one of the waiter at the breakfast was rude and clearly unhappy. The room is small and many customers arrived at the same time. People wants to eat but the waiter was very rude and clearly unhappy. At a certain point he stopped everyone and said in Italian: "attention everyone ! when you finish your breakfast you need to leave immediately!" This guy managed to ruin our morning. The rest of the staff was very nice.

The location was great, only two blocks from the Napoli Centrale train station. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained. There is a restaurant in the building, where in the morning they serve breakfast that has a variety of cold and hot foods. The staff were both proficient and friendly, especially Sapna at the front desk. It is reasonably priced for the area. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very comfortable and welcoming. The family room offered us plenty of space—wonderful for managing jet lagged kids and having separate beds for everyone. The breakfast was amazing—lots of variety of pastries and savory options, helpful staff, delicious food. The location was very close to the train station which made it easy for us to base out of, and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The location is a little grungy and rough around the edges. We never felt unsafe but we’re very aware of the scrappiness of the neighborhood as we came and went. But we never had any issues and I think it will be fine for anyone used to a city, but there are certainly other parts of the city that are quieter and a little more inviting. But for getting the train out of town, it’s incredibly convenient and comfortable for families.

The area close to the hotel full of weirdo people The fixed price from the hotel to the airport its 21.00 euros. The taxi driver who has been called from the hotel asked 25,00 euro if we wanted to pay by card. Its not fault from the hotel,just for your information

Property location was great close to central train station, also lots of restaurants close to hotel . Even you can find halal food 5-10 minutes walk . Staff at reception were great and polite.

I did not like the serving guy at breakfast table . He was bit rude to us because i oder 2nd coffee cup. There is no self service coffee machine. You have to oder to staff.

Already second time here. Nice room, with windows towards the courtyard, so pretty much no outside noise. Friendly staff, great location (pretty central and close to the station, but not in the unsafe area), good breakfast. Great restaurants in the nearby. In all, good value for the money.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we were very pleased with the experience.

The only issue we had was that the walls were quite thin, so we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms clearly, which was a bit bothersome.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The restaurant serves excellent Italian cuisine — it's a hidden gem! Don't look elsewhere!. If I decide to come back to Naples, I will choose the same hotel. Great location for city touring.

No complaints..all good even excellent

The room was very spacious, clean and the decor was suitable. The staff were always cheerful, friendly and helpful plus the concierge is 24/7. The hotel exceeded my expectations eventhough the location isn't the best (due to the people, homeless intoxicated and thieves).

Although the location is central and next to the main station the location is dodgy and can be dangerous however there is a Police presence I didn't feel safe. A lot of people loiter at the station and watch you carefully preparing to steal your belongings. We ensured we got back to the hotel before dark. It's a shame because the hotel is great.
