Amazing owners and the very best of everything. There was a train strike so I couldn't make it on time, they could have let my reservation laps and bad luck for me as this is not their fault. Instead not only did they hold the reservation for me, they allowed me to add the day I missed at the end of my reservation. I.e. I stayed an extra day! This is not everything... the owners explained Naples to me and where to go see the celebration of Napoli having won the scudetta. I wanted to see this... and before I walked out the door, the owner gave me a Napoli scarf on top of everything the already did for me.... The best experience ever!

Pit stop is right on Garibaldi Square, my room had a view of the Great Man himself I liked the quaint lift/elevator (a must for me as I can’t do stairs) The property was spotless and had a communal kitchen/dining room with a proper coffee machine The host, Francesco, went out of his way to make me welcome, even bringing me cake! Put Stop was the perfect place to explore Napoli, all transport was close by, and, although right on the busy Piazza, the room was quiet. I’d return here, it’s lovely!

We loved everything about our stay. The room was cozy, clean, and had a beautiful view from the window. The owner’s mother, who takes care of the cleaning, is incredibly kind, and her son, the administrator, was very welcoming and helpful. We were even surprised with sweet gifts to celebrate our wedding — such a touching gesture! And we can’t forget the adorable cat and the friendly concierge — they made the place feel even more homely and warm

Great hospitality by the owners did their best for us, good location near train station, port and all you might need. Naples and Amalfi area we enjoyed with it's good and it's bad as that's what give character, hej who's perfect people's behavior have deteriorated the last few years everywhere and I found Sorrento most unpleasant to go through better to use Salerno instead.

Could get noisy at any time if guest are inconsiderate as reception, common areas and rooms are in the same space.

Spacious room. Very helpful, proactive staff upon arrival, asking wher we wanted to go and offering options yo get there and marking on a map.. Large fridge in the room. Exceptionally clean.

Minor thing: You need a 10 cent coin to operate the elevator.

Francesco is an excellent host (even if he did allocate us the wrong room at check in😉). Local info/pastries were much appreciated. Room was airy, cleaned daily and towels changed every other day. Pleased with powerful shower. Location is central but is rather lively.

Towels could do with an upgrade.

Pit Stop is on a great location, just a minute walk from the Garibaldi Train Station. I stayed there for three night with my nephew. The rooms are modern, clean and well maintained. They are on the fifth floor, offering nice view to Garibaldi Square. The staff is really exceptional - everyone was super friendly, gave us lots of useful tips for our trip and accommodated all our requests (for example, I forgot to say in my booking request that we need to separate beds, but when I mentioned it - they prepared an extra bed immediately; they also kept our bags after checking out because we wanted to do some more sightseeing before we catch our train). The restaurants they pointed our were incredible. The place is super convenient for everyone wishing to visit Pompei/Herculaneum because the trains leave from the Garibaldi Station. There is also a metro, so reaching other places is easy too. The building is on a busy street, but the windows are modern and well insulated, so you don’t hear any noice when you close them. Naples is stunningly beautiful city and I definitely recommend visiting it.

Better explanation as to where the b&b is, ie within another building, also the key for the outside door was very stiff and difficult to open
