a very central location, close to bus station, railway station, restaurants, metro acces, easy to travel with any means of travel.

there was NO breakfast, although the name of the accomodation is called B&B, the price paid was only for accomodation, we shared an apartment with common kitchen with other 2 rooms of tourists, we didn t know that before we got there. quite noisy at night because of the trains tracks very close, we could not keep the windows open there were no insects nets at windows. the AC quite old, it had to run all night because of the heat.

Very clean, easy and quick service when needed, fully independent feel, almost as having your own flat, and quiet all round. Thanks for a great stay!

Could be cheaper, but still good value. Confusing when booking as breakfast seems included and is shown on signs in the room but there is none included. Kitchen available to use, with some basics (coffee, tea, etc.) which is great, anyways!

I stayed there with my parents. I liked that the building had an elevator and was very close to public transport.

It would have been nice if there had been a pan or other utensils for making a quick and easy breakfast. I didn't like the loud noise outside, but it was tolerable after closing the window.

Fantastic location close to Napoli Centrale/Garibaldi Train station. Also heaps of restaurants, cafes and a supermarket close by. Nunzio and staff were more than accommodating to let us check in early. He met us downstairs and helped us with our bags to the lift. He gave us some suggestions on what to do in Naples. If we had any questions or anything wasn’t quite right they were there to help with anything we needed. Plus very quiet at night. We stayed in other 3 star places and this by far was more quiet. I find that the Italians like really firm beds and flatter pillows than what I’m used to.

Clean and spacious room, right by the train station so very easy to get around. Check-in was confusing but the owner was very helpful once I got in. It was nice to have the fridge to store a few things and make coffee each morning.

Check-in was confusing without instructions. You have to buzz into the building then walk to the back, take the elevator up and then get buzzed in again. But the front desk isn't staffed full time so nobody answered. I had to reach out through the Booking app and then I was let in. Probably better if you can call them directly. Agreed with other reviews the bathroom smells like sewage, especially after water is running. Keep the bathroom window open and the bathroom door shut and then it won't smell in the bedroom.

Easy to get to from the train station. Cheap cost, good beds. Kitchen was nice.

The area seems slightly dangerous. The elevator was a little shaky, and WiFi didn’t work well at times.

Perfect location, very close to the train station and the historical center. Very comfortable rooms in an old stately building. One of the rooms had a wonderful view of the Vesuvius. Very kind owner, welcoming us right from the street, explaining diligently all the details we needed to know.

The kitchenware was missing some essential utensils (needs to be revisited) but not a big deal.

Fabulous location close to railway station and many restaurants and bars. Large room, lovely view of Vesuvius. Lady who cleans rooms was amazingly helpful. Value for money

Great location very close to the main railway station in Naples. Our flight was badly delayed and we arrived well after the normal check-in time, the owners were empathetic and easy to deal with and met us at the property after 11pm! We would highly recommend
