Location is really in the central. Very close to train station, bus and metro. Room was clean, big, the bed was comfortable. All the basic amenities are provided. They made our bed every day :) They have breakfast area to make coffee/tea with biscuits too. The breakfast area was really comfortable and classy with books shelf next to the balcony. I love all the design of N’art Suites. They really pay attention to details of the interior and design 🥰 Seriously it was worth the price! My husband and I were really satisfied with everything! Not to forget to mention that the lady/madam who checked us in was super friendly and helpful! Also Luca gave us clear explanation and a city map of Naples. For me it was really a 5 star stay in N’art Suites! Thank you for making our stay in Naples more interesting 🥰💗

Amazing location, directly next to Garibaldi Station. Everything in the city centre is within walking distance. The service is very attentive and welcoming. The rooms are luminous, spacious and clean. Nice atmosphere. They also offer great coffee and snacks for free in the common areas. Definitely recommendable and good value for money ratio.

The water in the shower doesn't get warm immediately, one has to wait a couple of minutes. An advice in the room for thr guests would be great.

The hosts were easy to communicate with and stayed to greet us even though our flight was a little delayed. They made great recommendations for nearby places to eat and were always available in Whatsapp for any questions we had. The location was perfect and in easy walking distance to the train station for both the local metro subway lines and the trains to Rome/Pompeii/Sorrento. The N'Art Suites are on the 5th floor of the building and the elevator costs a dime (euro) per ride with a limit of 2 people at a time. There is a man in the lobby on the ground floor during the daylight hours that will do an exchange with you if you forgot to get dimes ahead of time.

It is very close to the main train station, it has beautiful interiour and balconies with a wonderful view over Naples including Vesuvio, Capri and the harbour. Even the entrance with the old lift is impressing. They have a smart self check-in system, but we were lucky to meet a friendly staff at the desk for a room tour. There is even a breakfast room for everybody to use, though they don’t offer breakfast but some drinks and snacks. Even they price was very fair! We had a wonderful stay!

The room and building were great, and it is in a very convenient part of naples, right near to the centro historico area. Suited our needs well for getting on the train to visit other places. Using the lift was fine too.

The only downside is the area itself isnt the nicest part of Naples, but we didnt have any problems. If you know what to expect then it is completely fine. If you expect a posh part of Naples you might have a shock.

The host Luca was very attentive and friendly, the place was very pretty and clean and in great condition. We had an issue with the shower in our room and they gave us another bigger room without any extra charge. I loved that they have lots of books around available for the guests :) the self check-in was easy and the building has an elevator

Everything about this apartment is great. It’s located in the center of the city so you can walk everywhere. Big bed, small shower and closet perfect for a short stay. You also can you the share little kitchen. Thank u Alice and Luca for having us!

Everything is good

Easy instructions how to check in for the late evening arrival, good location, very nice authentic building and facilities design.

Water was not easy to regulate for stable warm temperature, floors were very cold, would be nice at least to have some carpets, as well some small heater in the bathroom.

The location is super convenient it’s literally couple of minutes walk from Napoli Centrale. It’s in a beautiful old building, the room is super spacious and beautifully designed

The trap is very noisy and in general I didn’t like the toilet/bathroom area.

apartment is nice, clean, and have everything you need. Nice add on are books and free coffee. Host(Alice) is very polite and helpful. value for money for sure.

due to the fact it is in rather old building( normal for Naples) it can be noisy. Specialy if the other guests behave like they are the only one on the floor. Location is good and bad at the same time. Good bacouse it is next to Central station which is perfect for traveling around( airport, tourist routes, train, ferry). but on the other hand it is more "dodgy" area, even for Naples standards.
