Room was as expected. Clean, roomy and secure. Three locked doors to get to our apartment. Perfect location between two train terminals for arriving, leaving and exploring Vesuvious and Herculaneum. Also walked to old part of Naples and did an underground tour. Street navigation was easy. We were on foot. The area at first blush seemed sketchy. But we felt safe walking on the main streets. Lots of open street markets a block from our apartment. Plenty of restaurants and groceries in the area. A hub of activity.

Had some difficulty connecting with host when we arrived at the time we had previously advised the host we would arrive at. No answer on What's App phone or text. Cafe owner next door, where breakfast was each day, contacted the host. Breakfast was conveninently next door and ok if you can tolerate gluten. I bought gluten free breakfast items at local grocery stores.

Perfect location. Just 2 minutes to Porta nolana station for daytrips to Pompeii, Vesuv, Positano, Sorrento. Easy and friendly check in, information via WhatsApp before. Stayed in a two single bedroom and the view in the morning was beautiful. Easy breakfast from the cafe downstairs (you can choose from different croissants) There is a supermarket just around the corner, it's even open half day on Sundays

Comfortable bed, good facilities, clean and good service - ideal location for further afield exploration, good location for shops & restaurants, simple breakfast included from café next door. Naples has a lot to offer for a short stay but it was good to get out of the city and explore Sorrento and Ischia (by train/ferry). Accommodation was very good value for money and suited our simple requirements very well!

Stone stairs up to accommodation - would limit accessibility as no lift! Naples is busy 24/7 don't be put off by the traffic, rubbish and graffiti - all part of the experience - be safety conscious!

It was a good place to stay. The location is central, with the central train station a 2-minute walk away. The apartment's facilities were helpful; the kitchen had a microwave, stovetop, and coffee machine. Additionally, there was a market 1 minute away. It was perfect!

I think the walls of the rooms are a little thin; you can hear into other rooms, but the rest was beautiful.

Good AC in room; generous check-in and check-out times. Perfect for our short stay in Naples. Contrary to some negative reviews (mostly from several years ago) we found the B&B very pleasant and easily reached. Good espresso and water cooler. Thank you to reception for good, proactive communication.

Some will find bringing heavy luggage up the stairs difficult. It was no problem for us. EU power adapters with wider plugs won't fit older sockets; but adapters with narrower plugs are fine.

The breakfast at the cafe downstairs was a nice touch. The bed was great, airconditioning was a saving grace, and the communication was clear and easy. We loved the big room especially, and they were available to clean and change the linen whenever we needed it.

We booked this room specifically to be able to cook (we stayed for 7 nights) but unfortunately some of the kitchen appliances were out of order. No problem for us though, Napoli has great restaurants... :)

Near the main railwaystation and buses. Morning coffee and a croissant were served at a café located right on the street next to our accommodation.

There was a musty smell in the bathroom. Dust on the floor of the room. The area was a typical Italian neighborhood near a train station. We didn’t go out late in the evening. It was ok for us.

The B+B is perfectly located 2 minutes from central train/metro station. It is a large flat with shared kitchen/dining area, each room is equipped with a shower, A/C and TV. Plenty of towels. We had a room facing the backyard, with a tiny balcony and glimpse on the Vesuvius. Giuseppe was very nice and helpful, spoke very good English. Breakfast (coffee + croissant) was served in a café right outside the house. I would book this B+B again

The beds and pillows had seen better days. Consider this not a "con" but merely an improvement suggestion. After all, after walking all day through Pompeii under the baking sun, you would sleep like the dead regardless, right?

The aircon was super cold and very much needed! We liked the location next to the train station. It was great for getting to pompeii etc. There was a small kitchen area and cold water fountain close to reception that anyone could use.

There were quite a few stairs to get to the hotel level and no lift. The pillows were really hard and a bit lumpy.
