Room was comfortable and cosy. It contained a large bed, mirror, clothing rack, a table for two and a mini fridge, as well as a set of towels and a guests' book. There was an adjacent bathroom which seemed to be freshly decorated. There was a nice view from the window out into the courtyard with a central palm tree and overlooking Naples' hill. It was a cute room for a couple, with several quaint touches such as floral bathroom tiles and a coffee sticker on the wall. The owner, Enzo, greeted us as the door and helped with the suitcases. Despite the language barrier he did his best to communicate with us and provided us with everything we could need during our stay. As soon as we arrived he offered us coffee (Neapolitan style), and brought it to our room on a tray, with small chocolates and almond meringues. Breakfast was included, and provided at the time we previously arranged for, and it included both sweet and savoury options (we could decide beforehand which ones we wanted). It was tasty and fresh, and largely home-made, brought to us in the morning by the owner himself.

The area the accommodation is situated in did not feel that safe, especially when walking from the station. (Would not recommend for women travelling alone). There were plenty of men standing on the street corners on our way towards the B&B, looking at us intimidatingly. When coming back at night the area was quiet but still did not feel safe. The B&B is located on the top floor of the 5-storey building and there is no lift available. Bringing our suitcases up and down was quite a struggle especially without a handrail on one side.

We arrive around 10 pm ... it was late to go and get something to eat and they came with a delicious homemade pizza and water for dinner as a courtesy... That was lovely! We were checking out early the next day, around 7am and they came with a nice breakfast with a latte at 6:30am ... so we could have something to eat before leaving... breakfast is served after 7am... the whole family is very nice and friendly people. They even help us to have a taxi ready at 7am downstairs.

The building, as much of the buildings in Naples, doesn't have an elevator (lift) ... so it is a little bit of work to get to the place with luggages...

Extremely likeable host, very tasty breakfasts, and beautiful view through the window. Apartment is clean, and has all the things needed during a short stay at Napoli. We were given water at our arrival at 10pm, and got a breakfast earlier on our request during check out. Cannot recommend more if you want to feel like a citizen of Napoli centre 😊

I can't say anything wrong. Fact, that apartment is on high floor is said in description, so can't be mad on that, especially as we could burn some calories after delicious pizza napoletana, thanks to this 😆

Just wonderful! A spacious, welcoming, bright room with a glorious view of historic Naples and the sea. Orange juice on arrival, a special breakfast in the morning. Lovely shower and bathroom, great bed. The best, friendly hospitality from Rita, Enzo and family. They brought my luggage up to the top floor in a wooden box on a pulley! Kept the luggage after I checked out until my ferry left in the evening (and lowered it in the box again). This delightful room is 💯 recommended. Hoping to return soon!

Nothing could have been better!

Comfortable room for a couple and a teenager to sleep. Big, clean bathroom. Useful fridge in room. Easy walking distance to train station etc. Helpful staff. Airport shuttle which was good value.

Good breakfast delivered to room with choice of sweet or savoury but eating at the small table with 3 of us was a bit awkward - would be ideal for a couple though. A lot of steps to reach the apartment (which we did know about in advance) - hard work after a busy day walking!

Absolutely loved our stay & the family that owns the B&B. We even got to meet the dogs. On our first night we arrived too late to still go out to eat, so as a surprise they made us a full dinner. So very sweet. We hope to come back soon! Thank you for the amazing hospitality. Location is perfect too to go to the old historic center. Pizza fritta around the corner & one of the best pizza places we've ever tasted: Sorbillo. The room was very clean & both the daughter and father are reachable any time. Breakfast was always on time & a lot as well.

A very lovely room with a big bathroom and nice city views. The hosts were really nice and hospitable and brought us breakfast to our room every morning and one evening even brought us a cake for their daughter's graduation! ☺️ A big plus was an iron and ironing board in the room. The room is located on the 5th floor without the lift and the stairs are quite sharp but we didn't mind it! The location is great, close to the main station and walking distance to all landmarks. There are also loads of restaurants/shops in the area.

The family running the accomodation is extremely hospitable, and offered to drive us to the airport for a much more affordable price than what taxis and Ubers were suggesting. We were brought a delicious breakfast every morning and were allowed to keep our luggage there for as long as we needed after check out. It’s not too far of a walk from the station either. The stay itself is quite comfortable and had the basic necessities needed for a short stay. I would book this accomodation again.

The property is up 8 flights of stairs with no elevator. We arrived with 2 20kg bags of luggage and one 10kg carry on. The staff were very helpful and brought our luggage down for us when we checked out, so this wasn’t too much of an issue.

We had an amazing stay at B&B Napul’e. The room is located in old tenement with Italy soul at 7th floor. So be carrefoul with choice because there’s no elevator. On the other site because of the hight room is separatet from street noice. For us the best was location - main city center of Napoli. Hundreds of restaurants and shops in the area. Real Italian life outside! Also many thanks for our hosts. They served us breakfest every morning and even once at evening because of our early trip next day at the morning. That was a perfect choice and definitely worth to repeating.

A very affordable option when you are in Naples. Friendly and generous owners. Very helpful. We had a lovely stay. They also organise a taxi ride from the airport-definitely recommend you to use this. I would definitely stay here again.

-The double bed had a very hard mattress. But that is personal preference. The second night I had a better night's sleep after my body was used to it. -Sometimes there was a smell coming from the bathroom (from a drain or something) but closing the bathroom door fixed it.
