Everything was OK.

Excellent location 5 mins from the station. Easy to find. Pleasant welcome. We were helped with our case as no lift. Only one floor to walk up. We were put in a room at the front which was very noisy so asked to be moved. Luckily this wasn’t a problem. Room at the back was very quiet. Comfy bed, good shower. Nice breakfast. Fresh pastries, bread and cakes, yogurt, cereal, ham and cheese. Found excellent restaurant in street down and left - Il Piastrato. Amazing steak and great value for money.

Would have liked fresh fruit at breakfast but that’s just personal taste.

Best shower we had on our trip through Europe. Air con worked well to keep our room cool. Rooms were clean and tidy. Great for the price. Plenty of food options around.

Although close to the station, a little far from the main areas by foot. There were also a few spots near the station that felt unsafe but not the fault of the hotel of course. Just good to keep in mind if booking. I don't believe there is an elevator as well, however only had to climb one floor for our room so be mindful also.

Location. 5-6 minute walk to train station. Airport via Alibus is 12-15 minutes, 5 euros. Via Toledo is a quick 8-10 minute subway ride (1.30 euro). Front desk was friendly. No lift and desk staff did not offer to assist with luggage, but it was manageable. Breakfast was average, but good value compared to area restaurants.

The facility/experience is what I expected. No complaints. We’d stay there again in the future.

The place was very well located, easy access to several lines and buses. The breakfast was more than okay, they had several sweet options and a couple salty ones. The air c was very much a need for the days I was there since it was really hot. All the people working there were helpful and ready to give a hand when needed

The shower looked a bit moldy and not as clean as it could have been.

The room was very neat and clean and also large. The location was excellent. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was strong with hot water. Great value for money.

The room is slightly dated with a lack of power outlets to plug in devices. Soundproof windows, but located in a busy area so some sound still came through at night.

Hotel is in the Piazza Garibaldi, very close to the train station and airport bus drop-off. Its handy for visiting places like Pompeii and Herculaneum as the station is so close. As you would expect, station areas in any city are not the most picturesque. For a budget hotel it was quite good. Breakfast was typically Italian, not a vast amount but adequate. Room was clean, staff friendly, wi-fi good, and there are a few restaurant/bars close by. Naples is probably not everybody's cup of tea, its a busy noisy city, but I found it quite safe (just be careful crossing the roads!) and the Archaeological Museum is amazing, I also suggest the catacombs of San Gennaro. Some of the more famous pizza restaurants are also within walking distance of the hotel.

Location is superb for traveling and one night staying. Railway station, airport bus, metro - all of these things are a couple minutes by walk.. Reception works 24 hours, so it is convenient for late check-in. The room was clean, and personal was helpful. You have possibility to leave the baggage in the separate room after check out.

The room and the bathroom were a little bit old and in my opinion it needs a renovation. And the room was noisy in the morning, when early guests were checking out.. Prices were a little bit high.

Room simple (if a little dated) but very comfortable. Fantastic location right next to the Metro and central train station with numerous restaurants nearby. Excellent value. Breakfast simple but good by Italian standards. And simply the friendliest and most welcoming staff I have ever experienced (and I've stayed at a lot of hotels over the years!). I'll definitely be using Hotel Potenza for my next Naples stay!

wifi a little unreliable but this was such a minor quibble - I didn't need to use it much!

Very easy to find. Close to the Alibus stop for buses to and from the airport, and the Naples Central and Circumvesuviana train stations. Main entrance opening onto the Piazza Garibaldi with reception desk open 24 hours. Very warm welcome on arrival. Clean and comfortable. Also discount for guests at the Fidele 2 restaurant next door.
