Massimilano and his wife were delightful hosts for our first trip to Naples. They were very helpful, offering us suggestions for our itinerary and helping us with queries. Massimiliano met us on the street outside the accommodation so we could find it easily after our train journey and was on hand throughout our stay. Fresh croissants, juice and hot drinks brought to our room in the morning were a lovely touch and the room was immaculate.

The area around Garibaldi/ Napoli Centrale isn’t a particularly pleasant area, although Napoli City Rooms is a perfect safe haven within the city.

The Hospitality of Massimiliano was top class. He was there waiting to guide me on arrival & explained all the sights with a map. Coffee & Croissant for Breakfast served in the room was perfect. The building may look old but the rooms are new & super clean. Though the location near the train station might feel a bit unsafe I stayed for 3 nights and had no problems at all. All Sights are walkable from the Hotel in 20-30 min. The wood fired pizza at the entrance of the Hotel is amazing. I would highly recommend Napoli City Rooms for your stay in Naples.

If you go to Naples, I would definitely recommend this accommodation. The croissant and coffee for breakfast are perfect, and the bed is comfortable. The room is warm and clean. It is also easy to find at the train station. The facilities, breakfast, and cleanliness are perfect, but most of all, the favor of the owner, Massimiliano, is the best. He knows everything from transportation to local information and is always willing to help. In fact, on the way to Naples, my father had an accident and should have gone all the way to the emergency room, but thanks to his help, I was able to solve many difficulties. So, I remembered Naples, which I almost remembered as a nightmarish, as a warm place. Taking this opportunity, thank you very much again.

Communication with Massimiliano prior to arrival about 9pm was excellent. He came down to meet us in the street and helped us with bags etc. The room was clean and comfortable, light and freshly decorated. The breakfast was unexpected (perhaps I just didn't notice it when booking) and much appreciated. The location is ideal just across the Piazza from the central Station, and the warm smiling welcome from the owner was great after a long day travelling. Highly recommended.

There was a kettle in the room with two cups, but no tea or coffee.....curious and not a big problem as tea and coffee came with breakfast.

Massimiliano and Maria who run this Bed & Breakfast are simply wonderful. Unbelievably friendly, helpful and kind. The room was quite nice, well equipped and in a wonderful location. Every morning we could order a type of coffee and croissant and I swear to God it was one of the most delicious things I've eaten in my life.

The end of October/beginning of November was still apparently mosquito season. There was an electric mosquittor zapper in the room. But still, some got through and believe me these things are hungry and noisy! So either don't let them in or get hunting like I did 😅. Not sure if I could lay waste to all of them if I were 20 years older. There was some construction going on in the yard, so it was a bit noisy in the morning.

The host was amazing, helpful and friendly, he explained us everything that is to see in Napoli. Breakfast was perfect, with warm croissants and coffee, toast, butter and jam. Napoli City Rooms are very close to central railway station and have quick access to subway 1 and 2 lines. The back street looks rather unsafe, but we had no problem, and bought the best sfogliatelle from pasticeria Lauri that is there. In Piazza Garibaldi you can find everything you need, from water, coffee places, pharmacy.

Great location, right across from the train station which makes it really easy to travel throughout the city. Most areas are within walking distance, but some are further out. The property has a lift and nicely decorated. Light breakfast is severed to your room. Massimilliamo was waiting for our arrival and very helpful at giving us guidance in maneuvering the city.

Area is a little rough if you don’t mind that. Plenty of security, just dirty and a lot of people hanging out. Little noisy with people outside. Didn’t have any problems though.

Perfect room that was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Massimo was very helpful and was waiting outside to greet us to ensure we found our way easily. Great recommendation on visiting sights/restaurants. Close to the main station and felt safe inside accommodation which had a secure entrance.

Nothing I didn’t like. There was a kettle in the room but I didn’t have the ability to make a coffee but was easily able to access from cafe and could have bought provisions if staying longer.

Great welcome from Massimo who met me out the front even at 9pm at night, location right next to train station. Excellent communication and welcome from Massimo and his wife, Massimo gave a map and great advice for visiting Naples. Great breakfast served in room (warm cornetto and coffee with juice and toast). Room comfortable and good size, small fridge available. Lift to apartments was great for baggage. Luggage storage available.

Expensive for one night but this was because the football final was on in Naples!

The room was comfortable with air conditioning, breakfast was pre-ordered room service at a time decided the day before. I was met by the oweer on the ground floor and guided up to the rooms. I saw him doing the same for others during my stay. He contacted me through WhatsApp prior to arrival and provided me with extra information my message during my stay. Great location for the central station, airport shuttle and travelling by train to Pompei.

The noise of other guests arriving home at night when talking in the corridor did disturb me, but once people were in their rooms it was not a problem.
