Great location for visiting Naples and meeting tours going out of the city. Check in was easy. The room is in a funky old building for that authentic feel of Napoli. Very quiet, no street noise at all, just some noise from other guests because poor interior sound insulation in the old building but everything was quiet by 10 or 11 pm, no big deal. I tested well with my earplugs. Good hot water, pressure not so much but OK. Gino and his staff are very nice and helpful. On the 5th floor, elevator is tiny and you must close the doors when you leave or it won't work. Happened to me only one time in 4 days.

Location wise it’s just fantastic. Within a few steps you are railway station getting you anywhere in and around Naples. Lots of food places, a supermarket and night shops nearby. The hotel is located in the middle of a “block”. Making it quiet without any street noise. Super friendly staff.

My single room doesn’t really have a desk/table. I saw other rooms did have it.

Great location for the train station for going to the airport early the next morning. Gino was really responsive with messages and really helpful. It is self service check in but went really smoothly. I arrived early afternoon. The room was quiet, modern decor, good WiFi, mini fridge with a bottle of water and kettle with teas. Spacious bathroom and shower. Great value! Unfortunately I had to leave very early so I missed breakfast but looked good, typical Italian / continental breakfast. It's so good to have budget accommodation options like this when you need convenience. Badly missed in Ireland. I was happy walking around the area but like any area close to a train station in any city, I wouldn't walk around late. Fine during the day and early morning. I was planning to get the Alibus to the airport as I still had my ticket from when I arrived. The Alibus is popular so give yourself plenty of time as there will be a queue. I opted to share a taxi again for the same cost, just €5 from the same place.

Very close to airport bus station and also the train station, good value for money if you want to explore Napoli and surroundings and just stay over night in the hotel. Breakfast to the room- you can choose preferred time. The area is not nice, but we were only passing through Napoli and appreciated it was close to the airport bus when we arrived in the evening. Is also quite close to historical center. Kind host, good communication and easy check in.

We did not like strong artificial fragrance in the room (but we use a lot of fragrance free products at home so may be more sensitive to this)

Easy access to train station. I really liked the small balcony. I would sit here in the morning and at night. It was perfect. A nice little refrigerator. Clean. Nice host. Supermarket nearby.

A little hard to find. You go into a courtyard and there’s a sign in there by the elevator. Once you find it - all is good!

Everything was perfect! Fast response from the owner in booking.com. The B&B location is right next to the Central Station, which is strategic for me & my friends to visit Pompeii. The room is spacious, tidy, and the beds are super comfy. Bathroom is spotlessly clean. The AC also helps with warming up the room - we came during winter so that was so much needed. The breakfast is basic but super yummy! Fresh croissant with jam or butter or nutella, crackers, and orange juice. The owner and his uncle were friendly and helpful. The owner's uncle explained to us passionately in English which spots to visit 😄 With the price it offers, the value is awesome! In fact, among other places that we stayed during our Europe trip, me & my friends agree that this B&B is the best place that we've stayed

The B&B is in the 4th (or 5th? I forgot) floor, so we had to use elevator. Since the elevator is old and only functions if its' door is closed manually, there were some instances we were waiting for the elevator, but it didn't show up. When we went up the stairs to other floors to check, turned out the elevator door was not closed by the last person using it, so it was stuck on that particular floor. The elevator is also small in size, so it can only fit very few people.

We were a party of 4 women and arrived at night just to sleep since we had an early train in the morning, breakfast started at 8 am and our train left 8.20 am so we let them know and they were kind enough to give us out breakfast earlier than 8 am so we wouldn't miss it, which was of huge help for us. The location was under 5 min away from the train station, and check-in was easy. Water pressure was good and we didn't run out of hot water. Knowing the neighborhood we were in, we had a very pleasant stay.

Great size room, modern decor, hot water and good pressure, easy to access from Napoli Céntrale / Girabaldi and the airport, generous breakfast (loved the pastries), big bed, quiet, luggage storage. We appreciated the 07:45 breakfast so we could day trip to Pompeii and Vesuvius.

Bathroom drains were smelly, we simply shut the door and all was well

A spontaneous last minute night in Naples so looked up cheapest places to stay near to the train station and ended up booking this place. Gino made us feel so welcomed, provided us with complimentary coffees on arrival and a complimentary breakfast ( a croissant and coffee). Right by the train station so great location when in transit but the building feels quite safe. The room was bigger than we anticipated and we really enjoyed it. It is in a busy location so was concerned about the noise but with the balcony door closed and AC on, I was able to sleep through the night very comfortably ( and I am a light sleeper)

Clean and very close to the main train station. The bed was pretty comfortable and the blankets were fluffy.

The room was really tiny. They had a "desk" that was basically a drawer stuck to the wall with a chair, but there was zero space for your legs between the chair and the drawer, and just no space to move around the bed. I understand that I'm not paying for much, but I think you could organize the space better.
