Nothing , it is what it is in any large city, so close to main train station and drop off point for airport shuttle bus.

The hotel has nice interiors, super clean, 2 minutes walk from the main train station. Direct bus to and from airport, every 10 minutes (5 Euro per passenger). The bus ride to the airport is 15 minutes. The hotel has 2 floors and has a lift. Nice room interiors, looks like it has recently been renovated. Electric kettle in the room for tea, coffee. Superb breakfast with many hot and cold options to choose from, separate counter for vegetarian fellows. The receptionist helped us with providing tips to how to reach the main market and sea side. She wrote the metro line number and train station names on a paper and gave to us. Exceptional stay and worth the price we paid for one night.

The area outside the hotel is a bit off with stalls, and a lot of rubbish. However, this has nothing to do with the hotel. Being close proximity to the train station, we could see police patrolling the area. We came to the hotel around 10pm after dinner, the stalls were gone by that time and almost no one in the street. This small disadvantage can be let go with the exceptional services provided by the hotel.

Amazing staff, amazing location if you’re looking to explore Sant Agnello, spacious place, very clean, an absolute 10/10! Best food we ate our entire trip was right next door. Get the roast chicken!! 😍

The back bedroom shower was just a little slow to drain but wasn’t a problem overall! We had to meet friends in sorrento and there happened to be train delays so we ended up paying over $100 USD for a taxi there. Ferry is likely preferable but with the train delays we missed it as well. Not as easy as you’d imagine to get there but if you plan ahead and give yourself lots of wiggle room it’s totally doable. Also after seeing Positano and Sorrento, we were super happy to be off the beaten path. It’s a cute area and much cheaper than the other popular areas!

Friendly staff and great housekeeping. Close to station. Good sized room with adequate storage and “normal” coat hangers. Great shower. Very clean. Plenty of USB charging ports. Full length double glazed windows opening onto a small balcony overlooking the street with its market activities. Ample fridge space (no minibar). Excellent lighting options. Brilliant breakfast options with daily menu changes. It was a lovely stay in this very well designed hotel.

After 3 weeks of perseverance I finally received a refund of the double payment for my 4 nights accommodation. I was made to pay at check in even though I had already paid via booking.com 5 days earlier. This stay would otherwise have been a perfect 10.

The hotel is located next to the main train station and there are many shops and restaurants in the corner. The main streets of the city is accessible either by bus and walk. The hotel is clean and all you need is in the room. The hotel atmosphere is calm and is recommended for families. The staff is super-kinds and helpful. The reception staff (Dalila) gave me a bottle of wine as gift when I checked out! Thankful for this amazing Napolitan hospitality!

The room is small. But it is OK for one guest but not for 2. The neighborhood is not good at nights. Although it is near the train station and it is a real advantage, this neighborhood is not clean.

The hotel was easy to find, and the location was perfect - easy to access trains and taxis, central to all the places I wanted to and lots of restaurant and food options close by. The room was comfortable and I loved that there was a kettle provided and I could make a cup of tea at the end of the day. The staff were all friendly and helpful and gave great advice about getting to the attractions I wanted to see.

There was nothing about the hotel that I didn't like. There's an impromptu market in the street outside, and at first that could look off-putting. I had no issues with walking through the market on my own day and night and it had no effect on the enjoyment of my stay in the hotel.

It’s close to the main train station (which has a bus to the airport), so that is handy. The staff members are extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is clean. You can tell that the staff care about doing a good job.

The hotel itself is excellent, so don’t be put off by the area outside. I walked across the square (Piazza Garibaldi)at night to a restaurant (Attanasio) recommended by the receptionist and felt perfectly safe even though there are some guys just hanging around. There are police patrolling the area. The room needs a reading light by the bed. I am a reader, a serious reader. The breakfast room is a little chaotic and crowded (plus downstairs), but there are several choices, and the staff will make you an excellent cappuccino—or two, possibly more.

The hotel has no control over its immediate environment. The main entrance is a single doorway on a sidestreet off the main Piazza. The buildings opposite the hotel and beyond it are in a dreadful state of repair - damaged and dirty. The street itself has rubbish left along it - but that is no worse than many streets in Naples. The street has an African street market every day which can be disorientating when one is looking for the hotel entrance. The hotel would be well advised to make full use of its other entrance which gives directly onto the Piazza.

Great access to Napoli Station, clean rooms, friendly staff, affordable price

I didn't find this in other reviews, but I felt that the water in the shower and bathroom was quite slimy. My room was 108. When I used soap in the shower, it was hard to remove the soap and it left a slimy residue. The same happened when I washed my hands in the bathroom. I wondered if that was the water quality in Napoli, but it seems not to be the case. This is not a complaint, but as I felt it was different, I am leaving a review.

The reception & concerige staff Luigi, Pino, Tito, and team,alongside Sophias cleaning,& restaurant staff, could not be any more friendly, accommodating, and welcoming on arrival and throughout my stay

Only the "courtyard view" from the window was more a view of assorted objects from doors to windows , building debris all dumped in there. I don't mind that it faced other hotel rooms, windows or adjoining buildings but the courtyard just needs a clean up , put some plants, flowers in there at little expense would make it little more appealing from the balcony of a morning.
