to communicate with, and helped us with our late check-in and held on to our bags after check-out. His messages explaining how to get to the apartment by ourselves were clear, and he followed up to see if we got in ok.

The location is not great, but that is to be expected: the property is literally just a few steps from the train station. And in big cities like Naples, you don't stay this close to a train station for several days, you mostly do it for the convenience. So have that in mind, e.g., don't stay outside until very late at night. But for our purposes - we arrived late at night and spent most of the following day walking to and around a different area of the city - it was ideal
