Nice and helpful staff. Answering our questions, giving us best advices. The place is fine. Hostel as hostel and reading all bad reviews below, I think they are no relevant. Normal conditions, good that the bathroom was inside the share room. We stayed in 6 beds room which was fine. They give you a key. Comfy beds.

The main problem was resolved thanks to the guy from the reception- there are no top bed sheet! They give you a blanket which is 1000% not washed after each guest. You-Hostal staff can give one pocket sheet for the blanket and everything will be perfect. The door in the bathroom is horrible- sliding door. Very noisy, very old and clumsy. Needs change. The main light in the room is too strong, you should think about small “bed” lights for each bed or at least one with more gentle light. It is very uncomfortable for ppl laying and sleeping on the top beds when someone needs the light… The lockers in the lobby are not Ok, I suggest don’t use it. Also it’s a bit dirty on the floor, needs better cleaning.

If you want a nice hostel experience in Napoli book this one: the stuff is amazing, the people you met there too, you have a wonderful big rooftop, it’s good located, it’s one of the cheapest hostels you can find and of course they have cheap beer too it’s a place wich won’t let you go that easily.. you’ll will have these wonderful napolitan nights where you suddenly find each other sitting outside in front of the hostel on chairs and chatting all night long and it will never get boring!! Had such a good time there with amazing people and I’m definitely coming back ❤️

Much better than I assumed it would be based on pictures and reviews. 6 bed dorm, comfy (for a hostel) bed. Plenty of plug sockets, air con in the room. Ensuite bathroom was clean. Staff were friendly & helpful. Was quiet, which suited me perfectly, if you're looking for communal events& socialising maybe not the best place for it

Only accepts cash which is not stated anywhere on booking. Please make this clear. Ensuite bathroom, my only complaint, I just don't like them, noisy when trying to sleep and people are using it and also means you only have one bathroom available rather than many when in communal corridor.

The team does a great work in keeping the place clean and helping you out whenever you need. They always smile at you and have a nice sense of service. Location is 15-20min from central station, with supermarket, café, osterias and pizzerias close by. There are lockers. There's a big terrace where you can have lunch or hang out with friends.

The place is being renovated so I would suggest a better waiting/lounge area, since it's really not inviting and it feels cold and improvised. I noticed we were some guests working on our computer there and it would be highly appreciated for anyone waiting for their room to be ready, working, planning the next step of their trip, etc. There is no soap in the toilets. Although we are given a key to our dorm, the rooms are never locked up so basically anyone can get inside and do uncool stuff. Nothing bad happened during my stay but the feeling was there.

I had a good experience generally, I attended a 10days conference in Naples. The staff were nice people. The apartment is located at a very good place, easy to access everywhere, for the money it was worth it.

I didn’t have any bad experience throughout my stay. The set of people you share rooms with will determine your experience generally.

As a female solo traveler I booked a bed in the all female dorm and had a great value for price deal. The location is central, the all female dorm was clean and the price is great compared to everything else in the city, even with the additional 5€ fee for luggage storage after checkout hour. The staff was very friendly. There is even a rooftop terrace.

The common spaces are not the most comfortable but often it's these areas where you meet great people.

Perfect location with an incredible team to give you support! I stayed for two days and got all the information I needed to get to know all about the city and the region. I managed to find also amazing people with whom I was able to have a great time at Naples. Strongly recommend, the location is the central and most important point about this hostel.

Don't know very much how to talk about the room because it was my first time in a hostel. I really loved the bed and they have air conditioner and hot water in the bedroom.

The reception welcomed me very well. They also offered a glass of local vine for free and also limoncello. The room is cosy and private bathroom. Air-conditioners are working well in the room and common area. On top of building, there is a big rooftop, and it is very nice at night to drink and meet new guests. They have small kitchen, and little bar and i bought many beer at a very low price.

I slept very well, the room was nice and cool with the AC, the terrace was good, the staff were friendly and the location is great. If I'm in Naples again I'd happily stay here a second time.

Maybe there could be some rules for the other quests to not talk on the phone in the shared room late in the evening or to not keep their phone brightness so high that it lights up the whole room.

The location is extra compared to the price, very clean too and the staff could give you the information you need.

The mattress was a bit too soft in my opinion and I didn't like the fact they don't lend you a padlock, if you want to make sure your stuff is safe then you need to bring your own padlock or to buy one from them.
