Arriving at Civico 237 was easy and stressless, the rooms are super modern, comfortable and in the best spot possible when opting to explore Napoli on foot (Da Michele is just around the corner, for example). The absolute best thing, however, was that Giorgio is such a sweetheart and cool person - helping us with our trip, giving recommendations and even writing a quick happy-birthday message to my girlfriend. The apartment is super stylish and smells amazing, which adds to the stark contrast of its busy, inner-city surroundings and makes it feel even more refreshing. Gorgeous little boutique hotel!! Very clean, the facilities were top notch. The beds super comfy and the air con worked great! I’m just sad it was for 1 night! The building itself is very historical and part of the Napoli experience! Giorgio at the front desk went out of his way to help us find restaurants on a busy Friday evening and organized a taxi for us to airport in the early morning. We were very grateful! The free water in the room was also a nice touch!

The only minor complaint would be that the busy main road was just below the window which was quite noisy at night. But we just popped some earplugs in and we’re sound asleep in a few mins!

Very clean and new property, great location to explore the city. Responsive host, a little confusion with check in but was down to miscommunication. Host provided an welcome drink and snacks due to this which was appreciated. Able to store luggage whilst we explored the city after check out which was very helpful. Be mindful that parking is not on site however they can arrange for the car to be parked for you. Overall a great stay!

Everything was great

Everything. The room was super clean, spacious and modern.. It had air conditioning and all the essentials for travel. The location was also great, just a short walk from the Duomo metro station. Giorgio was super helpful throughout our stay and provided excellent instructions for our self check-in. We only stayed for one night but wished we could have stayed longer since we loved Naples and this accommodation so much.

Really good stay, booked very last minute due to flight cancellations- room was exceptionally clean especially hearing other independent places in Naples not being very good. The staff were really friendly and helped us immediately with any questions. They provided lots of amenities which was lovely. Would definitely recommend to stay here and location is prime- only a 15 minute walk from the train station, felt very secure and safe also!

Very clean, location is great, parking is in the street, owners are always to contact them, a detailed description of the check in process (with a video), air conditioning in the room, facilities in the room

Windows are leaky and even through closed windows you could hear street noises as if it was open

Really enjoyed our time at CIVICO 237, brand new facilities that have been very nicely designed. The property is in a great location and we enjoyed our coffee and pastry each morning from the cafe across the road. The host was very helpful and made us feel welcome.

Amazing location, so close to the best pizza place in town (Michele) and the bus stops. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Bedroom is freshly renovated and bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed

If you’re a light sleeper, bring some earplugs since the main road is VERY loud and busy all night long:)

Staff were helpful and only a WhatsApp message away. Good communication and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and clean. Good location, close to the stations and the marina if you are looking to take ferry’s to Sorrento/Capri/Positano. Recommend.

My room was a little warm as I couldn't figure how to work the Aircon, but my sons room was fine with his working - my fault and incompetence, I think!! Maybe simple written instructions would have helped
