This property is a very good choice to explore the city because all the public transportation is 2 minutes by foots.. It situated in the central station that personally as a solo traveller, I didn’t feel it unsafe or a dangerous place. I don’t know why other people say that the area is dangerous, if you don’t look or talk to anyone then noone will bother you. The area is dirty but when you enter the property you feel like you are in an other planet.. It is very clean and well decorated. Francesco, the receptionist was very helpfull, also the cleaning ladies were very cute and polite!! I really enjoyed my stay there and I will stay again when i visit Naples again! Finally, the breakfast that they provide is a very good choice to start your day!

I think it was a good renovation of an older building with a good bed and breakfast . The room was bright with good insulation balcony doors as it looked into piazza gaibaldi which can be noisy. Francesca brought me my breakfast and was very pleasant.

On the booking it says check in till 23.30 but it was 22:00 and Franco needed to keep ringing me as I was still on the bus from the airport and it was nearly 10 pm - Franco was super attentive though - also I think they need to advise to look out for the hotel Sayonara sign as there is only a small sign on the wall for Royal Flower - the only unclean area was the shower - just needs cleaning at the nitro more .

Located near Central station, so very convenient for onward travel and places to eat, although obviously a very busy area. As would be expected, a very old building but the interior and bedrooms were modern with comfortable double beds and efficient air conditioning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. An old elevator was available to transport luggage to upper floors which was very useful. Breakfast was served in the rooms and consisted of coffee, fruit juice, croissant and melba toast with jam. This was more than adequate for us. Luggage storage was also available on day of leaving.

Although the location was convenient for onward travel, being near the station, this is a very unattractive, busy, dirty and noisy area. The property itself is within a large building with others and we found it extremely difficult to find it initially, as it only has a small name plate on the outside wall. The property advertised sound proof rooms but we did not find this to be the case at all, although mercifully people were quieter later at night.

Staff & Location - Francesco is very accomodating and will make your stay very easy. Stayed here on two occassion during my trip to Italy, first room I had an issue with the aircon not working properly so on my second visit Francesco gave me a different room which was perfect and made my last night that bit easier.

Aircon not working in my first room. The location is so close to the train station however there is alot of homeless around and bad smells. This is not the accomodations problem but ut should be made aware to those staying

Newly refurbished clean room. The staff very helpful and were constantly in touch via WhatsApp even prior to arrival. This was helpful to settle in initially. The location is very central to the main railway station.

Initially difficult to locate the premises as there were no country flags above the main door anymore to the building as shown in the pictures. Breakfast is essentially a large croissant and a coffee.

You can literally see the Napoli train station from the room, this was great because we needed to catch the train to Sorrento from there and we didn’t have to worry about transportation. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got breakfast in bed in the morning as well. Francesca was great, all of the staff was. We would definitely recommend staying here if you need an easy way to get to the train.

Nothing was wrong here honestly. Napoli is a little scary so I would just say be aware of your surroundings.

Large room, very well organised. Comfy, large bed. Everything is very clean. Delicious breakfast, served in your room at the time you ask for. Self check-in available also at night. Very helpful staff. Super handy location. Towels and shower gel included. Good attention to detail. Very good value for money.

The neighbourhood isn't nice, but if you land at night, as I did, you are able to walk just 2 minutes from the bus stop from the airport and go to bed. Unfortunately bad soundproofing either from the window or door.

We can have a breakfast in early morning at coffee bar nearby a hotel, vey convenience when you have a tight schedule. Naomi is very kindness, she helps us a lot during stay at hotel. Location is good, only a few steps to Napoli Centrale and supermarket. Room and amenities are cleaned including in a lobby, have a good smell. However, this hotel is next to Piazza Garibaldi, so you cannot avoid some noise thru a closed window but it is not a problem for us at all but it may be a concern for some light sleeper.

Ideal for a short stay near Naples Garibaldi, the room was spacious, clean, comfortable. Communication via Whatsapp was prompt and friendly with the receptionist, decent Italian breakfast was served in the room. This place is well located, only a stone throw away from Alibus stop and the station. Overall we had a good stay and felt safe.

The area itself is not the nicest part of Naples, the view from the room is spoiled by homeless people, it's a bit noisy at night.

Great location. Loved the room, exactly same as in pic, seems like recently renovated, very clean and had bunch of towels. Working AC. Nice patio. Room is facing loud street, but windows do their job, once you close them can’t here anything from the street. Comfortable bed. Reception ladies were nice, they let us leave our luggage for couple hours after checking out.

Shower itself is really small, but was not a big deal for me. Also there is literally a hole on the ceiling between bathroom and bedroom, fyi won’t be soundproof. Also not really good sound isolation between hall shared with other rooms, you can hear other tenants coming in. Breakfast was a choice of sweet pastry and coffee, we were aware of it and didn’t really expect much.
