We needed somewhere near Naples station for an early train the next day. This apartment is only 200 metres away so ideal from that perspective. The apartment had two bedrooms. One with a large double bed, the other with a large single. The room was clean and well equipped. It’s good for the station. Not somewhere I would stay if staying a few nights in Naples, as it’s really noisy around the station and the room is sterile so a bit depressing to be in longer than one night. It is perfect for a one night stay near the station. Easy to find, easy check-in. And a good price as Naples is becoming expensive for hotels.

The room had everything we needed for 1 night in Naples including a safe, spacious hot shower, air con, drinking water and fridge. Its right outside Napli train station and airport shuttle drop off. Check in closed shortly after we arrived but we were given clear instructions fot shelf check in and notice extra charges. Staff at the cafe downstairs were very pleasant when we arrived for breakfast included in the room rate.

This part of Naples is pretty sketchy at night and felt a bit on edge walking to find food, but we didn't encounter any issues and the hotel was secure. It took a little while to find the entrance tucked away from the road. There was some noise in the morning and early sunlight through the blinds which didn't completely close, but this didn't bother us too much.

Unbeatable location, only a minute away from Central train station, metros and bus stops. Overall clean with some exceptions. The host/manager is friendly, reachable and prompt over WhatsApp. Best option in the area for an overnight stay, though some reviews say they felt unsafe because of people loitering and being loud at the shops right outside the main door. I felt it was ok and previous guests are just assuming/judging them - just use basic common sense !

Perhaps an isolated incident - the toilet bowl was unclean on arrival (shit stains). For few hours in the night between 2am and 4am, loud gurgling noise of the pipes in the walls right next to the bed. It was loud enough to wake us up and continued for couple of hours. Interior walls are paper thin but external window is sound proof. The host asked for payment before the free cancellation window (though I chose to pay automatically after the cancellation window is over).

The location is amazing, for somebody coming to Naples for first time, it is a spot nearly impossible to miss. It is very convenient, also, to and from the airport. I didn't, however, anticipate to find the room so neat and clean, compared to the looks of the building, which is very old and not so well maintained.

May be the breakfast could be somehow improved, an addition of a fresh juish or a freshly boiled egg would do wonders in that direction.

It's close to central train station and walkable distance from the main touristic place. It could be a bit sketchy from outside if you're first time in Naples but inside facilities are very clean. It's not the place you will see outside view. Water pressure is surprisingly good! They also provide you water bottles and if you ask the staff he will let you know nice restaurants.

The coffee machine outside in the main area is pretty loud. If next room people came out 7am and use it, it will wake you up.

The apartment was fabulous, Modern, neat and spacious. Exactely what you need for a quick visit. The finishing is stylish as well as the bathroom. It was Great to have a warm shower after a long day with clean towels and well equipped bathroom. The ligting (3-settings) was perfect to wind down and get ready for bed. Mini fridge, coffee & tea facilities and TV is also part of the mix, just making the stay even more relaxing as cold water, hot tea and some background music is right at your finger-tips. Everything was in working order, the room was great.

The area is not the greatest but it is conveniently close to the Napoli station... plenty options to choose from. Right in the middle of the hustle and bustle...

A Gem Across from Naples Train Station: Boutique Bliss at Napoli Urban Suite. Nestled conveniently across from Naples train station, Napoli Urban Suite is a hidden gem within an apartment building, offering a unique boutique hotel experience. Not only was the owner kind and helpful, but they went above and beyond by personally escorting me to the train station and carrying my bag—a gesture that truly made me feel valued as a guest. Upon the owner's recommendation, I had the pleasure of dining at an excellent pizza restaurant within a 10-minute walk from the hotel—a testament to Armando’s knowledge of the area. Additionally, the proximity of Mexico, a delightful coffee shop with delectable sweets, right next to the hotel was a delightful bonus, especially for early risers. Overall, my stay at Napoli Urban Suite was nothing short of exceptional. For travelers seeking convenience, comfort, and unparalleled hospitality in Naples, look no further than this charming hotel.

Everything was exceptional.

The location is perfectly situated in the heart of the Napoli Centrale train station. The owner is fantastic and will go out of his way to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. There is a safe storage space by the front desk where you can keep your bags if you arrive early and unable to check in but want to go out exploring. The building has a secured entrance and you'll pass 3 locked doors in total before arriving inside your room. The water pressure is great and the temperature is consistent. After a long day you will look forward to a nice shower and appreciate these small yet important aspects. The bed is a large queen size and very comfortable to get a good sleep in. You'll have plenty of towels and they'll be changed for you daily. Wi-Fi is available at no extra charge and a TV so you can stay entertained as you wind down. There is a small coffee/tea maker in you room as well. You have an AC/Heater with windows that open out and blinds that can be adjusted. Don't be alarmed by the characters that hang around the area after dark. Not a single one of them has even spoken to us and there are regular police patrols around the area (being a busy train station).

Not a single thing we didn't like about our stay. As mentioned, some people may be alarmed by the types of individuals that hang around the area after dark but we felt very safe the entire time there.

- Very easy to find. Right next to station which was perfect for me - Quiet and clean inside - virtually no noise from surrounding area despite location - Clean and well looked after - Flexibility for late check in (due to my flight arrival time)

- Breakfast voucher was missing (or extremely well hidden!). Presume this was an oversight but added a 5€ cost in the morning.

Everything was brand new! Great interior design, which is sth not that easy to find in Italian hotels. Esp in Napoli. I really appreciate the staff willingness to help. We struggled with a few issues and Armando and Franco were able to solve them. Thanks a lot! We enjoyed a lot our stay there

We arrived late at night and the surrounding could be a bit scary since the facility is located right in front of the central station. Do not get disappointed by that first impression.
