We wanted a place close to the train station as we were going to stay for a night in Naples. It has an incredible location because it is directly across from the train station. Keep the staff at the reception what we can do in our limited time. He shared the train hours to pompei in detail, all the ovens where we can buy food in the morning. The places where train stations are always vibrant. Even though the sounds of fighting from the street at night were troubled, we felt safe inside the building, but it was still too noisy. And I have to say, sadly, that the expense in the bathroom was coming in bad smells.

The location being only 100metres from the train station and the Alibus bus stop ( to airport or port ) is ideal for a one night transit stop. It would be good also for an extended stay due to good transport links to Pompeii, Vesuvius etc.etc. I liked the ease of on line check in and door codes but on arrival there is a staffed check in so best of both worlds. The room itself is spacious with all the usual amenities including a small fridge. En suite was fine with a shower cubicle and plenty of hot water. Tap water in Naples is potable and the room provides a kettle. The bed was very comfortable. There is a great view over Piazza Garibaldi from the balcony

Being close to the train station the area attracts immigrants and homeless people. They are not a problem but some people may find it a bit intimidating.

Very clean, great value for money. Extremely handy location for the main railway station in Naples. Staff were extremely helpful and arranged a taxi for us. The room also has a safe, which is excellent, see below.

The lift is very small and it is difficult for 2 people and their luggage to fit in the lift. Not to keen on the digital keypads for the rooms, it could allow others to access the room when you are not there!

Communication before arrival was excellent. We were going to be too late for reception, so they made sure we had all the information we needed. Very friendly and helpful.

Trying to find the front door. Look for Chicken Hut, and there it is. All was perfectly clean, but shower / bathroom, was in need of a little TLC.

Location is perfect, cross the street from Train station and metro, restaurants & convenient store are just downstairs. We had never met anyone/concierge, but who needs one if everything is OK. The check-in instruction was very clear and communicating was great before and after stay. I recommend this place for anyone. This is not 5 stars hotel, but you get the perfect location and your room as advertised, big and clean. Don't let other bad reviews fool you as I saw them as complainers.

It's noisy but it's normal for Naples especially in front of the terminal. The people surround it seem sketchy but they didn't bother you just ignore them.

Great location right outside the station so ideal for airport trips. Don't let the outside entrance put you off, rooms once inside are quite nice.

Property is difficult to find. As very small outside signage so very easy to miss. And unfortunately alot of people loitering outside so again makes it difficult to find.

The room was good and location very good. The bed was excellent for us.

We were told they had luggage storage but not that it was unsecured. You could just leave your bags in the front reception. We were not comfortable doing that and were not told about secure luggage storage offered for a fee in the same building.

Easy to access, location was convenient for the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shower was good, bed was v comfy. Provided little toothbrushes and toothpastes which were a nice touch. AC worked!

The location didn’t feel very safe. But it was convenient for what we needed (somewhere close to the station!) it was also a 20 minutes walk into the centre of town.

It is a top location, just outside of the Napoli Centrale station. Every transportation line is close. There are stores, caffee bars and kebab shops around the location. Even city's old town is near by foot.

This accommodation was in a really convenient location right by the train station and in walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. The room was a good size for two people and had everything we needed - fridge, hairdryer etc. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, with bedding and towels changed as needed. The communication prior to arrival was quick and smooth with all details provided for easy self check-in late at night.

The location of the accommodation was good in terms of proximity to the train station, however the area directly outside the property was quite dirty and there were often lots of men hanging around. I appreciate that this is not the fault of the owners of the accommodation but wanted to include it - this would not stop me from staying here again.
