the bed was comfy and the hotel was clean. The staff is nice, but that is usual for ibis. you really escape reallity, as it says on the front door, because Napoli is dirty. easy check in , easy check out.

we usualy stay at ibis budget. As we stay in the hotel room just for sleeping, the higher price was not worth it, but it was the best we could find there. We have never had surprises with ibis. Most of the hosts charge addiotional for late check in (and other inconveniences). The room was a little bigger than in a budget ibis, but that is all. the toilet was very close to the wall in front - it is a problem if you are tall.

It is located near to the Central but walking at night through the street just arriving from the Train station was a bit worrying as some 5-6 mens in were just standing on the street. The lady receptionist assured me they were okay as I mentioned about it during check in. But still for solo woman travel it could be bit worrying at night..

it is near the station and only around 10 min walk to the main old city area. The staff were also very friendly. They also allowed me to store the luggage for 2 nights while I was backpacking to Amalfi.

This hotel was perfect for our one-night stay in Naples. The location is excellent—very close to the central station, bus stops, and the shuttle stop for the airport. It’s also within walking distance from many of the city’s main attractions, which made it really convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they’re clean, comfortable, and just right for a short visit. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with a great variety of options to choose from. The staff at reception were very polite and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. A great choice if you're looking for a practical and well-located place to stay in Naples!

The hotel is near the train station, which is quite convenient. Room is clean. There are some good restaurants nearby.

Hotel is just nearby railway. When train passes, not only the sound could be heard, but vibration could be felt.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were comfortable, slept well and felt safe, with no security concerns. The location with a five or so minute walk from the central station was very convenient. The staff we very friendly and accommodating and took care of our various requests with a smile and without fuss.

A mini fridge in the room would have been a nice and perhaps a kettle to make coffee. Aside from these these minor things, the hotel met expectations.

Clean, comfy, rooms have been recently renovated. The staff is very welcoming, helpful, and polite. The valet parking service is a big plus for someone travelling by car in Naples.

This hotel impressed me very much, with its bright and clean interior, a good value breakfast and a very comfortable and quiet room. The location was excellent, for convenience of train and bus connections and I walked everywhere within the city, once I had mastered the art of crossing the busy roads of Naples!

Nothing. The top of the road in which the hotel is located appears to be used as a sort of depot for the pavement sellers at the Piazza Garibaldi but it is easy to walk past and, as soon as you enter the hotel, you are in an oasis of calm.

Spacious and comfortable room. Helpful staff. Good breakfast with wide selection that we took at the sunny yard. Despite being close to the train track, the soundproofing is perfect. It's easy to get to the city center, even on foot.

It's not the cleanest part of the town but it's a safe place. In-room safe required a card (not the room card) to swipe for opening and closing. Could be dangerous as we don't know what kind of information it saves. And don't work well you need to swipe many times until it open or close. A point to improve.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them both in reception and in the dining area. This hotel is well situated for the metro, railway and airport bus. Breakfast was 12 euros and had a good selection of pastries with cereal, juices,toast and fruit. There are chill out areas both indoors and outside where you can make your own tea and coffee. I would stay here again.

It's not in the best area as it is close to the main station though I felt safe enough walking about. Tea and coffee in the room would have been nice.

Close to Napoli train station. Hotel is very nice, the rooms were a bit small but adequately spaced. The queen size bed on our first stay was very comfortable. The second time that we stayed in another room, the twin beds were not very comfortable. The corner that the hotel is on, seemed very safe but the Piazza Garibaldi, 2 blocks away was seedy. There is a nice restaurant called Da Donato one block away: reasonably priced and good food. It seems that a lot of locals eat there. Danielle at the front desk was wonderful, but the other woman the next morning was not so nice.
