The staff were exceptional! The facilities were very clean. Breakfast was very good. If you are traveling by train, this property is less than a 5-minute walk from Centrale. Hotel set us up with a great small tour to the Amalfi Coast! The room was small but acceptable. I would choose a larger room next time.

The bed was terrible! I admit that we are very spoiled, but these need a serious upgrade. The neighborhood is less than desirable, but the hotel is an island refuge. Limited good restaurants walkable from the hotel, not bad just OK. Due to traffic, minimum taxi fare is 20 Euro anywhere.

This is a city hotel close to the railway station and unfortunately we only stayed as we had an early flight out of Naples the following morning. Due the the location there is some street noise but the windows and shutters did a good job of keeping the noise to a minimum. We arrived around 10am so too early to check in but the staff were very accommodating storing our luggage for us and then providing a breakfast box and booking us a taxi.

Nothing, although a felt it was a little pricey it is close to the station and not too far from the airport. The corridors are quite windy almost maze like but ok once you get used to it.

We loved our room and received free upgrade. Room had huge tv with hotel Netflix logged in. Bathroom and shower were gorgeous. Room had fridge. Staff with extremely friendly during check in and organised taxi service for us to airport.

Name of hotel could have been clearer. We booked under Bella Napoli suites however hotel is under different name so was confusing to find. Through no fault of the hotel we felt anxious and unsafe (despite no one approaching us) as the streets outside hotel are heavily lined with street sellers and stalls. Therefore we feel it’s not suitable for families. We were very comfortable inside hotel and in hotel room which suited us as we were only staying one night before our flight.

It’s a hidden gem at the heart of the centre of Naples. From our late checkin, I found this hotel has very friendly staff, all box ticked for logistical convenience including secured baggage storage (free), excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed and pillows and so on! The surrounding might be a bit of a put off but I would personally ignore that and point on the fact that the location is actually very convenient with loads of local transport links, shops and quality restaurants/eat outs. Could not ignore the lovely bottle of wine as a gesture of goodwill from the hotel when we checked out. Overall we loved our stay 👍

Good location facilities ok

We had 2 rooms our friends had to endure a very unpleasant night with no air conditioning on a 27 degree night also the fridge did not work this was brought to there attention not long after check-in and only offered another room for the next day with no offer to refund a terrible night experience. Our room was fine and the second night for our friends was good.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! We got a free upgrade on the room and the room was very nice. The A/C was perfect. The location is excellent since it is next to the train station and very close to the old town. The breakfast is very good and the coffee was amazing!

There were stains on the duvet and the bed throw. The shower was a bit broken (but still beautiful!)

Location perfect for overnight transit on Naples. 2 mins from station. Complex is very safe and units are secure. Easy to find (ignore all the confusing reviews). Bed comfortable. Shower good. Not too loud considering location. Staff so welcoming and friendly. Staff awesome especially Luigi!!!

Toilet - keep lid down due to odour from sewerage, plastic mugs. Noisy neighbours and noise travels through walls!

We booked this hotel for the close proximity to the train station, which was ideal for our plans. Hotel is newly refurbished - really nice and fresh. Staff were friendly and accommodating. It was spotless - linens & towels changed everyday of our stay. Great selection for breakfast - loved the cooked to order omelettes.

On arrival, the stalls were a little off-putting - however, no-one hassled us or approached us in any way.

The staff could not have been more helpful! We were also presented with a lovely bottle of red wine upon checkout. The room was spotless with a lovely bathroom with a double shower. Lots of extras in the room - nibbles, tea/coffee making facilities, slippers, toiletries.

The only thing was the location - quite busy & noisy near the central train station. However Google maps brought us to a big wooden door that wasn't open when around the corner there is an normal reception door so watch out for that.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional, outstanding, varied, just wonderful! They even offered specialty coffees. The room that I had was a suite- - two completely private bedrooms and bathrooms with a common living, dining, kitchen. It was wonderful the amenities in the bathroom even included slippers. There was a delightful gift as I checked out. The unit was very quiet and comfortable.
