Location was great. Only a 5 minute walk from Da Michelle Pizza and the centro storico.

I didn't like the blue light in the dorm.

Everything is fine. -It is so good to stay in such a clean and tidy place, when everywhere around the city is "not clean".;) -The girl working in the kitchen is very friendly and smiling👍 -I like the night-light in the room. -good bathroom. -Breakfast is good enough.

Hope to improve kitchen hygiene. I once saw an elderly man helping to prepare breakfast in the morning. He grab food after touching anything, cutting cheese and putting slices on the plate, during this, he put a small slice in his mouth... and continue grab food. After seeing this,it is not nice to enjoy the breakfast. .

The location is great- really close to the train station. The owner is very friendly and keen to offer advice. I stayed in a female dorm and it was clean, had a nicely sized shower in the room, the bunk bed was very comfortable and I had my own charging port.

The area may not be the safest late at night

It is in Center of Naples, however there are a lot of homeless people in that street. Be careful while travelling during non season time , they tried to snatch my friend’s phone.

Hostel is well located, close to both train stations and the Centro Storico. It's very clean and the staff are helpful, friendly, and efficient. They speak multiple languages (Italian, English, Spanish, maybe others?). They organize group outings every few days e.g., for a meal or to go to events in town. Rooms are reasonably spacious and each have a washroom to share between roommates. Multiple key card access points to reach a room so fairly secure. Lockers provided (bring your own lock). Continental breakfast is simple but great to have (just bring your own fruit if you want anything fresh). Kitchen has all the basics to cook for yourself.

The street outside, like much of Napoli, is quite dirty and graffiti-ed so a tad off-putting on arrival. Also can be quite noisy - didn't bother me, but I could see it keeping some people awake. Common areas are a little small so I wouldn't hang out there all and every evening. Kitchen is fairly small (single stove, fridge, sink) so can get crowded when multiple people are trying to cook; could also use some better cutting knives and a few more cutting boards. Kitchen hours are 2:30-11:00pm, so you have to prep lunch the night before if you want to take food to go for the day (e.g., for Mt Vesuvius).

The staff are nice and always ready to help. They offered free late check-in, which was very convenient. The location is also not far from Napoli Central Train Station. A free continental breakfast was provided, which was a great bonus. Additionally, each room has air conditioning, as well as its own toilet and shower, which is especially convenient in the hot Napoli summer. They also offered free luggage storage after check-out.

There is no dedicated luggage storage room. Bags are simply placed in a corner of the check-in office. While there are security cameras in the hostel's public areas, it seems the one facing the luggage area wasn’t active, as it was the only spot not visible on the monitoring screen.

Stayed there for 2 nights and loved it so I booked another 3 nights for the following week! First, the location is perfect, close to the train station or shuttle to the airport and walking distance to everywhere. The staff was amazing and very helpful, giving you tips on what to do in the city and around! It’s nothing fancy but everything you need. Breakfast is basic but free! Also free aperitivo on Saturdays evening! Clean, simple and great value!

There is always room for improvement! Down side is you can’t use the kitchen before 2:30pm. Little things that could enhance the experience would be adding curtains on beds or a cheaper price for towels and maybe better wifi in the rooms far from reception!

I totally love Hostel Mancini. Situated very close to the Central Railway Station of Napoli and the Metro Station Garibaldi, it is the perfect accomodation in town. Many thanks to the Mancini Hostel's team, they were like family for me. Thank you Alfredo, Marisa, Stevo and especially Braven, who organised for us social meetings in the historical city centre!!! The rooms are very clean, it's quite, very good breakfast included, big rooms, great bed, the bathroom looked spotless. Everything was perfect. I can't wait to return to Napoli and stay again at Mancini Hostel. You are great!!!

It was immaculately clean, mattress very comfortable, all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the doors to the rooms closed quietly, the AC was great. Location was easy and well connected. I’ve read that some ppl don’t like the location but as a solo female traveller I had absolutely no problems and I felt safe.

A personal preference would be to have a light by each bed rather than one blue light that stays on all night. I had an eye mask so was ok for me - and it was helpful if you got up in the night, but might not be for everyone.

The hostel is on walking distance to Napoli Centrale Station, giving you easy access to trains and the airport. Several shops, off licences and restaurants around. You can buy water and amenities easily. The room was cleaned everyday and it was well done. The AC truly was a life saver, specially because of summer. Breakfast is basic but good enough. The price per night was excellent considering what was offered it definetely exceeded my expectations. Staff speaks spanish, english and italian. They organize aperitivo parties on Thursday night and Saturday night and even take the guests out. All of this with no extra cost. There's 2 people from staff that really deserve praise: Marisa and Alfredo. Both are very polite and helpful. Alfredo is sharp with information and very knowledgeable. Marisa is very kind and makes you feel looked after. They certainly make the difference there. You can visit several nearby museums and markets on walking distance. If I have the chance, I will stay there again and I most definitely recommend you stay there too.
