This property is difficult to review because it has major strengths and significant drawbacks. The strengths: It is very clean. A good breakfast is provided - and delivered to your room. And it is very conveniently located a few steps from the central train station. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful once we arrived. They let us store our bags for free on our check-out day (our departing train was late in the day).

The negatives were noteworthy too: The management was unresponsive when I tried to message them (through the booking app and by email) prior to my stay. The hotel itself is difficult to find from the street (you enter an enormous courtyard with multiple stairways and lots of different businesses and hotels on different floors – signage is poor). Also, for those with limited mobility, note that the hotel is located five floors above ground level and there’s just one small elevator that seems to be regularly inoperative because users don’t fully close the door when the exit the elevator. Also note: the area around the train station is a bit gritty at night. But altogether, it was such a clean and well-appointed hotel, these negatives were not so bad.

The room was huge and it did surpass our expectations. It is really a wonderful surprise as the look of the hotel outside doesn't do justice. The room was very clean and the staff was very polite! We would come to this hotel if we would be in Napoli again.

You can reach the hotel flat very easily, no Whatsapp complicated instructions. The old fashioned elevator was fascinating. The receptionist was at the hotel entrance and was polite and friendly. He later brought me the breakfast meal of the next morning because I scheduled to leave early. The keys are perfect compared to those strange Gothic keys of lodges in the past two weeks in Italy.TV is very wide and shows ordinary channel plus net TVs. Also cleaning ladies are attractive Italians in black costumes.

The bathroom is in a little odd place outside the inner door and somewhat inconvenient to use in the night.

Very affordable price. Cozy room but had everything we needed. Everything was spotless clean. Breakfast they deliver to your room, and it was plentiful and fresh - we appreciated the extras they packed for us. We were lucky in that the room was very quiet. The B&B was close to everything. Balcony, while small, was nice to get the fresh air in. The management was very kind and courteous throughout.

The towels had a lot of lint that would stick to your skin after trying to dry/wipe the water off your body. Kind of annoying but not a big deal.

Since we were traveling by train, the location couldn't have been any better. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was huge! Tall ceilings throughout, and two small balconies gave it a special feel. And all the people we interacted with checking in and out were gracious and helpful. We couldn't have been more pleased. There was a fair amount of street noise at night, but that's to be expected in a busy area like this.

The staff helpful and rooms were very nice. Smallish but as expected in Naples.

It is not that I didn't like it. It was just an initial shock. Given that it is near the main train and metro station is a HUGE plus for getting around the city. That is also though small challenge. Parts of the area were a bit dicey, and sketchy (to be expected when near a train station). It was a bit unnerving the 1st day ( I have a wife and two daughters to keep an eye on), but after that I felt comfortable and there was no anxiety.

Excellent for travelling around the Naples-Amalfi area, right in front of the train and metro stations. Very kind, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was cleaned more often than we expected, and it had obviously been renovated not long ago. We even got to order what we want for breakfast and the staff brought the tray to our room every morning at our chosen time. Bonus: they kept our luggage for us after we checked out and even offered us coffee and cold water when we picked it up in the afternoon.

The room is big and clean. The staff will send the breakfast to your room, very convenient. The hotel location is very near the train station around 3 mins on foot, but not very easy to find, please pay attention to the logo on the wall.

Someone will forgot to close the door of the elevator, in this case, we cannot use the elevator. Meanwhile, someone may knock the door by mistake, which may "surprise" you.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AS IT ONLY COULD BE!!! Francesca and Paola are amazing!!! We enjoyed our stay 10000% !!! The attitude, attention to details, cleanliness, facilities, kindness - they had resolution for each appeal (sun umbrella, sunscreens, teapots with hot water, beach towels etc. Just AMAZING!!!), their patience and answers to each question you have!!

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the stairs to apartments and to the room which were available for that period 😭😭 but it’s not their fault, it’s Positano!!

The rooms are very clean here and location is perfect as it is right outside Napoli Centrale train station. Excellent breakfast facilities, you can choose what you want for breakfast and they'll serve it to your room at the time you select. Easy check in and check out, staff is kind and helpful. There is a lift in the building which is cherry on the cake.
