- Easy to find and check in - Good amount of space for 3 people - Comfy beds and provided nice towels - Great location! Most places were 7-15 min walk away and it is a 2 min walk away from the metro station - A/C works well - Really good place for the price

- Every time you use the sink or toilet, the water pump makes a loud creaking sound. When using the shower, this sound happens every few seconds - The wifi doesn’t work, it continually disconnects devices. When we messaged the host about this issue, they ignored us - The host tried to overcharge us for the city tax by nearly 30 euro but after some back and forth eventually charged us the correct price

Amazing place!!!!! Located right at the heart of Napoli close to everything and in a very residential and beautiful area. Out view from the apartment was simply expectacular!! The apartment has a huge window which you can open and have an improvised balcony, and although the apartment is small it's very well distributed. They provided towels, shampoo and soap (no conditioner though!) And the building has security cameras so it's very safe!!! We will surely come back again.

Just one tiny thing: they don't provide enough cutlery and cooking utensils. I understand that if one books a place with a kitchen, cooking utensils, and things such as glasses should be provided. But, at the end of the day, this is Napoli, and we did end up eating out every day.

Location was very good and convenient. Duomo metro station was 3 minutes by foot. The room was clean when we arrived. The owner was very helpful and very willing to guide us on how to access the property, to find the keys etc.

The only problem we faced was that the toilet was a little clogged and wasn’t completely cleaning when we were flushing.

I stayed in the studio of Naporá (with kitchen), communication with the Host was super, he gave me great advises for Naples. Naporá is in the old town, centrally located, about 25-30 min walk from the train station, and 5-10 minutes from the old downtown, but actually it is already in the downtown. There was heating, as well AC (with heating function as well). Internet was fast. It is absolutely safe area (including night). The kitchen had all the facilities. Also I appreciated that the room was cleaned everyday (I don't need it but was a kind). There is also elevator in the building.

Since it is in the downtown around 8 am the life is starting around (which is normal), also there was some construction/renovation in the building but they always started their work around 8-8.30 AM, hence it did not disturb that much.

Access was easy and fast. Landlord gave us instructions via whatsapp. Accommodation is near metro and harbor. Area is ok. I think it‘s among a normal housing block. We had two bed room. I took the lower one and put it on the other side of room. However my friend who slept on the upper bed had a bit of problems because of the shelves. We would prefer the room without the shelves so one can sleep better ;-) Mattress was comfy. Bathroom was ok. Shower could be cleaner.

Bathroom started to smell a bit when we vöclosed the window. Room is a bit small. Shelves above bed is uncomfortable

convenient location: the train station and attractions can be reached on foot. the room is large and clean, there is a minimum set of dishes and cosmetics for the shower. very convenient automatic registration, the owner sends all instructions in advance in a messenger (no need to call anyone and wait for someone to arrive and hand over the keys).

the room was cool, the air conditioner did not heat up to a comfortable temperature in a couple of hours. in the morning, noise is heard from the street

The location of the apartment was perfect. Just 5 minutes by foot from Spaccanapoli, 5 minutes from Calata porta di massa and 15 minutes from Garibaldi train station. There is a metro station, Duomo, 2 minutes by foot from the apartment. The day of our arrival we had an early check in, which was very useful for us.The apartment is cleaned every day. Generally a value for money choice.

The fridge is too small, so you can not put inside a big bottle of water and when the weather is very hot you want to have enough cold water in the fridge.

Location is excellent, quite near the downtown, minutes away from the old part of the city. It is located in an old building, with authentic look on the street, with not much noise during the night at all. Guest gave us the info before we came. Bath was clean and room was cozy.

Nothing in particular, beds were not the most comfortable ones, but for the price and option we paid, we didn't expect more.

The owner of the apartment was very helpful and informed about all details regarding the reservation. Location was very good - a few minutes from Centro Storico and Duomo metro station. Room cleaned every day which was a very nice surprise. Very good equipment inside, functional bathroom. And the stairway... nice and creepy :D Very good place! ;)

After dark, the way to the apartment from the Railway station is not the most pleasant one, but you can always use metro instead ;) Nevertheless, it seemed quite safe there.

Private, clean, comfortable, amazing location, easy communication with the host, we were able to have an early check-in, the room had a coffee machine which came in handy. The room was cleaned and the bed made daily. Overall everything you'd need for a short stay in Napoli and great value for money.

There was a small hole in the linen if somebody cares about that.
