The breakfast was generally of good quality, and you get two choices of coffee servings per person (no more than two) with enough options to keep adults and children happy. The police is very clean in general, and our room was kept clean and ordered. The location of the hotel is excellent for train and Metro services, but I think we would’ve preferred to stay in a more attractive part of the city on our very first walk out from the hotel we chose the worst route possible, and found ourselves in a very dirty and uncured for area. We rescued walking further and it didn’t get any better so we turned back to the hotel. Staying with the main routes in the direction of the castle there are much better places to be in. Checking out was super easy, as we only had to leave the hotel and drop the key off since there were no room checks.

There was only one very small lift (elevator), and the staff challenged us if we brought ice cream into the hotel as there was a strict rule against food, or drink being brought into the rooms. This is a little hypocritical as they did serve meals with the service.

The location is very good. Nearby the central station and the city centre. The bath room was nice. The room basic, but ok. There was no balcony, which means you have to stay in the city all day. But that is not a problem, cause that is where you came for. If you want to stay 2 to 5 days to visit Napels it is a good place.

The locks of the doors. You see this more often in Italy. The locks are nice design, but they make so much noise. Especially if someone arrives back in the hotel at 23.40 a room further. It is better to have the electronic card system. It makes no noise. Furthermore is was not allowed to bring own food in your room.

one of the waiter at the breakfast was rude and clearly unhappy. The room is small and many customers arrived at the same time. People wants to eat but the waiter was very rude and clearly unhappy. At a certain point he stopped everyone and said in Italian: "attention everyone ! when you finish your breakfast you need to leave immediately!" This guy managed to ruin our morning. The rest of the staff was very nice.

The location was great, only two blocks from the Napoli Centrale train station. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. There is a restaurant in the building, where in the morning they serve breakfast that has a variety of cold and hot foods. The staff were both proficient and friendly, especially Sapna at the front desk. It is reasonably priced for the area. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

The location was very central, parking opposite the hotel which don’t get me wrong was handy but very expensive, you’re kind of put in a predicament where you have to. As I have big car they charge €50 / 24hr. Not good if you’re there for a week especially as it’s an electric car. Rome was Feee parking for ev’s maybe Napoli should look at the same idea

Staff were friendly

Staff were very kind and room happened to be pretty clean. We also had a good selection of breakfast which we enjoyed, location is very central but also in a quiet road

The mattress was very old, you could feel people’s body shape on it from how much it was used. The shower should have a curtain or something to block the water from flooding the bathroom floor. We also had 2 shampoo but no shower gel

The location was very good, near the train station, with access to all kinds of transport. The room was very clean, light, the beds comfortable, the towels very clean, the breakfast was Continental,very good. The staff at the reception and the breakfast room were very helpful.

The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. The family room offered us plenty of space—wonderful for managing jet lagged kids and having separate beds for everyone. The breakfast was amazing—lots of variety of pastries and savory options, helpful staff, delicious food. The location was very close to the train station which made it easy for us to base out of, and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The location is a little grungy and rough around the edges. We never felt unsafe but we’re very aware of the scrappiness of the neighborhood as we came and went. But we never had any issues and I think it will be fine for anyone used to a city, but there are certainly other parts of the city that are quieter and a little more inviting. But for getting the train out of town, it’s incredibly convenient and comfortable for families.

Property location was great close to central train station, also lots of restaurants close to hotel . Even you can find halal food 5-10 minutes walk . Staff at reception were great and polite.

I did not like the serving guy at breakfast table . He was bit rude to us because i oder 2nd coffee cup. There is no self service coffee machine. You have to oder to staff.
