Beautiful, old building with high ceilings and a grand staircase. Convenient, safe location, very close to Duomo metro station and lots of sights in walking distance. Easy arrangement to store luggage. Comfortable beds, great shower, everything very clean. And surprisingly peaceful. It's more like an AirBNB than a hotel which we hadn't noticed when booking, but that suited us fine. Great place, would recommend!!!

Nothing - but be aware there are about 100 steps up to Duomo Residence as it's on 3rd floor. Good exercise after all the wonderful Neopolitan food you will eat! It would've been nice to have some kind of coffee maker in the room as well as the teabags and kettle, but there are plenty of coffee places just outside on the main street (or pop down the side streets for somewhere quieter) which serve excellent coffee and pastries for a quick breakfast..

Daniel the host was very helpful and was quick to respond. Room was clean and centrally located.

Not a dislike but the 10c charge for the lift during weekdays can be an issue if you do not have 10c coins. Especially with luggage. However, the supervisor in the booth downstairs close to the exit on the street is happy to give change.

Convenient location to the train station on a Main Street. Clean rooms with maid service available so more of a hotel experience. Responsive staff; allowed for self-check in and promptly replied to questions.

Front of building was under construction. Not a major issue though shower was open, which allowed the bathroom floor to get wet.

Great modern apartment in a central location of Napes. Great showers and comfortable king bed. Great decor. Highly recommend.

A few suggestions would be to install another mirror outside of the bathroom so multiple people can get ready at the same time. Also, coffee machine could be better. Thank you for a great stay

very modern apartment with a little balcony to watch crazy Naples below! Soundproof windows to get a good night's sleep and all you need for a weekend away.

On weekdays you need a 10 cents coin to work the lift. We didn't have one so had to walk up! Would have been better to be forewarned.

There were mozzies in the room. I got bitten all over my body the first night. The second night right on top of my eye and now it's swollen. You could hear a lot of beeping and street noise

Staff was great. Location was very close to the M station. Bathroom was very good. The room was thoughtfully prepared for my family with 2 kids. Lots of great options around for food.

Small elevator, take.note if you have luggage. Otherwise, it was a great place that I highly recommend.
