Beautiful, old building with high ceilings and a grand staircase. Convenient, safe location, very close to Duomo metro station and lots of sights in walking distance. Easy arrangement to store luggage. Comfortable beds, great shower, everything very clean. And surprisingly peaceful. It's more like an AirBNB than a hotel which we hadn't noticed when booking, but that suited us fine. Great place, would recommend!!!

Nothing - but be aware there are about 100 steps up to Duomo Residence as it's on 3rd floor. Good exercise after all the wonderful Neopolitan food you will eat! It would've been nice to have some kind of coffee maker in the room as well as the teabags and kettle, but there are plenty of coffee places just outside on the main street (or pop down the side streets for somewhere quieter) which serve excellent coffee and pastries for a quick breakfast..

Convenient location to the train station on a Main Street. Clean rooms with maid service available so more of a hotel experience. Responsive staff; allowed for self-check in and promptly replied to questions.

Front of building was under construction. Not a major issue though shower was open, which allowed the bathroom floor to get wet.

very modern apartment with a little balcony to watch crazy Naples below! Soundproof windows to get a good night's sleep and all you need for a weekend away.

On weekdays you need a 10 cents coin to work the lift. We didn't have one so had to walk up! Would have been better to be forewarned.

Staff was great. Location was very close to the M station. Bathroom was very good. The room was thoughtfully prepared for my family with 2 kids. Lots of great options around for food.

Small elevator, take.note if you have luggage. Otherwise, it was a great place that I highly recommend.

our flight was delayed, we got to the place just around 9 pm, but Daniel’s friend waited for us and showed everything around, sad that she didn’t speak english. location is great, everything just around the corner, neighborhood might doesn’t feel save, but it was. room was clean and nice, air conditioner was working properly. although residence is just next to the loud street, when windows are closed, room is quite. aince the residence is like a big apartment, you can hear your neigbours every morning, working like and alarm clock:)

everything was very good. Room was comfortable. Best was location. in the historic center, 5 minutes walk from the Duomo. Definitely recommended

Good clean room with the basic necessary facilities. Great location for City visit.

Some minor issues such as wet floor from the low level shower tray.

Nice place with high ceilings and a nice design. They kindly upgraded one of our rooms as well and offered to take us to the airport for a small fee.

While it wasn’t overly cold, it would have been nice to have been able to adjust the heating more easily. Instead it would just turn off.

Good walking distance from everything, nice restaurants in the neihvorhood

It was a little noisy and people were slamming doors and talking in the stairway at 7 am already

Great location, room looks good and clean, very few rooms.

Little noise in the morning from renovation work of a nearby building. charged me 20 euros for a late check.
