Annalisa ,the host was very helpful.The room was comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed.The room was spacious.The air-conditioner was working calm without any noise which is important when we sleep. The sheets, pillowcases were pure cotton and the best quality,cleaned and ironed. The bathroom although was outside the room it was clean, comfortable. There was even shampoo and shower gel. Towels were the best quality.The accommodation is within 5 minutes to walk from Garibaldi metro and Central Railway Station.

It was difficult to take heavy suitcase to the 4th floor as there's no elevator.

A very convenient location just minutes away from the Napoli Centrale and the main streets. However, it will take an hour to walk to the sea. The host was extremely friendly and provided a lot of helpful suggestions for our visit to Naples.

The shower was really small - it was difficult to enter/leave for people of normal size, and big people will likely not fit at all. Moreover, the door in the bathroom used a very strange rail system which made it hardly possible to even cover the entrance to the bathroom, and the door had no lock as well. Additionally, the apartment was on the fourth floor and there was no elevator in the building, which wouldn't be good for less mobile people.

The location of the cafe was just a 5min. walk. I only had a coffee, as I'm Coeliac, Gluten Free. The only food available were cake, pastries, so paying for a breakfast not being told there were no gluten free options , I felt being left hungry, was very poor. My partner was OK, as she doe's not have a gluten free allergy. I think I should have been informed/made aware at the time of booking. The room was a good size for us, with private shower/toilet. which worked well.

Having to climb four flight's of stairs to reach our room, was hard work, as there is NO lift. We did know this at the time of booking though. No kettle to make a hot drink, plus there was no fridge, which we think you need in a room, just to keep food cold which you could have for breakfast.

Very friendly welcoming, smiling and helpful hostess. Clean, tidy room, air conditioner, no street noise. Very close to the central station. You can get a private parking space, which is very important in Naples. However, if there is a free space on the street, there is also a place to leave the car. Own bathroom is available. Everything is clean and tidy. I can definitely recommend this place.

Breakfast is included in the price, but not on site, you have to go to a bar nearby, it would be better to have a coffee machine on site and small, even dry snacks. The bathroom is built inside the room, so you can hear everything 😀 But overall it's very good.

Great location, close to the city centre, easily accessible from the airport or train station or from metro. The apartment/accomodation was as indicated (we took the one with separate bathroom) and to our liking. The separate bathroom was not an issue as it was spacious and clean. The bed/mattress was very comfortable, the bedsheets, lining, room, towels etc were very clean and organized. The host was kind and helpful and has great knowledge of the city, we really had a very positive experience with Annalisa. The area where the B&B is situated was calm despite the fact that it is close to the main train station. We did not really have any problems at all whatsoever with the surroundings and the neighborhood. There was a breakfast included in the price, which was a coffee and a fresh croissant of your choosing. The little cafe is 50m down the street from the B&B. The people there were nice and welcoming. We definitely recommend the place as we had a very positive experience.

The checking was super smooth. The place is easy to find and communication with the host was great - we even got recommendation for local clothing shops (which worked just fine). The building has a very local vibe and apartment is nicely decorated.

You need to be mindful about the bathroom - it’s not gonna be comfortable for everyone as the noises travel in the room. For us it was not a big issue though.

We got an extensive explanation about different neighbourhoods in Naples and advice on how to plan our day trip. Breakfast was included in our stay and we were sent to a local bakery for a coffee and croissant. Nice experience!

We agreed on a check-in time but the host let us know that she wouldn't make it in the end. Due to a language barrier, it was not possible to really discuss this.

We were only here for 1 night, but what a beautiful,charming little B&B this was. Our host was the kindest,most helpful host woman.The pictures do not do this place justice as it is gorgeous. Don't let the outside fool you as it may seem dark on the outside, it's an absolute gem inside. And the restaurant just below is to die for. Less than five minutes walking to the metro station to get anywhere, and Annalissa, the Host will show you EVERYTHING you need to know.

The host is very nice who answered a few times my questions before our arrival. It is near to the main station but locate in the 4th floor of the building. However, the stairs have enough space so climbing them is managable. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. Thanks to the ensuite, my family had been vomiting the first night and we hope it didn't affect anyone else.

The en-suite bathrooms and toilets do not have walls that go right up to the ceiling.

The room is nice and comfortable with airconditioning. The host is cordial and welcoming.

Minor things: the room door doesn’t close on it’s own and had to be locked every time going to the washroom facilities. The apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevators, if you have a lot of luggage might be a nice hike. I didn’t mind it that much.
