it is right next to the central station - couldn’t be closer! and the guy at reception stayed on past when he said he would to make sure we got checked in

it’s a bit noisy (traffic noise). it didn’t bother us but it might be a problem for light sleepers

It was very pretty and clean👍. And very close to train station.

Online check in was not very comfortable because when we want to download our documents the site could not take it. But we was answered by whatts up in short time and adjust everything by whattsup👍. And you have to pay 20 cent every usage of elevator.And outside of the building not very nice.

Extremely close to central train station, which is what we required. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean, but there was some mould (behind the silicone I think) in the shower base.

The neighbourhood is very dodgy and we did not feel particularly safe outside, especially at night. There was quite a heavy police presence, so I believe this is likely an ongoing situation here. However, the rooms felt very secure once inside the building.

Despite of area of the hotel, the hotel itself was pretty nice for this price, the personnel was nice as well. The room for 2 looked too small, however, it was clean and had all the necessary stuff and we had cleaning every day!

I think everything was nice for this price, the only thing that should be known is the super weird area around the hotel it's dirty and lots of homeless people

the location in front of the station was good also nice balcony. the small bed was comfortable and new. very easy check in/out.

the area surrounding area at night isn’t the best. but again it’s next to the station so it’s to be expected. the bigger bed wasn’t very comfortable and old. also the shower had no door and the floor gets very wet.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious, and the staff is super friendly. The only downside is the location, which is a bit far from the metro and has unreliable surroundings.

We liked the design of the room and it was easy to find the property after we landed from the train. We had a pleasant holiday with my little sister. We also liked the position of the hotel as it was close to the subway station so we could easily reach to the city landmarks.

Nothing comes to my mind.

The room size was good and everything worked in the room. The air conditioning was fully controllable.

The location of the B&B is not that savory but Naples is a city with a gritty ambiance in general. You have to pay 20c to use the elevator certain times of day. Breakfast consists of some packaged items. It would have been nice if they had a larger selection or id you could fill out a check off list for a certain number of items a few days before checking in.. I do. It know about the other rooms but ours had an illuminated step between the bathroom and sleeping area.

It was comfortable, enough space for two people and spotless bathroom

I did not like the neighborhood even it was close to everything and the napoli centrale, there was many immigrant that sth the streets became unsafe

Everything was great. Great location, quite, modern and clean rooms. Good and fast communication with the host.

The only bad think is that we never had a breakfast as we payed for that. Also, the other thing that surprised me was that we had to pay 20 cent every time to use the elevator. First time that I see that 😳.
