The location was central and perfect for group tour meeting points. Laundromat very close and good restaurants. Safe. And typical of cities near railway stations. Host was very helpful and responsive to communications♥️🌹♥️

I chose Garibaldi Station because it was minutes from the train station. There were also many great restaurants around the corner. The room was very clean and the staff friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Have a slight problem with the lock on the door, but the staff helped me figure out what was wrong

Nice hotel with a good location. The staff was very helpful when we needed assistance on short notice. We would happily book here again when we visit Naples.

Location was perfect near train station. There were lots of restaurants, and a supermarket close by place was clean and comfortable

located near the metro, however not the prettiest part of the city but very easy to get whenever you wish in the city, the manager are really nice and trying to help by Google translate.

Very near to Napoli Centrale train station. It was safe environment to hotel from station. Only they have extra extra for 1 bag 5 euro after 11am. No one stay there is a solely Airbnb type. Owner don't speak English, you need to use Google translate.

Charge extra for bag storage that only 2 hrs long.

The host was great and followed-up with us on how the stay was :) The room was nice and clean, and we got an "upgrade" to a warmer room (very nice host) The breakfast was at a nearby coffee shop, where you get a coffee and a croissant or some pastry Location is great (near central station)

It was super convenient to the train station and the bus to the airport. It was a clean, basic apartment perfect for what we needed it for—location and access to public transportation.
