The location was excellent in that it was super close to Garibaldi station for the metro. Our small balcony overlooked an active city square and was a nice stroll to restaurants and beautiful monuments. It was like stepping back in time (in a good way). Everything was super-clean and neat. It had been recently updated-- and was very comfortable and modern.There was a 24 hr attendant who was so helpful when I realized I didn't know the code to open the lockbox to get our room key! We had a great stay, but we were in Naples to head off to Pompeii, so it was only two nights there.

Location was good since everything was easy to reach, pickup for tours was just across the street, shuttle to the airport and metro station The room was nice and clean, air conditioning was very useful

The info about the PIN codes could have been sent earlier especially since I called to let them know that I needed to leave my luggage before check-in time since I had an early morning flight on arrival. The breakfast delivery in the room was kind of tricky, giving the address and coupons for the whole stay at the beginning I find to be more practical since guests might have tours booked or need to leave early in the morning and can’t just wait until someone comes to deliver breakfast. Also on the last couple of days the place where you could get breakfast was closed, an earlier written info about the address of the new place would have been better.

Fine for one night's stay before the airport. Breakfast was a cup of tea and a croissant the flavour of which we could choose the day before. The bedroom was pleasant enough, and the bed was comfortable for me. The bathroom was a bit dated. The location was great, as right next to the station and the airport shuttle bus.

The toiletries that were supplied were limited. A kettle was available, with a teabag but no cup!

This B&B is very close to Garibaldi station which is very convenient for talking a train, bus to the airport or metro. The room we stayed in is bright and cosy, The breakfast is served in the room. It is delicious,, sweet pastry you choose the night before, juice and a coffee.There is also a kettle and some tea and coffee bags in the room. We were ablle to leave the baggage in the B&B before check in and after check out. I would stay here again if I arrived to Naples

Great and convenient location from the train station. Has an elevator and has an modern outlook despite being a pretty old building. Stunning views from the balcony is a treat to the eyes. Overall great value for money and the yummy lil' breakfast is the icing on the cake.

I wasn't aware that the breakfast which is included in the booking is supposed to be pre-ordered. would be great if this is communicated during the check in communications. I had to have some "mildly aggressive discussions" with the staff to get my breakfast.

It is very close to the train station. There are a few good patisseries only footsteps away.

Can run out of hot water at nights.

This place is a gem of attendance and location! Room had everything you need, including a kettle, tv, working shower and even a little balcony partly facing the Plaza. Sure the area around the train station is a bit scruffy, but the B&B is well kept and very conveniently located for jumping on the train e.g to Pompei or taking the metro to Municipo för easy access to the port for Capri. Easy walk to the old parts of town, and tasty neapolitan pizza at Attanasio across Plaza Garibaldi. Staff met our every need such as letting us leave luggage before check in and arranging an early breakfast before our departure, a very tasty one as well! Thank you for the nice hospitality!

Bed not super comfortable.

Very close to the station,the room was very clean and plenty big enough for a couple. Good value,nice breakfast

There wasn’t anything about the property that we didn’t like but outside the property as it was very close to the station there were a lot of homelessness and quite dirty but that is what you get in all big cities these days

Located close to Naples major transport hub there is easy access to the airport bus, Metro, local trains and taxis. In a solid and secure building on the fourth floor with lift access, the room was clean, an adequate size for a couple, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet and an Italian breakfast was delivered. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Very close to the central station, and very clean place. We were greeted well and the check-in process was very smooth with all the info provided prior to our arrival. We were even served breakfast on the days as per our liking (thank you very much), and enjoyed a very peaceful place with amazing city views. Our shower was leaking a bit, but the owner was kind enough to supply additional towels to prevent us slipping.
