The location was super convenient and the staff went out of their way to help me. They agreed to hold my luggage before I checked in. The man at the front desk the night I stayed even printed out a list of restaurants nearby that would have vegan options for my daughter.

The accommodations were in need of some help. The bathroom door handle fell off, and AC did not work. The man at the front desk was trying very hard to help me. He carried our large suitcases all the way up the stairs for us. He got a screwdriver to re-attach the bathroom handle, but it was missing a screw, so fell apart again after he left. He also checked the AC to make sure I was using it properly. I was, but it didn’t work. He did not have a fan or any empty rooms to switch me to. It was a very hot night, making it quite uncomfortable. This was clearly not his fault, just that this room had some issues. He could not have done anything else to try to be more helpful.

What a brilliant hotel, We would recommend it 100% & we will stay there again. We have been to Napoli over 12 times and have stayed in lots of hotels, and Hotel Potenza is a little gem 💎 . We asked for a room with a small balcony, but when we got to the room, it didn't have one, we went back down to reception and were giving a bigger room with a beautiful bathroom. The bed was comfortable & the air conditioning was great. The staff could not have been more helpful. We asked for a later check out time & it was not a problem 👌. There is a great restaurant outside where locals and tourists eat, and the menu is fantastic. The hotel is easy to find , right beside the train 🚆 station, and take the Metro L1 into the beautiful city of Napoli.

I stayed at Hotel Potenza for a short visit and couldn’t be happier with my choice. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Naples, making it super easy to explore the city. But what truly made my stay special was the staff. They were not only incredibly helpful and friendly but also genuinely fun and welcoming. Thanks to them, I was able to make the absolute most of my brief stay. Highly recommend!

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. It was the first day of my holidays, and my experience at Hotel Potenza was simply great — no reason at all to look for problems.

Excellent location 5 mins from the station. Easy to find. Pleasant welcome. We were helped with our case as no lift. Only one floor to walk up. We were put in a room at the front which was very noisy so asked to be moved. Luckily this wasn’t a problem. Room at the back was very quiet. Comfy bed, good shower. Nice breakfast. Fresh pastries, bread and cakes, yogurt, cereal, ham and cheese. Found excellent restaurant in street down and left - Il Piastrato. Amazing steak and great value for money.

Would have liked fresh fruit at breakfast but that’s just personal taste.

Ideal location: Piazza Garibaldi, right across the Alibus shuttle bus stop from/to Napoli airport, and the train and metro station. Cleanliness: room, bathroom and overall hotel was spotless clean. Comfortable bed and pillows, good air conditioning and WiFi. Breakfast consisted of coffee/tea, juices, cereals, charcuterie, bread and pastries, yoghurt, cakes. If i come back to Napoli, i will deffo come back to Hotel Potenza.

Best shower we had on our trip through Europe. Air con worked well to keep our room cool. Rooms were clean and tidy. Great for the price. Plenty of food options around.

Although close to the station, a little far from the main areas by foot. There were also a few spots near the station that felt unsafe but not the fault of the hotel of course. Just good to keep in mind if booking. I don't believe there is an elevator as well, however only had to climb one floor for our room so be mindful also.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the central station, making it ideal for exploring the city. The staff were wonderful; everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping was consistently good throughout my stay.

The breakfast wasn’t very varied, especially if you prefer salty options, but everything was super delicious. It wasn’t a problem for me at all, I really enjoyed it!

Location. 5-6 minute walk to train station. Airport via Alibus is 12-15 minutes, 5 euros. Via Toledo is a quick 8-10 minute subway ride (1.30 euro). Front desk was friendly. No lift and desk staff did not offer to assist with luggage, but it was manageable. Breakfast was average, but good value compared to area restaurants.

The facility/experience is what I expected. No complaints. We’d stay there again in the future.

The place was very well located, easy access to several lines and buses. The breakfast was more than okay, they had several sweet options and a couple salty ones. The air c was very much a need for the days I was there since it was really hot. All the people working there were helpful and ready to give a hand when needed

The shower looked a bit moldy and not as clean as it could have been.
