The accommodation is excellent! The price is very affordable, and it includes everything you need. The rooms offer a beautiful view of the city's happenings and Mount Vesuvius. They are very clean and provide all the comfort for a great rest and experience of the city. Antonio was very kind and gave us a warm welcome, and communication went very smoothly. The location of the accommodation is outstanding, and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the city's vibe. It is practically a step away from the city center (Centro Storico), and it is also close to the train station, which is a perfect starting point for trips to the surroundings or access to/from the airport (there is the Alibus bus station that goes to the airport).

The property is in the very authentic location, all that you can see in movies when they show winding streets with hanging clothes-you can meet in this part of the district. Great view on the old belt tower (I suppose) but n front of our window. Antonio is a very responsive and helpful person. Many great places just few mins from an accommodation where you can find fabulous Italian cuisine.

The street is very lively-so will be noisy if you open the balcony, but you have an air conditioner inside and have choice how to cool the room.

The rooms are very nice, all renewed furniture, with balcony, quiet apartment and well cleaned. Highly recommended. The owners were very accommodating despite at the first glance they appear rude.

The area is not the best, you should take into consideration South Italy cities, chaotic and dirty streets. It may appear a bit scary, but it's not dangerous. Remember 10 cents to use the lift at daytime!

Everything in the room was fine and clean. The shower was nice and the air conditioner works pretty well. If you want to stay close to train station and the old town, it's a good book.

The location is not in the best part of the city. One might not feel the safest there. You need 10c to access the floor through the elevator (after 8 pm it's free).

Room was clean, close to the center. 10 minutes walk from Naples Garbialdi station. The view from room was nice, you can see the church and Vesuvius Volcano.

You need to pay 10 cents to use an elevator during the day. It is better to have it prepared, but the stuff is willing to borrow or give U this money for the start. Also, the area is very well communicated, but U can feel a bit unsafe. There are a lot of trash around and suspicious people. But the place was safe there were 3 locks in the apartment. I don't know if I stayed there more than one or 2 nights, but it's not because of apartment only the city

I liked that we were close to the historical center and very close by the main train/bus/metro station. The room was perfect, with a huge balcony.

I didn't loved the pillows. They were very firm. And the second thing is that the rooms are not very well insulated and you can hear basically every noise outside your room and the vaccum cleaner around 8.30-9 in the morning.

Private bathroom with shower, a little balcony, ac in unit, and easy contact with the host. It's very close to the train/bus stations. Price was good and the host was very attentive.

The elevator costs 10cent between certain hours of the day, the surrounding areas felt unsafe (but all of Naples felt that way), and the ac didn't work very well. The beds were very firm.

Close to Naples Central train station, the room was as described and expected, clean, cosy enough, the staff was pleasant. The fridge was very useful and the balcony perfect for chilling and observing the neighborhood.

Neighborhood is rather run down, which can cause a feeling of insecurity among certain travellers, but we were just fine, although it took a bit to get used to it. Housekeeping starts around 9:00 and is generally rather loud, so expect no much sleep after that time.

You had to pay 10c to use the lift each time or walk 7 flights of stairs 😅 too lazy so had to pay. The aircon was alright. The random coloured light in the bathroom that changed colour every 5 seconds was kinda annoying and we couldn't make it be one colour

The hotel facilities were spacious, clean met our needs and centrally located. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Don't be put off by the exterior of the building. The building is very secure. The interior is clean, welcoming and modern. We would stay there again.

It would be useful to have a kettle and a few plates.
