Good location. Small studio, but enough space for 3-4 people, the beds were comfortable. Everything was new and clean (inside the studio, not the building I mean..:). The kitchen was ready for use, Luigi was very helpful. Centro storico, piazza Garibaldi, duomo, Castel Nuovo, Castel d'ovo were all very close, I loved the streets around. Very fast internet.

The shower is a bit small. There's not much space for the dress/suitcases. Theres not much space in the kitchen for preparing big meals (but it's well equipped).

Convenient to the metro and the port Safe area - my adult son felt comfortable going for runs in the evening Supermarket nearby Roberta was extremely helpful with check-in and being available for questions during our stay

I am very satisfied with our stay We paid ahead for 9 nights We were given 2 rolls of toilet paper, no dish soap When we asked about new towels and sheets, we were told it would cost 25 Euros I bought toilet paper, dish soap, sponges, laundry clips - I hope that all the leftovers are given to another guest because I would have liked to have been given that stuff

Very comfortable with a nice little kitchen set-up.I was met by Martina who was very helpful and gave me lots of suggestions for food and visits.

The public areas didn't appear to have been swept for a while with discarded sticking plasters on the stairs outside my door being there for the entirety of my stay.

The location is great, walking distance from everywhere. We were very comfortable. Luigi is a fantastic host. He went above and beyond to make our stay great, share tips and recommendations and even accommodate our schedule. And all with a smiling face! The place itself is comfortable and is easily accessible by public transport.

The AC was malfunctioning from time to time but nothing that was unmanageable.

The location of this accommodation is really great. I would like to mention that everything that happened during the stay was resolved immediately and very accommodatingly. The owners and their staff are perfect!!!! Although sometimes I had the feeling that some things could be improved, such as - a dish sponge, a sharp knife... but it doesn't matter that much. I appreciate the attitude of these people much more, they are great and definitely worth visiting this accommodation🩷

The room and bathroom were perfect for the price and the great location, ideal for exploring Naples. But the best part was Martina’s service: incredibly friendly and always willing to help make our stay as pleasant as possible. Highly recommended!

It was cozy, in a good location, its verry close to all the ferrys that are used for day trips. The host was very cooperative, very flexible and friendly.

The apartment is only reachable by 100 stairs. The downstairs bed is not very comfortable

Lots of space for a couple! The kitchen and entire apartment was well stocked and comfortable. The apartment was located about 15 minutes from the city centre and 10 minutes from the train out to Pompeii. There’s also a grocery store nearby with reasonable prices. There was no noise from the street which was surprising given its proximity to a major road. We unfortunately had a large family with young children in the room above us that would come in at 11pm and scream/run around until 1am, beginning again fairly early in the morning. It’s hard to say how well it is sound proofed in this situation because they were especially loud but the host was very responsive and reached out to them when I mentioned it. I would definitely book here again if I was in Naples.

The shower was very small and did not have any shelving so it was pretty difficult to pick up products. We also lost hot water after about 3 minutes. Between the shower and the stairs, larger people should probably avoid this apartment - otherwise it was a great find!

The apartment was very clean and perfectly as depicted in photos. The host who came to check us inn was very punctual and helpful throughout our stay. We had a good 4 days stay at Ale & Tizy House.

A big thanks to Roberta, who told us where the best restaurants were and just give us some recommendations, and answered our questions. We liked the apartment very much :) + Air conditioning, towels, comfortable beds, hairdryer and very good contact with the host
