Loved the ambience of the property, high ceilings, clean room with balcony. Oksana was very helpful. Location is superb! Garibaldi station, airport connectivities and pick up points for most tour companies are within walking distance. Previous reviews have commented on area being ‘dodgy’ but that is the case in most European cities next stations and actually we felt safe with lots of police and army people around.

Thin walls so neighbours can be heard but this was a minor issue. Also slightly awkward to find the property but instructions are whatsapped to you usually. Would benefit from disposable slippers to wear in the property as an icing on the cake.

Sergio responds quick and helps every step smooth -- drop baggage, check-in, check-out. Clean room and comfy bed. The location is so convenient to use circumvesuviana and airport bus.

I was looking for a hotel with good connections to travel across cities and was happy to find the New Gallery. The staff was very friendly, with a special thank you to Oksana who met me at the station to show me the path to the hotel. Even being right by the Central Station and during the night of Napoli football celebrations, the room managed to be quiet, with good acoustic. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. Shower had good pressure and with the air conditioning the room was able to be kept cold even during the hot day. Room was actually bigger than what I expected based on the Booking pictures. An absolute lovely stay, I would definitely stay again if coming back to Naples.

Friendly and courteous hosts (communication mainly via text but also on the phone and in person). B&B is located in a very large building with a courtyard on the 2nd floor (yes, there is an elevator) very close to Naples main station - which was the perfect location for us. Several cafes and restaurants in close vicinity. Almost no noise to be heard from Piazza Garibaldi in the room we got assigned to. Large room with A/C, spotless clean, all basics being provided (towels, shampoo, soap - no facial tissues though). There were also tea making facilities, 2 bottles of water on the house and some basics in the mini-fridge for a very reasonable price. Bed was very comfortable. Daily room service - which was unexpected (at least to us as in our personal experience so far this is rather unusual since the start of the pandemic and yes, we do travel a lot ;-)). There is a common room at the entry equipped with tables and chairs, a coffee machine, ... Contactless check-in and check-out but we were welcomed in person by one of the hosts on night 1 which was appreciated.

On arrival we stood in front of the locked main door of the building (the one that opens from Piazza Garibaldi to the courtyard) and were unable to get in - before we phoned the host in order to ask how we possibly could get in someone from the inside walked out hence us calling the host only when we stood in front of the locked door to the B&B on the 2nd floor (this door is equipped with a digital keypad). So, check-in procedure could definitely be improved - e.g. sending a door code for the B&B door beforehand and finding another way how to access the main door from Piazza Garibaldi.

A beautiful location over a piazza, which was really convenient for grabbing a quick bite to eat. We found parking on the street right next to the building. The room was very comfortable and the facilities worked well.

The building the room is housed in, is exact opposite of the room and seems worn down. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy.

New Gallery was a scrupulously clean and well equipped property within a wonderful old building situated very near to the train station/buses and Metro station. Naples is a busy, noisy city however this didn’t filter through the windows so no disturbed nights. Comfortable beds and good shower. Tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge were provided.

There was nothing to dislike about New Gallery.

The excellent location next to the Garibaldi Train station. The room was very comfortable and all the comforts of home were available. Coffee, water and use of the microwave and refrigerator. The host Sergio was par excellence and he was so kind and accommodating. We needed to store our luggage during the day as we wanted to catch the night train for extra sightseeing and he was so obliging about it. Sergio even provided us with breakfast vouchers which we appreciated greatly because who does not love Italian coffee and croissant. Please do not hesitate, you will be rewarded with a very clean and well-maintained apartment that will make your stay all the more pleasant.

The shared entrance and hall/stairways really shabby and off-putting on arrival. B&B itself was bery nice. Sergio was very helpful …but only phone contact.

Great location near the Central and Girabaldi train stations. Very quiet, clean and away from the craziness of the historic district.but easy access to everything.

It would have been nice to have breakfast but there was an amazing pastry shop steps away.
