Sergio contacted me before the stay and gave me lots of advice on how to get to the hotel from the airport, restaurant recommendations, things to do, etc. He was very responsive, always replying within minutes. Outstanding customer service! Thank you so much! The room was very clean, bed comfortable, a minibar to keep drinks cool, nice design, extra blankets/pillows, air-conditioning, spacious cupboard, table with chairs... everything you need to relax and enjoy Naples. Great value for money. Even though the location is very central, it is quiet, so you can sleep well. A couple of minutes from the metro, train station which connects you to the airport, supermarket, shops and restaurants all nearby. Definitely recommend staying here!

It would be nice to have a safe inside the room.

Great location - less than 5 min by foot from train station. Self check-in - I like this option, you don't have to worry about arriving too early or too late. Room is quite spacious and comfortable, had kettle and some tea available for us. The host was very nice, gave us detailed instructions on how to find and enter the hotel.

I could use couple more hangers for clothes. Also, would be nice if soap supply was bigger, we are usually counting on hotel's soap or shower gel and don't bring our own, and this time it was barely enough for 3-days stay.

It’s perfectly located when you want to travel by train, to/from the airport or to the city center, 5min from the station. The room was small but well equipped, new and clean. The bed was really comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. At arrival the host sends videos with check in instructions as it is self check in, it was easy and well explained. The breakfast is served at local cafe, 1 minute from the stay and it was delicious.

Nothing, maybe just the bottom corners of the shower need to be better cleaned as some dirt was accumulated there. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Google maps was no help in finding the place but after messaging, the landlord came to fetch me, its on a backstreet behind the garibaldi metro entrance. I liked the area where it was, it was peaceful at night and easy for getting where you want to go.

Finding it was problematic, a small map would help this.

Sergio is very accommodating. He replies immediately to our queries. He even allowed us to stay an hour later than our check out time. The hotel is just minutes away from the Central Staion. There are Lots of Restaurants nearby.

It is unfortunate that the Wi-fi during our stay is not working which is not their fault but their Service Provider for the internet. I hope they change to a new one.

The building from the outside does not look the best, but the rooms and bathrooms are new, clean and comfy. The location is right next to the railway station and the airport bus. The coupon provided for croissant and coffee for breakfast was a nice touch. Communication good. Late self check-in possible.

The location is a little sketchy during the night (homeless people and dirty).

Excellent accommodation, very clean and central. Highly recommended. We did not meet the owner but he responded via Whatsapp immediately whenever we needed to speak. He also let us check in early as our flight landed at 11am. Thank you Sergio.

I liked the property very much. The only very minor problem was we would have liked a bit more shower gel. I would definitely stay there again.
