The room was close to the center and easy to reach from anywhere. It had all the basic amenities like oven, microwave and coffee machine. The owner was very nice and communicative with good English. He made sure we had all that was needed for our stay. The beds were spacious and the bathroom was well equipped. A small kitchen is provided for a quick breakfast with roommates. Many good restaurants within walking distance and the ferry port is around 10 minutes away, making it easy to travel around Naples from here.

Would have liked to have a toaster in the kitchen as well. The water heater tended to turn cold mid shower even on the hottest setting. The towels are replaced every few days so best to bring your own. The walls are a bit thin and it's easy to hear everything from the adjacent room.

If you use bus or train location is the best because middle of the train/bus station and city center. Host is helpfull, before and after accomodation. Breakfast is insufficient because we expect at least cheese etc. The host always keep in touch on whatsapp also he keep our luggage after check out it is big plus.

Breakfast is sufficient. Location should be corrected from the booking. The pin is very close the house but at the midnight a little bit difficult to find it.

Dear owner! Accessibility to the center, the port and the train station!! Close to pizzerias and cafes! The possibility of storing food in the fridge and cooking! Naples is beautiful and I recommend this accommodation except for a small reminder below!

It depends on the guests in the next room. Are they noisy, get up early, cook a lot. Our neighbors cooked a lot and already from 7 in the morning:( Others came late at night and were quite noisy. The door is not tight enough and you can hear everything!! It would be enough to write a warning that the guests should be considerate that they do not sleep there alone:/

The room was very spacious. Quiet area with restaurant, market and coffee shop nearby. Good value for the money. Kitchen equipped with a coffee machine and everything else u need for the stay. Iron and ironing board and extra blanket was very handy. 20 min walking distance to Piazza Dante. There is also a metro station nearby.

Everything was fine. Good place to stay for a couple of days.

Great location with a few minutes walk to most sights in the old city. Our host was really friendly and helpful. Self check-in is also really convenient, especially if you arrive late at night. The light breakfast and coffee helped us save time in the mornings. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms and a shared kitchen, but we never saw the other guests. The strange thing I noticed was the missing toilet seat, which is something I saw in several places around, but the host promised to fix that... Seems like a normal thing around here. Other than that everything else was great. Totally recommend this property, because of its location and convenience.

I didn't like the fact that they didn't keep my bags after the check out, I have to pay in another place to do that... Also, and as a recommendation, the coffee machine could have some instructions because we didn't know how to use it, so we didn't drink coffee

A nice, quiet, clean and spacious apartment with a helpful host.

I know that Italian breakfast is sweet but I missed some savoury snacks in the morning anyway. Coffee creamer would have been also nice. The building was a bit hard to find at first.

The attention was amazing. The house was very clean and organized. Francesco always gave us what we needed. The location of the house was perfect, it was close to everything. We we’re very happy with this place. I recommend it because it’s by far the best. Thank you for everything Francesco.
